"Time to reorder" comes the almost daily email nag. Fantastic. Only when you reorder, the automatic reply is set to "contact your physician" even though there are multiple refillss left on the script. Yeah, most of the time they resolve the inconsistency over the phone but when I ask why this always happens, I usually get the wholly unsatisfactory and vacant, "I dunno, it must be the system." Not that their brick and mortar pharmacies are any better (home of the $20 box of Raisin Bran) but as the largest drug dispensary worldwide, with aspirations of growing larger by multiples of 10x, I shudder to think what their race to the bottom will look like in say, 2034. I get that sometimes it's really busy and overwhelming, but if that's the case, they need to hire more employees.. because no one else was waiting in that customer service area so I have employees bouncing from register to floor to customer service that's definitely a problem.
