This Marshall's location had a ton of cute things when we went! It can definitely be a hit or miss, with the location being decently organized. This trip, we found a lot of good things such as kitten heels, beaded purses, jewelry, and clothing items for a decent price. This is apart of the Lincoln Mall/Commons area, so parking is also a hit or miss depending how busy the area is. I love Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods. They are literally my go to store. I shop at least once a week. Note to anyone going to the Lincoln ri location, the manager is rude. I tried to do a return and I believe I may have had the wrong receipt which was my fault but instead of kindly explaining that, she interrupted me, spoke over me, and spoke to me like I was a scum bag. read more

Love Marshall's ... many name brand items for closeout prices. This particular store outside the Lincoln Mall is big and roomy. Went to get some skin care items and they had exactly what I wanted. Sometimes it's difficult to find specific items since they buy closeouts and end of the season products, but I was flexible and I got what I needed. The ladies at the register were nice and quick. Marshalls is owned by TJX Companies and it has over 1,000 American stores, including larger stores named Marshalls Mega Store, covering 42 states and Puerto Rico, and 61 stores in Canada. During the Christmas season they have a wide variety of items that they normally wouldn't carry in other months. This store is clean, staff are around and friendly. the reviews of 7-8 years ago for tjx & marshalls are very different than present day 2025. management should take another look at what the clothes look like online...they belong at the entrance of a discount low end outlet. you can forget about the instore shoe department very cheap nothing burgers mostly plastic flats nothing to them what I call potato chip shoes. the stores really dropped down in merchandise quality. although the online shoe selection looks so much better than instore however I don't like having to order 3 different sizes for one style that fits so I no longer order online saving my shoe purchase for dept instore shopping. it's really sad what has happened to retail they took all the joy out of a clothes shopping trip. what used to be a planned day trip of shopping of neatly displayed clothing is now just a casual maybe if I feel like looking through aisles of hit or miss mostly same old boring selection of clothes. read more

Shopping in these stores (such as tj's, marshalls, etc) is completely overwhelming for me. If I wasn't a label whore on a budget I would avoid at all cost. This particular store is slightly easier as it is very organized. The shoes department makes up half of the store. Whether your in need of heels, flats or children's sneakers; they have a huge selection at ridiculously low prices. My only qualm is finding my size. I'm between a 6.5 and 7 which are popular sizes so many times my heart has been broken here. I have on occasion found my size along the clearance wall and scored some almost free kicks. It all balances out in the end. They have great toy/childrens sections as well. You can expect to pay about 20-40% less than at target. I made the mistake of buying skivvies for the boys at kohls recently. I got taken @ $15 for a pack of 4. You can find them here for $5. I was also impressed with the sleep wear. They carry names such as kenzie, Betsey Johnson, and Jessica Simpson to name a few. If you have the time and patience for this store, it's worth it. Was in this store recently while visiting family and it was the busiest Marshall's I have ever been in. Can't say it was the most pleasurable experience at first but I left very happy. Had an issue with an item I was returning and buying a new one. At first the young lady wasn't 100% sure so she called over her manager, Geri I believe. She came over and was extremely nice to me and the girl at the register. The item was returned and I purchased the new one in 2 minutes. I left happy and will be back!! Consistently ALWAYS short staffed. And the staff that is on, is unacceptably rude to customers! There's never anyone at the dressing rooms and only one cashier on with the line 9 people deep. Hire more staff! The fact that I have to wait in line for at least 15 minutes to purchase anything is nothing short of absolutely ridiculous! It's worth the drive to the Attleboro store to not have to stand in line waiting for a cashier or a dressing room. RIDICULOUS!!!! Update 6/30/18 Horribly understaffed. This Marshall's is my go-to hub for adventure shopping. It is conveniently located in the Lincoln Mall plaza (just minutes from my house and job). I believe I speak for many adventure shoppers when I say, nothing can beat that victorious feeling you get when stumbling upon that "perfect" brand name item at a fabulous Marshall's price. It is that feeling that keeps me coming back again and again. This location also has one of the largest shoe departments I have ever seen! Regardless of the season, I can usually find at least one pair of shoes I absolutely adore at this Marshall's. Be sure to check the boxes for the appropriate sizes on both shoes, as this shoe department can get pretty chaotic at the height of certain seasons. Similar to many stores of this nature you have to be sure to thoroughly examine what you buy. Although an item may be an absolute steal price-wise, sometimes the item is at Marshall's because its quality has been compromised in some way. Recently, I haven't had much luck at this Marshall's, as I have bought a few tops and the majority of them have unraveled, lost buttons, or a seam is out of place. In short, Marshall's is good for what it is, but I wouldn't look for wardrobe staples here as the quality can be lacking. Be sure to thoroughly check your purchases before buying and you will be golden. Plus, they also have a fairly lenient return policy if you happen to run into any issues. As far as chain department stores go, this Marshall's location is one of the best. They also recently remodeled the changing rooms and bathrooms. I've never been to the marshalls in Lincoln plaza but it seems like a nice pleasant place. They have a different of variety of clothing, perfumes, and shoes. Love to shop at a discount so I'm a fan of Marshall's. I find their stores are well lit neat and clean. The lines move quickly This particular location has a ton of shoes. As nj rows and rows of them and for the most part it's great prices. It's also my go to place for fragrances. They do not have samples out but if you know what you like you can get them at a deep discount. I found my Bvlgari perfume that usually sells for 75$ for 30. Only reason it doesn't get five stars is that the junior clothes department kind of stinks. It is all petty much the same outfits in different colors and they all run small very small. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with Marshall's. I love the discounts. I hate how much of my paycheck I leave behind there. Since I discovered this gem, my shoe collection has doubled. This location has a tremendous shoe selection. It's neat, clean and organized. I can easily search for 8.5 size stilettos in no time. DSW, move over. I find the same shoes at Marshall's that DSW carries, but MUCH cheaper! Before you head to the mall, definitely check out this Marshall's. I adore this Marshall's location in Lincoln. Years ago there was a threat that it'd be closed down due to lack of money coming into the plaza with the closing of many stores in the Lincoln Mall; I'm glad this store remained! By far, one of my favorite Marshall's I've ever been to. They have a kick-ass shoe department and tons of great selections in every other area as well; perfumes are always fully stocked as well as handbags, home decor, etc. The only downside are the not so pleasant staff I've encountered here over the years. I never understood miserable sales associates. This is your job. If you don't like working with people, perhaps you should consider another career path. read more

This place is a zoo!! And I include the employees with this bc they are like animals!! They are rude they have no patience to help especially if they are setting up product!! I went around Christmas and omg it was terrible they literally had a line around the store with a manager directing customers and 4 out of 12 registers open! I like to look at the candy at the registers well make sure you do that before you are in line bc once they say next customer they mean it they will yell at you if you don't move fast but they take their time so make sure you have an hour to purchase that shirt you wanted!! I purchased two Woodwick candles from this Marshalls yesterday. One was defective and would not light so I took it back to this store to just exchange for another because I knew there were multiple of the same candles still on the shelf from yesterday. I was told that they cannot take back a candle "because it's a candle". Terrible customer service. read more
