I drove to the right of the store and entered the narrow driveway to the rear to enter the car wash. I did this kind of instinctively never having been there before and with out the aid of signage or at least easily observable signage. As I drove the narrow drive behind the store I noticed a man standing behind the building smoking a cigarette (don't even get me started about that safety issue). I approached the remote pay/option kiosk in front of the car wash entrance and got ready to put my c.c. in to pay when I noticed a sign flashing across the lcd screen saying "car wash is out of order". After a minute of rattling off a flurry of cuss words I composed myself and tried to figure out how to extract myself from this predicament. There was no way to back into any kind of turn around spot so I was forced to back out the entire driveway of curves and straightaway's until reaching the front of the building and the gas pumps. The same gentleman was still puffing on his cigarette as I backed out and I said "thanks for telling me it was out of order on my way in" I got no reply, he just stared at me as if to say he didn't understand what I meant. Once back out of the maze I looked carefully around for signage that I must have missed thinking that if I did miss the big sign saying Out of Order I'm a total A-hole. Nothing, not one sign to alert would be patrons of the situation ahead. I would not recommend this gas station/car wash to my worst enemy... well maybe.

Your only choices are the "Millis Gas and Service Center", which I haven't been to but wouldn't suggest, or the Mobil with all the perks you could ever think of (except for full service). Between the gas station, vacuum / air area, convenience store and the actual gas station this place has it all. You can clean your car, wash your car, fill up your car, and get snacks for your car. The guy working inside (where did I see him before?!?!) when I came through was friendly, helpful and energetic, always a pleasant surprise. The store itself is large, and is just a normal convenience store with add ons of a cool milkshake machine, beer and wine, and my personal favorite.... Ben&Jerry's! Great place to get any quick snack, gas, or a car wash. I'd stop back here over the only other gas station in town. 5 stars.

Specifically things like Twinkies, Hostess cupcakes and the little white donuts. These things are not good for you even when they are fresh. I spoke to owner about this and they pleaded ignorance. Of course I understand that part of the sale of the business to them included older existing stock, but to knowingly sell outdated terrible tasting junk food is not good. I will therefore be less apt to go in there if they are not honorable. Thank you.

This is mostly a review of the Pharmacy. First, why is there no 24 hour CVS anyplace close to…read moreMillis? It is a 20 minute drive to Natick or Walpole to get a 24 hour CVS. Frankly, I would take them just being opened late (to 12 AM or so). Since Medway and Medfield are both NOT 24 hour pharmacy's this should be. Just since coming to Millis I have had two occasions to need medication past 9 PM and had to truck to Natick in the middle of the night. The hours are also completely inconvenient for anyone who works. It should open at 7 AM and close at 11 or 12. A few weeks ago my doctor called in my prescription at 8:30PM. I got dressed, checked CVS hours and went to get it. The pharmacy closes at 9 PM. The store 10. Huh, I would think that would be the other way around? Fine. So I arrive at 8 AM the next day and there is a staff of 1. Of course at 8 AM everyone and their brother who couldn't get their medication is going to show up. There are 4 customers in store and two more at the drive through for the one / two employees. And every single time I go there if I ask them for any variation on the drug they have no other pills. I swear they have like 4 pills back there for everything. Or they just don't want to accommodate me.

I am a regular customer at Walgreens and have consistently appreciated the convenience and service provided at these stores. Unfortunately, this visit fell significantly short of those expectations. Upon checkout, I encountered two cashiers who seemed unfamiliar with the computer system, leading to an unusually lengthy transaction. This alone was inconvenient, but I was also subjected to an unexpected request to be ID'd twice. This was particularly confusing, as I have never been ID'd for purchasing any items at Walgreens before, especially not this particular item. It felt excessive and out of the ordinary for this type of purchase. To make matters worse, when I expressed some frustration, the front desk staff member with a beard responded dismissively, telling me to "calm down, buddy." This was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional, further escalating an already frustrating situation. I would like to understand why I was ID'd for a typical purchase and whether this is a new policy. Additionally, I would hope Corporate Walgreens would take steps to ensure that its employees are properly trained in both the computer systems and in customer service etiquette, to prevent situations like this in the future. His assistant, who mans the pumps and handles a ton of things always working hard, is extremely nice and helpful. I think these guys are what service used to be like - that's a good thing. Drove there to learn that not only was it not ready, but the printer was broken. I was told they would reach out if the printer got fixed and my order was ready. So I drove an hour to the party without it. While at the party I got a text telling me my order was ready, so I drove back. When I arrived the woman behind the counter was shocked to see me, and said "I feel very badly, as it's still not ready. That wasn't a message you were supposed to get". So yet again I left without what I ordered and needed. There are no words for how much I dislike this store and its inability to actually treat its customers properly.
