The only time I get a coupon for an order (not a specific item), is when I shop at CVS and I get it on my receipt which I have to then use within a few days. They had a good selection of the items I was looking for, I got in the self checkout lane, used my coupons and off I went.... The company is headquarted in Rhode Island, with their main corporate offices about halfway between my condo and this particular store. Consumer Value Stores (CVS) was founded in 1963 and began as a chain of health and beauty aid stores, but within several years, pharmacies were added. In December 2017, CVS agreed to acquire Aetna for $69 billion and completed the acquisition in November 2018. Their weekly coupons are a good marketing strategy to get people into their stores on a frequent basis...and now, their long long long long paper receipts are just one of the options at checkout. You can now opt for an email receipt and that is a great way to save some trees !!!!
