Just off the highway, a gas station, cheaper than the Shell next door, and recommended by the locals. A convenience store that wasn't open when I visited. They had red lights on when I visited at night to fuel up - wasn't sure if related to the big rig refilling the station's tanks? read more

The best gas prices around! I always like to go here to fill, if I am nearby, because the prices are unbeatable. Their apple pay at the pump doesn't seem to work anymore but can still pay via card or go inside to pay. They've got lots of pumps so even if it looks super busy (often at night), the wait is not long at all ;) Highly recommend for good quality gas with the best prices around. I prefer Pink Hill, or Purple Veiny Hill, but they were too far so I stopped here. Decent price on gas, and very convenient close to the highway on the south side of the Boston area. I was nearly out of petrol so I'm glad it was here, and thank you to Gasbuddy for finding it for me. Restrooms were clean and enjoyable, so to speak. Tons of products in the store, huge drink selection, but I stuck to the gas, because, well, I just drank 13 bubble teas in Chinatown Boston in the space of 3 hours. Wish I was kidding. I stopped for gas a little after 2pm today and the place was busy as it always is, because of their cheap price's. As I was pumping my gas, the lady behind me was a little shook up. I noticed a black male talking to her and didn't want to get involved but I felt it was necessary. I spoke to the older lady and guy who was helping her. I was informed that the lady, who paid in cash accidentally told the guy in the store , the wrong pump number. The man from the store, from what I heard was super rude and refused to refund the poor old lady. The gentleman who was helping ended up paying for her gas! Nice to see that there are still nice people in this crazy world. I didn't get his name, but I thanked him for his generosity. He replied,"that's someone's mom!" God bless that guy and whoever was working deserves to be fired!!!!! read more

Cheap gas! Why go to a more evil company like Exxon or BP when you can come here and it's way cheaper! It's a problem trying to take a left turn out of here to head back to Milton but definitely worth saving 10 cents a gallon for. Also if you are heading somewhere and need a drink get the bigger size bottled Cokes/Sprites then the smaller size, you will save money in the end. Candy is expensive though, I paid like $3 for a box of Mike and Ikes when it only costs me 99 cents for the same box at Blockbuster. read more

This is my main gas place. It is the cheapest gas for miles and there are plenty of pumps (18, I think). The closest competitors that I've found are the Costco in Dedham which requires a membership and only takes AmEx (for now) or the Stop and Shop Gas in Roslindale which is usually the same to about 5 cents more per gallon. I wish people would stop pulling up to the pumps going the wrong way. They ignore the big white arrows painted on the ground and it messes up traffic. I agree with Jessica that making a left turn out of the gas station is a pain since it's such a busy road. I haven't used the convenience store so I can't comment on that part, but they do charge for the air which is the main reason that I docked one star. I miss living near the Hess in Inman Square which used to have free air. read more

Had issue with pump #15. Today 01/10/18 at 07:54AM. I used my debit card to pump Gas and the handle got stuck and continued to pump gas into my car. As soon as I noticed the handle would not release I ran into the store to let the attendant know what was happening. The attendant said that the machine was going to stop when it was finished and I explained to him I do not want it to keep pumping, the handle is jammed. He insisted that it would not and it had stopped. I walked back out to my car to find that it had only stopped because my gas tank had been filled. I took out the gas pump and the handle was still stuck. I left the pump on the ground and went it to get the store attendant. He came out and saw the pump on the floor. Picked it up and started flicking the back end till it popped out. And said that's all I had to do. I explained I could not have taken it out and flicked the back end while it was in my car pumping out gas. Said well now you have gas. And pretty much said I was out of luck and there's was nothing I could do about it. I then called my bank to dispute the charge and they told me to call back and speak to the manager and that they should have no problem fixing the issue. I called back around 11:00AM and asked for the manger. The manager at the time answered and I explained to her what had happened earlier. She then told me she would have to go out and check the pump to see if in case that was the fact. But regardless I was out of luck. I told her I had no problem with her checking the pump but it was not ok to charge me and say I was out of luck. The manager also proceeded to tell me it was my fault that I did not come into the store and PrePay the pump. The attendant and manager at the time were very rude, and talked over me as I tried to explaine situation. I also just googled blue hills express and saw a 1 star review on Yelp from 01/05/18 with the same problem. Very displeased as I have been going there for years. But after this situation; feeling dismissed I will no longer give them my business. read more
