Last Friday was probably the second time I have ever used this pharmacy. I have been so…read moredisappointed with the CVS and Walmart in this area with poor inventory and turnaround times. I had a good experience the first time so I hoped for the best! I had a somewhat urgent prescription needing to filled, especially as I was about to head out of state for a week. Tracey was kind, but told me that they didn't have my prescription in stock and they would order it for Monday; unfortunately, I was unable to wait two more days and they suggested I call to other pharmacies in the area to see what their inventories were and Big Y would transfer the prescription to them. I was disappointed and thought I would be spending the rest of the afternoon navigating different pharmacies. I was still at the store a few minutes later picking up a few other things and contemplating the rest of the day's logistics, when Tracey began calling my name from down the aisle. She found me in the store and told me she had called and found the prescription at CVS Walpole! I was so happily stunned that (1) she called to find the medicine somewhere else and she'd transferred the prescription and (2) she walked around the store to look for me and let me know after I missed her call on my cell. These extra steps saved me a ton of effort and time. I very, very much appreciate this kindness and effort!!

I am being truly open about this CVS I am not an employee, nor am I paid to give an opinion, nor am I a competitor of theirs.. surely if I were a competitor it would not be a positive review. CVS West Central Street, Franklin, Ma. is my #1 pharmacy, I have unintentionally had my prescriptions filled at other pharmacies over the years with different Doctors who were clearly not awake or paying attention to where I would like my prescriptions filled, and they lacked the personality and the Friendly service (with a smile). The pharmacy at W.Central CVS is not the only attraction for me, the great staff that they have running the rest of the place is Friendly and Always Helpful when I call upon them for something I need. An employee has even helped me when she was literally done for the day working but stopped to give this old man a hand in finding some things I needed... and that was not the only time with the different employees over the years. I recommend CVS West Central Franklin Ma .. It has almost become a second home for me.. I walk in and they are smiling , and they say Good Morning (whatever time of day it is).. and when I am leaving - Have a nice day /evening.. weekend.. They are all Fabulous people there willing to help with your needs.. When I am shopping at other large stores.. I find myself comparing them to the CVS on W.Central Street Franklin, Ma. The store had a very nice bright appearance and the parking lot was ample. Got my item, went through the self checkout register and got out.... One thing that I really like about the CVS app is that as long as you choose the digital coupons you want, they all register automatically and very well in their computer. Very rarely I've had an issue with coupons that are not coming through.....I did my homework before walking into the store and I ended up saving about $6 on a purchase that someone else would have paid full price for...

As of Sept 2025, parking is free for 30 min in the garage. The staff here is friendly and the pharmacy folks are quick and efficient.
