Okay. I'm gonna update this review and if you hate gross things, please stop reading now. You've been warned... The bathrooms here are absolutely filthy and disgusting! Specifically the toilet stalls! The last two times I've used the men's bathroom here, the toilets were not clean and the bowl was covered and full of shit. Idk what type of demonic individual is coming to Target and destroying their toilet with Taco Bell, but can you STOP??!!! Tonight was even worse! The first stall had a nasty concoction of bowel discharge, used paper, and sewage water. Thank the heavens I couldn't smell it. It would NOT flush and I had to go BAD! The next stall wasn't much better, but I didn't have a choice. There was poo poo splatter on the toilet seat. (Don't worry I didn't put my whole ass on the seat. I don't want E. coli or hepatitis.) After I did my business... THAT TOILET DIDN'T FLUSH EITHER! What type of unholy toiletry nonsense is this???!! Is Target's bathroom the new place to unleash bumhole hell these days??? Both toilets are out of commission. I had to alert an employee of this tragedy and they fully understood as if this is the norm here. I'm surprised the whole store doesn't reek of a waste processing plant with how much suffrage these poor potties go through! read more

No thanks. This location is probably the worst target I've ever been to. Prices are not labeled correctly/ items aren't in the spots they belong.. there were 2 registers open so lines were ridiculously long. I waited at the customer service/returns desk for 15 minutes... NO ONE was there .. I asked another employee if they could call someone and they said I'm sorry I don't work in this department, but I'm sure someone will be here soon and walked away.. all I needed to do was check a merchandise credit I had since you can't check it on the app. I was very frustrated at this point, but the girl who did come over to help me was very kind and friendly. I get that sometimes it's really busy and overwhelming, but if that's the case, they need to hire more employees.. because no one else was waiting in that customer service area so I have employees bouncing from register to floor to customer service that's definitely a problem. read more

In general I love Target . Please pay attention to your customers. I go to this location and the one in Smithfield. Every single time in Smithfield only one or two ,at most , of the registers are open. It takes longer to check out than to shop....Why ? The Lincoln store is a little better , but still a long wait . Nice Target store in Lincoln. I stopped in here to get a feel for some floor lamps that I wanted to get for the condo. The store is very ample, clean and well lit. The staff working here is very nice, I had to ask where to go and a nice guy was very polite and helpful. They have a good size home decor section where you can get furniture, lamps, storage units, etc. Nice experience. read more

All your typical Target stuff but note that this location does not sell fresh fruits or fresh herbs. There is a Stop and Shop close by in the same complex, however. Lines can be long. Easy lot parking and it is not too difficult to negotiate the traffic pattern from the highway and access to the parking. Lots of drive up spaces for pick up. read more

I'm such a target mom, minus the being a mom to children but being a mom to cats. So boom! Anyways I love Target always have, this location is such a gem to me because it's close to my job, so I can easily go before work or right after. It's in the Lincoln mall plaza area, so there's tons of places around to shop. This location is extremely clean at all times and the way to navigate the store makes sense to me, so I'm not scattered all over the place. The employees here have always been very nice to me, between greeting me, asking if I need help or even helping me when I check myself out, I appreciate all of this. One thing I do admire about this location they are always on top of the shopping carts, there's literally an employee at all times making sure shopping carts aren't all over and every time I come here I never saw a shopping cart unless it was in the store. I really like this a lot. The bathroom is really clean, and the pick up services are really quick and easy to use. I love Target always my go to place. read more

Target literally just refused to sell me a bunch of gift cards because they said it's over their "limit" and is "suspicious" and then basically suggested I was scanning them. Many of you know (and some are recipients) that I truly buy about $2000 in gift cards every single Christmas. FROM THIS STORE!!! I come to this store LITERALLY every night of the week. For the record, I was simply getting about $800 in cards. Those cards all have $5 and $6 fees on them. Why would I buy cards with fees if I were perpetrating some scam. This is stupidity at it's finest. So.... I will buy them elsewhere and I will NOT step foot in this store for all of 2021. I love Target, I do. I mean who doesn't? Just not this one. This one is messy and disorganized. I've worked in retail (it was for a much smaller store but still) so I know there is usually some time spent on cleaning up and "facing" the store back to its original state. This store never seems to do that. It's like they don't clean up at all. I was there on a Wednesday morning at 10am and the shoe dept was a disaster! I wonder if they're short staffed? Hello: We have just gotten over Covid in my household and needed to try the on-line pick up for our grocery items. It was terrific and it couldn't have been easier. We ordered what we wanted and drove to the parking lot and called the number given and out came two great people and we popped out trunk and they loaded our groceries and that was it. When not feeling well, it is great to find a service that is easy and has just what you want. We also tried Stop and Shop and their service was not as good, but yours was terrific. This is a pretty standard Target though a bit smaller than most Targets I have visited and the food section is quite limited (e.g. no fresh produce). The store is clean and pretty well stocked for its size. You will still be able to get all the everyday basics here but not find as many temptations in housewares, seasonal or the clothing sections. Maybe that is a good thing sometimes! For more options go to the Target in North Smithfield or the one with a much better selection in Seekonk. read more

I couldn't be any more disappointed with how this company is operating during the 'pandemic'. First of all, it was disgusting how me and my wife were spoken to when we tried to enter the store without a 'mask' which we didn't know we were supposed to wear one. The worker then said there was a sign on the door... ok. So does target provide these masks you may ask? The answer is NO. Any other place I've been to has provided these masks that are low in stock and hard to get nowadays as they SHOULD be being saved for medical personal. My question is, if an individual coughs on their hands (unknowingly with covid-19) and puts on a mask and enters a Target store, touching everything on the shelves, we are suddenly safe because said individual is wearing a mask? I think not. Not only this but they had ONE self checkout open and a huge line for this one checkout. Where are the workers? The only workers I saw at this location was the one that was guarding the doors like the president was inside. I'm not sure what Target thinks masks are preventing but at least provide people with one as not everyone is fortunate enough to get one. They wouldn't even let us in with our face covered, we had to have a legitimate mask. I think target as a whole should just close down until this is over because they sure are handling this very poorly. I'm highly considering not even giving them a penny again. read more

And you can never leave here without something that wasn't in your list This location is better kept that some I've been to, but seems to have a tad less stuff than others. And at Christmas time, they were often out of the most popular things, which was a pain. They have a Starbucks here; baristas are usually pretty good. The other locations I've visited tended to be staffed with people who didn't really know what they were doing. And worst case scenario, if you don't trust the Starbucks here, there's an independent Starbucks located right in the plaza Staff is pretty friendly. A good mix between middle-aged & young adults. Noticed on weekends evenings, there are a lot of teens/young adults coming in from the mall; can get a little annoying (loud/crude), but certainly not obnoxious. Really has nothing to do with the store...just the location. read more

I would rather hit target and Walmart any day. The layout of the store is pretty normal when it comes down to department stores. The way out works for me though I can easily navigate the place. Prices are decent staff is friendly and helpful enough and the checkout process is relatively quick and painless. I will usually hit the Lincoln mall target over most other department stores in this general area. read more

This is a great little target. The customer service is great and the items I need are usually available. The food section is slightly smaller than the Attleboro or Smithfield store. They have a Starbucks and a cafe which is a plus (even though there's another Starbucks in the plaza). There's never a line at this one though. read more

I love target in general. I shop here quite often but not this location. I was in the area and needed a few things so I headed there. The store is clean and well organized. The line to checkout was not terribly long which is always a plus. Prices are reasonable and I got some great deals on Christmas lights. My only complaint is that I have a target card and get money back on purchases and they were not able to look up my card to make sure I get credit for my purchase. Besides that it was a good trip. Way classier than Walmart at decent prices. read more

My sons and I recently went to the store in Lincoln RI on a Friday night around 6pm. We went to the Starbucks counter, as is our routine, only to be told that they were "very closed". No further explanation was offered, as the employee could barely bother to lift her head from what she was doing. Seeing that the store was open until 11pm last night, I just found it odd that I would get such a response at 6pm. Our next stop was the electronics department. One of my sons loves playing the in-store video game demos. He and his brother were playing against each other, and he was getting a little bit rambunctious. A Target employee, a tall male wearing glasses, told my sons to keep it down. He wasn't exactly pleasant about it. One of my sons is autistic and has a tendency to get a little loud sometimes. As his father, that is something that I deal with and that I try to keep in check. This employee had no business telling my son to keep it down. He wasn't shouting or being rude or vulgar....he was laughing with his big brother. The fact that this employee said this came as quite a shock to me. I have worked retail for 21+ years, and I know better than to say anything to a guest regarding their child's behavior. ESPECIALLY if it is something as simple as the volume of their voice. If the child was being destructive or vulgar, that would be a different story and I would approach the parent and not the child. After these negative experiences, we left the store empty-handed and took our business elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed by the associates in this location. Upon reaching out to Target via social media, all I received were stock answers that were slightly personalized toward me based on my complaint. I was told that a $15 gift card would be mailed to me, but that isn't what I was looking for. I would hope that Target utilizes this as a learning experience and teaches their associates to respond with tact and not be rude to children. read more

First off, let me say that I love all targets. And while this Target is new and clean, there were many shelves that were empty. I'm very confused why on the Friday afternoon of a 3-day weekend, you have blocks of cheddar cheese in the Fresh Grocery section. There were many shelves that looked this way. If you're moving inventory, I totally understand, and businesses often place signs alerting the customers to this fact. But were you really moving all the cheese products? I doubt it. I have 3 little ones and appreciate the convenience of the drive up option. Upon ordering, there is a big bold sentence that states that the drop in option takes 4 hours or less. 6 hours go by and still nothing. My kids are in tow (getting antsy in the backseat). I ask the target employee why my order wasn't up yet since it was 2 hours past the window and they said...."they'd get to it when they got to it." He then instructed me to LEAVE my three kids in the car and ask for a refund if I wasn't happy!!! I looked at him in disbelief. He shrugs and goes to get his manager. The manager comes out and said " we are a corporation ma'am and very busy so if you don't like it you can ask for your money back. At this point my kids and I have been waiting 30 mins to get any help and already paid for our order 6 hours ago. I asked him when I could expect it to be ready since I have the kids and won't take them in the store. He said "Hey I don't know, people who ordered at 9 am are still not getting orders filled." That's what you have to say for your customer service and you're a MANAGER? I am completely baffled at the utter lack of care or concern for their customers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Yup. My first review of 2013 is an update. While my original review still stands, I would also like to take a moment to comment on their 'lil pharmacy at this location. Up until a couple months back, I had faithfully gone to the Target pharmacy in Smithfield as it was a hop away from my place of work. Since I lost my job, I proceeded to eventually move everything over to Lincoln. And my oh my did the staff make the transition smooth and painless. (Unfortunately) I'm one of those pain in the bum patients with like, a gazillion prescriptions at random times of the month that I often forget to pick up on time: add in a few dozen "acute" RX's from various treatments, etc and yeah, party's outta control. The pharmacy staff at this location has provided me fantastic service on a consistent basis: everything from syncing my prescriptions for pickup, contacting my doctor for a new RX (without me even calling to request this) and generally being friendly and extremely helpful no matter how crazy things are. Today for example, there were mad peeps waiting in line. By the time it was my turn, the pharmacist on duty was -still- ridiculously sweet and answered all of my drug interaction questions without even blinking an eye or dishing loud sighs. In particular, as I'm in a not so great place right now, this type of service really means a lot to me especially when it comes to my current medical concerns. I will most definitely continue to come here for all my prescriptions. ....It also doesn't hurt that many generics here are only $4! read more

Tried buying a simple inflatable bed, queen size. Ended up returning the first one as it didn't have a pump with it (as stated), went back the same day to buy a different Coleman series bed with an integrated pump...and low and behold...it had a patched hole on the sleeping surface! But since it was so late, we inflated it just to make sure it could hold air, and realized it had another hole in it! On a sealed box! Selling the fucking product as new!!! Oh Target, how I love thee. I also like this location quite a bit, it may even be my favorite. I know the Smithfield location has a larger food selection and offers fresh produce (this one doesn't because there's a Stop N Shop in the same plaza) but I do not go to Target for food. I go for clothes! Scarfs, shirts, dresses, leggings, jeans, sweaters, sunglasses, bags and backpacks, hats, shoes. This is my go to when I need to find something specific and I don't have time to rifle through Savers or other thrift stores. I can get in, find my shit, and get out. I do tend to wander in aisles and get lost. House Ware and office supplies are other favorite places to browse. I don't love everything, but what I do find that I like I usually fall in love with and it's so damn cheap! The store is clean and tidy, nice bathrooms, friendly staff, plenty of parking (and the parking situation is way less hideous than the Smithfield location), and definitely deserves all 5 stars as far as Targets go. read more

Do not get food from this Target there was a dead cockroach on the floor near the Starbucks. That's not the worst part though. A few months back the store was put on shutdown because a child went missing. Then about a week ago my husband noticed a woman just standing by the cart return starring at me put my children into the car. He asked if I knew her and I said no, maybe she likes my outfit or thinks the kids are cute. Maybe she can't have kids? Then on Wednesday I left my husband in the diaper isle and brought the kids to check out the toys while he picked up some wipes. A couple of minutes latter this same woman was following me and my two daughters around the toy section walking really close to us with a camera. Hubby walked up to us and immediately made us leave the store. Maybe she was a store detective or profiling us for trafficking? Don't bring your kids to this store! Look up all the people that escape kidnapping from Target in the past few months. I'm not saying the store is involved but they certainly aren't taking any measures to stop this. The woman was about 5 feet, Asian and suspiciously overdressed in a pink two piece formal skirt. She was not looking at toys she was just following us with a camera.
