Drove there to learn that not only was it not ready, but the printer was broken. I was told they would reach out if the printer got fixed and my order was ready. So I drove an hour to the party without it. While at the party I got a text telling me my order was ready, so I drove back. When I arrived the woman behind the counter was shocked to see me, and said "I feel very badly, as it's still not ready. That wasn't a message you were supposed to get". So yet again I left without what I ordered and needed. There are no words for how much I dislike this store and its inability to actually treat its customers properly.

The gentleman was super nice and showed us a cream and a CVS equivalent to save money. Checkout at the pharmacy smooth. Overall good experience with what we needed and helpful staff. No communication regarding this...So now I call Medicare. The first med is in fact covered. CVS lied to Medicare and said Doc never prescribed. He prescribed the second one too, but the generic isn't covered...he didn't prescribe the generic. I'm now switching pharmacies.
