While I never really find anything here. They do have tons of stuff to choose from. The store is huge and always very clean. Every now and then I'll find an odd item that I need for a good price but it never my first thought to stop here. Always great prices. They must have a lot of theft because they have security right up front, letting you know I'm here and I'm watching. A huge parking lot in a plaza that's shared with Walmart- but plenty of space. The clothing and home selection is pretty good my mom enjoyed grabbing stuff here. read more

There was a tremendous amount of trash at the entrance to the Warwick RI location. Garbage bins overflowing and trash EVERYWHERE. Very uninviting. Such a disgrace. Will not be visiting anytime soon. read more

Didn't find anything I was looking for but they did have great prices on NBA jackets and NHL jackets. I am not big jacket person but they had a lot of great styles and teams. Didn't have to talk to anyone so not sure about the service. read more

I have been a customer of Burlington for years...when I used to live in Atlanta, that was my To-go place to get clearance shirts, coats, shoes. Since we were in Warwick and we were driving past the Burlington store, we had to come in and check out the good value items...The store is large and like most other ones busy with merchandise...I checked out some shoes that I wanted to give as gifts. I don't normally shop at these types of stores, but Burlington is like a fancier Tj maxx or Marshalls. BCF's stock is trendy and relevant unlike the comparable stores that carry obvious outdated gear. I like that they offer a good selection of designers like Michael Kors,Ugg,Bebe,Calvin Klein etc. From handbags to clothes and shoes. This location is kept clean,neat and organized (which is a huge plus for me). All the clothing rack sizing always corresponds correctly, you can tell the employees actually do their jobs..and well. The prices are amazing and your guaranteed to find whatever it is your looking for. Aside from the clothing/accessories, they also sell home decor, bedding,makeup, gadgets, candy,perfume.. You name it. The store is huge but never overly busy which I love. The location is great,the RI mall needed something fresh in the worst way and this does the trick. I absolutely love this store and will continue to shop here regularly! read more

From kitchenware, housewares, handbags, shoes, sneakers, it's fun to walk around and find things you didn't know you needed LOL. I have a new puppy and the puppy pads are a good price. I couldn't believe how badly I was treated from an AFRICAN AMERICA FEMALE who is a MANAGER in Burlington coat factory. She was outright ride and arrogant when all I did was ask her two questions. I find they sell defective garbage!!! And pretty much all their brand name crap are knock offs!!

The store was clean and had a decent experience shopping but had a poor experience returning a product, which will make me likely to never shop there again! I had the receipt and tags attached, the salesperson said this item was not on the receipt. She suggested maybe it was on a different receipt, but it was my first time shopping there so this wasn't possible. A second associate came over to help and insinuated this product was never purchased (that I tampered with tickets or stole a product)... after several minutes I found the ticket on the receipt and the original associate that rang me out scanned one item twice (hence the mistake).. I got my money back but I fixed the problem and I don't even work there. I wouldn't go back, I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated. read more

I went to Burlington to purchase Home Decor items for my new house. I was able to find afforable and stylish items including: pillows, vases, lanterns, rugs, storage and candles. I had a cart full of items. My cashier Lillian went above & beyond to help me throughout the whole experience. She was so friendly and helpful. She noticed a crack in one of my vases and asked the manager for a discount on it. She signed me up for a loyalty card. She wrapped up both of my vases very well to ensure no further damage and double bagged other items to make sure they wouldn't get damaged either. I had so many things I ended up needed two carts and she offered to help bring the 2nd cart out and even helped me load them into the car. She asked the manager if it was ok to help bring out the other cart and she sighed and said to "make it quick". She had asked the manager a couple questions throughout my time there and the manager seemed very annoyed every time (she could have been overwhelmed, it was busy) but Lillian didn't seem fazed and continued working with a smile. This woman was amazing! 5 star employee with a personable and positive attitude. By far the best customer service I've received in any retail store and I would go back to this Burlington location because she made my experience so great. read more

So I went to bring couple items back that I had charged to my Burlington credit card WITH my receipt. They tell me they can't refund my card cause I've been "flagged" for returning too many things. Now,every time I returned something I HAD my receipt AND it could be verified cause I charged it to THEIR store credit card. And I returned maybe 6 items. I've never heard of such a thing. Without a receipt,yes. But absolutely never with one. And I told them that. With covid,most dressing rooms are closed or have been closed so how can this be? Especially since Burlington sells clothes that you won't even know fit til you get home and try them on. So I got store credit. So be warned. If you put stuff on your credit card from there make sure you're positive you want it. AND the snobby girl at the register next to me proceeds to tell me lots of places have that rule and wants to argue with me about it which is weird cause she was about 19 so I don't see her having enough experience on the subject to do so. Embarrassing having people around me hear I've been "flagged". And rude and unprofessional for the child at the register to talk to me the way she did about knowing something I'm pretty sure she can't back up. Needless to say,I'm ditching the Burlington credit card. read more

Compared to other discount stores near this I have to say its a better one. The staff is always very helpful. But again with most discount stores low prices come with problems. One of which being people letting their kids run around like mad men and let them open toys and weave through clothes. I get kids being kids but please watch your children. However other than that I have no complaints. Its clean. Has great products. Has great prices. read more

I like this store, I buy most of my clothes from there especially since they have good prices. Except the other day I want in to pay for my things, and there were only 3 cashiers with multiple positions open. The line was long and the employees began conversating for more than 15 minutes, laughing back and forth. One of them began venting about a customer inappropriately while the customers were waiting a long time. Very disrespectful and ignorant. read more
