Hopefully they'll completely change it to 7-Eleven soon enough, as Tedeschi was bought out by 7-11. Anyway, this is not JUST a convenience store. It has one feature, that I never thought was anywhere but the beach. Every summer, I visit Nantasket Beach, and always get great sandwiches / burgers / hot dogs and subs from the Tedeschi Deli in the store down there. Besides that location, I haven't seen any other TD Deli locations. Think again! The Canton Tedeschi location has a deli, with not everything I saw down at the Hull location, but still with a good selection of Boar's Head and chowder. The other products sold in the store aren't terribly priced (like another review indicated). I made an order, and it was very quickly made, and a good price. Employees at both the deli counter and cash register were friendly, and the store was very organized and stocked well. Definitely a good stop for lunch and convenience for those driving along Rt 138 in Canton. This location is at the Washington Street / Turnpike Street intersection, across from a golf course. -1 star since the deli wasn't as good as the other, and the store has some exterior renovations in need. Overall, good, solid 4-star spot.

The corner of Railroad Ave and Washington St is crazy - 3 (yes, 3) convenience stores, and the only reason why there aren't 4 is because there is a parking lot on the other corner. If those stores didn't need the parking, there would probably be a store there. But Quick Stop would still be the best... nice man and woman seem to own and/or run it (husband and wife, perhaps?), they always seem to be open, and they are incredibly friendly. And unlike the shady convenience store diagonally across the street, when you walk in, you don't have to walk through 5 townies outside who are smoking before they go inside to wait for the next Keno game. Lottery players are a big customer base here, I suppose, but all your basics are here too, as are the best prices on Diet Coke (my personal vice). Go on in and you won't regret it!

I remembered there was a gas station here, and thought it would be the perfect place to stop and fill up as this Sunoco always has good prices for being on Route 1 (any gas station on any highway is always higher priced than a gas station on a deserted road or town center, for some odd reason). To my surprise, the station was closed for renovation. Now, that day I was disappointed with this station, but now, being brand new and all, it's GREAT! The store is much larger than its previous state and carries cold drinks, sweet candy, and delicious snacks for your busy trip down Route 1. They also have coffee and lots of other perks inside, like an ATM and ice machine. The gas station isn't ever too busy, has lots of space (isn't in a congested spot along the highway) and has very helpful employees inside. They have cool cash register screens as well as an interesting rewards system. The gas station is accessible via Route 1 Southbound, or on Neponset Street, just before the Route 1 interchange. Great gas station choice for the area. 5 stars.
