Not my typical Walgreens, but used this location as a quick resort. Used the drive thru option without issue.

This Walgreen's is legit the WORST pharmacy I've ever tried to do business with. The pharmacy staff are all rude. They break company rules: such as closing down the drive-thru simply because: "they are busy and overstaffed". I'm sorry, but isn't that every business right now?? The only reason I tried putting up with this store is simply because it's the closest store to my home. I work for the company so I'm very familiar with company policy. Unfortunately I'm currently on Medical Leave, so until I can find a decent Walgreen's location I'm stuck at this one. I've also tried doing online orders for curbside pick-up, however they just delay the orders and ignore them. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this store at all costs. It's a WalGreens, so it has the staples of the chain. The staff here is uneven as far as customer service and friendliness. Some are excellent and some are poor at best. It's generally clean and well stocked. The parking lot is tough to navigate and has some blind spots so please be careful going around corners. They usually have plenty of registers open. I once witnessed the manager chastising his staff right out of the floor, which was very unprofessional even if he had good reason to do it. Take your staff in the back and do it in private, not out in front of customers. Not even for the customers but for your poor staff you embarrassed. Other than that, not much else to say. It's near where I work hence I go there often, but I wouldn't go out of my way for this particular Walgreens. read more

I've never left a bad review, but this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've lived in several states and never had a problem at another Walgreens. Staff is extremely rude - one girl specifically in the pharmacy, if you read the other reviews, you'll know who. Prescriptions are never ready or mysteriously disappear when you try to pick them up and are no longer ready. They do not care, they do not call to let you know and if you ask to speak to management, they just hang up. Read the other reviews about the pharmacy. Sketchy and rude. read more

Don't answer phone , text you saying scripts are ready when there not , pharmacy staff is complete trash , haven't had a good experience yet in 2 yrs, after I went to Walgreens 3 times before snowstorm to get script that they texted an said was ready , even called to make sure it was ready an they said it was . Show up and wasn't ready then they said they couldn't fill it for another 5 days and this was days after script was due . They need to get there shit together or they going to get shut down . Oh an I actually know one of the pharmacists steal medication from there stick so can only imagine what the other staff does too . The dirtiest pharmacy I have ever seen! It's been like that for years and I only go in there for convenience which isn't very often. The check out lines are always mobbed, long waits and most often only one cashier. A pharmacy should represent sanitation and cleanliness, after all they are refilling medications so if the rest of the store is dirty, the pharmacy must be too! My best advice is the place needs a serious facelift, more staff, a reliable cleaning crew and new management! read more

Terrible customer service! The inattentive cashier charged my card FOUR TIMES for a single purchase, the manager was flippant and handed me off to an assistant manager while I was explaining my problem, and the assistant manager gave me the verbal equivalent of a shrug and told me to wait and see it worked itself out. I'm a new customer here. So far my experience is it has a higher price on most items vs. the local competitor. Sales are so so. Not too many wowers. Store atmosphere almost seems to have no real tangible theme. I saw no employees on the aisles. Was neat enough though so they must be doing something right. This is the worst Walgreens on the planet. and worst customer service in any retail business anywhere. Drive up pharmacy is not convenient. After waiting in line for an extended time, I pull up to window and clerk inside pulls down the blind. I go inside, pharmacy said its too busy inside to run both counters. Another incident, male pharmacy clerk approached drive up window counter texting away on his phone, completely ignoring me. Then finally opens transaction drawer and looks at me. No "hi, may i help you" or any greeting at all. I actually called corporate to make a complaint. They could care less, same as the pharmacy manager. Never heard back from her either. Today my wife goes to pick up her script and the black female (no I'm not racist, just stated black female to better identify the employee in question) pharmacy tech starts questioning the doctor's script that is always the same. My wife told her it's none of her business and not to question the doctor's orders, and further where did she get her medical degree. We both will be transferring our scripts out of this joint. read more
