I brought my own quality $30 MAC lashes for her to butcher them and then tried to charge me $11 for "strip lashes". She didn't finish blending my orange foundation and left my cheeks and forehead white. I wish I had read the reviews before coming. The only reason I did is because MAC closed. I literally left in tears having to rush home to fix my face. Oh and she used my own lipstick too because she was rushed to get me out of the chair. So please tell me what about this cost $70? Concern Regarding Customer Service Experience at Franklin Bath & Body Works…read more Dear Store Manager, Today, we visited the Bath & Body Works store in Franklin intending to purchase several items, including some Wallflower plug-in fragrances. During checkout, the cashier advised us to return to the sales floor and select additional scents that qualified under a promotion in order to complete our purchase. We followed her instructions and left our selected items at the register while we chose additional products. When we returned to the checkout area, however, the cashier continued assisting other customers rather than completing our transaction. More concerning, she appeared to prioritize two customers who seemed to be personally known to her, despite our having already been in the process of checking out. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with the same courtesy and respect afforded to everyone else in the store. Instead, we left feeling that we were treated as less important than other customers waiting to be served. We are professional minorities who live and work in this community, and we believe all customers deserve equal treatment regardless of background. We took the time to shop in your store and were prepared to make a purchase, but ultimately chose to leave because of how we were treated. We would appreciate your review of this incident and any steps that may be taken to ensure that all customers receive fair, respectful, and consistent service. (which let's be really is more than 10 minutes) There is also a massive sign telling you to tip your stylist. Not a request. Not a suggestion. A demand. Rude much? I accept that it is something necessary but I don't want to have a big sign when I walk in. They don't have enough people and it is always busy. I go here to save money.
