I am being truly open about this CVS I am not an employee, nor am I paid to give an opinion, nor am I a competitor of theirs.. surely if I were a competitor it would not be a positive review. CVS West Central Street, Franklin, Ma. is my #1 pharmacy, I have unintentionally had my prescriptions filled at other pharmacies over the years with different Doctors who were clearly not awake or paying attention to where I would like my prescriptions filled, and they lacked the personality and the Friendly service (with a smile). The pharmacy at W.Central CVS is not the only attraction for me, the great staff that they have running the rest of the place is Friendly and Always Helpful when I call upon them for something I need. An employee has even helped me when she was literally done for the day working but stopped to give this old man a hand in finding some things I needed... and that was not the only time with the different employees over the years. I recommend CVS West Central Franklin Ma .. It has almost become a second home for me.. I walk in and they are smiling , and they say Good Morning (whatever time of day it is).. and when I am leaving - Have a nice day /evening.. weekend.. They are all Fabulous people there willing to help with your needs.. When I am shopping at other large stores.. I find myself comparing them to the CVS on W.Central Street Franklin, Ma. This CVS location is very convenient, right off the main road, with plenty of parking in the lot…read more The only downside is that you can only enter the parking lot from one side. The other side looks like you should be able to get in since you can see the CVS, but it's blocked off. You could technically park and walk over the curb if you really wanted to, but it's definitely not ideal. Customer service was good, and there was no line, so checkout was quick and easy. I had no issues with pricing or my purchase. I do wish they had self-checkout, though, since I find that much more convenient. The prices are a little on the higher side, but with CVS, you're paying for the convenience, so I understand it. Overall, a good and convenient location.

It often feels like you're bothering them just by asking a question. There always seems to be some kind of delay with prescriptions. Today, I was told my daughter's medication was being filled off-site, but that's an explanation I've heard several times before. The repeated delays and lack of communication are frustrating. Overall, the customer service has been consistently disappointing, and I would not recommend this pharmacy based on my experience.

Having a disease that requires ongoing intensive pharmacological management involving multiple prescription drugs that have to be ordered from particular manufacturers in specific varying doses is an added stressor. After several atrociously traumatic experiences with chain pharmacies, I was frustrated beyond belief until my physician suggested the Eaton Apothecary. I tell you with all honesty that Eaton Apothecary has been a lifesaver. Literally. The acquire my life-saving medications on a monthly basis and I know that when I bring in my prescriptions there will be no issues involving back orders, or supply. I will be treated respectfully and my confidentiality will be honored. I am known by name and folks anticipate my needs and issues. I will leave the pharmacy with my month's supply of medication and not have to worry about it again. Their professional and understanding pharmacists, pharmacy manager and techs will assist you in a pleasant manner and gladly fill your prescriptions while you wait. I recommend them highly for your pharmaceutical needs.

New, large, Walgreens right off Route 115, near the center of Norfolk…read more It's got everything you'd ordinarily find in any store of this type, and manager was extraordinarily helpful and kind with helping me try to find some items in their weekly ad, and filled out a raincheck for me. It's also the only game in town, with barely any other stores in Norfolk at all for that matter. Walgreens actually helped out the center of Norfolk and looks great in this new development to expand the horizons for residents. Yeah, CVS in Millis and at Patriot Place are semi-close by, but sometimes you need something faster.... plus I find Walgreens in general to be cheaper than CVS all around. Sure, there are some exceptions, but this seems to be the case most of the time. Lots of parking and never all that busy. Sort of confusing to get to if you aren't from the area, but it's not far enough away from the road so that you will still see it from busy Rt 115. Decent enough store and the place to go in Norfolk for all the basics. If you are doing a big shopping, drive the extra ten minutes to Walmart; you'll save a lot of $! 4 stars.

Extremely rude behavior in any line of work. This is terrible customer service. Save yourself a million headaches and change pharmacies like I just did.
