I've been inside the store quite a few times and while it's generally clean it can be a chaotic mess. I was looking for something specific and I couldn't find it to save my life. I went over to the area where I could request an employee, which they did come but they were pretty useless they told me they had a quantity of 2 of the items I needed but she couldn't help me find the second one (it was a toy) because the whole toy section I was in was a horrendous mess, instead of helping me look for it she took one look for maybe all of 1 minute shrugged and said I'm sorry I couldn't find it, and went on about her day. I found this very disheartening because her job is customer service and I feel like a minute of "looking" wasn't looking at all. I indeed did not find the item and just got it somewhere else. There's nothing special going on here. I wasted my time actually. But I'm also not a target person really, so no stress.

We aren't familiar with the store layout and were talking amongst ourselves as to where men's pajamas could be. An employee who was close enough to hear us made a bee-line away being sure not to make eye contact. Once we found the department, we are talking to each other about where the flannel sets may be located. A second employee followed the example of our previous encounter. We did find what we wanted. No prices are listed nearby or on the garments. Now to find a cashier. We walk around looking. None of the customer service desks are manned. We finally find an employee who is able, and willing, to check us out. That was an unpleasant interaction. Our pajamas were sixty dollars and I apparantly am an ignorant human according to the cashier for not agreeing with their opinions. Brilliant.

Most people don't know how to use them, and then if you need to make a return you're waiting in line forever with the people making purchases, so it's a mess. Usually this store has stuff literally all over the place, it used to be so clean but now there's just stuff always in the isles- between the carriages and you moving around others can become like real like Mario-cart. I feel like I seldom find good deals unless if it's in the clearance section. The clearance section and added coupons you can find some deals, but even that selection is scarce and it's catered to just like crop tops, belly shirts and shorts most of the time. Regular prices items are really high, but I believe they do this so the coupons make it appear you're getting a great deal, which seldom do you. The associates act like you don't exist. And pretty much don't acknowledge you at all. I do like that they have an Amazon drop off in the store though. Those employees are nice, and it's very quick when all I have to do is return something that I didn't need or like from Amazon. Otherwise I'm not shopping in here, Kohls has changed so much, and I don't like it anymore.

There was one cashier with three other workers talking behind the counter. I was probably the 6th person to join in line. Eventually a second one came on and they called for a third when the line was all the way to the end. Regular price Walmart Cereal is about 2/3 cheaper than regular price National Brand cereal...and the taste is pretty similar and the nutritional content is also about the same. This Walmart is not a Super Walmart, so the food section is smaller than a Super Walmart, but it does have the basics....the outside has the nice new sign and logo, but the inside probably needs to be redone....it does have a bit of an "older look". Parking can be a challenge here, as the parking lot is usually full every time I go...no big deal....I get my daily steps that way.... LOL.

The…read morevendors we encountered include two bakers (breads, pastry, foccia, etc) three sweets vendors (cookies, vegan cupcakes and kraffles) two local farms selling meat and eggs, a book and associated items seller, jewelry, soy candles, loose teas, spices, t-shirts, sweatshirts, personalized photo magnets, honey and more. Located in an unoccupied storefront there is plenty of space and it was almost full of vendors. The market was well attended during our visit around 11:30 with lines cueing up at some of the vendor tables. I did not see any produce vendors, and I suppose there is not much fresh veg growing in RI in February. Many of the vendors have socials accounts, websites and business cards. Definitely stop by and see if there is anything of interest. We found several vendors that would make good resources for gift giving in the future. The mall is doing well with most storefronts occupied. Rocky Point chowder house is to be opened in the food court. I look forward to that. Plenty of parking. Public restrooms near the food court and a nursing lounge near the middle of the mall.

Family Day Out Review…read more We had such a great day at Warwick Mall! It was energetic, fun, and the perfect place for a family outing. One of the highlights was getting my daughter's ears pierced at Claire's. The staff there were amazing--patient, kind, and made her feel totally comfortable. It was such a special moment, and they did a great job. We then got a treat from Pinkberry and Auntie Anne's both were delicious and definitely kid-approved. We ended our visit with a ride on the carousel, which my 8-year-old absolutely loved. The whole experience had great vibes, lots to do, and kept us active the entire time. Warwick Mall made our day easy, fun, and full of memories. We'll definitely be back!

I would love to find another comfortable brand of shoe that can handle long walking distances but I never seem to find much in my size. The styles are a bit pricey and too fancy for my liking plus the shoe section can be an absolute mess with shoes not in the correct spots and all over the floor. I completely disregard the clothes because a few times I've seen a sign that says an item was under $39.99 and then you look at the price tag the Nordstrom rack price tag, and it was over that amount so I was very confused by this. I also don't like the style of the clothing in here. It's just not my cup of tea but that's fine. It might be for others but they do carry the shoes that I need so that's why I continue to come here. The shopping center is kind of hidden from the main road as there are many trees right on Bald Hill Road. Just look for the large Target sign and you will find it.
