The deli is awesome. The people who work in the deli are all so nice. The dunks is convenient but most staff behind the counter are miserable. The liquor store is convenient. Not a great wine selection and customer service is slim to none. MOODY staff members that act like youre bothering them and talk to customers like theyre wasting their time and to their co workers like theyre stupid. We all know the woman im talking about. Ran in for a quick coffee and came out to find that someone rear ended my back bumper in the parking lot. If you have been to Bob's you are well aware that the parking situation is tight. I asked the manager to review the security footage when he was free. Apparently he never looked at the tape and the hit and run was taped over. Just got a $300 appraisal to fix my ride. Try a little customer service at the counter for buying alcohol. If you go here to buy alcohol make sure everyone around you has an ID. Just buying a couple of six packs for a Christmas party and had a great selection. But then got denied because my friend didn't have his ID on him. And this place is a deli/ convenient store/ beer and wine place didn't think everyone has to have an ID when I was buying, not him. Won't come here again after the rudeness at the counter as well. First and last time to come here when I drove 25 minutes just to come here. read more

If I lived in the area where I work I'd come here more often! It's a deli, convenience store, and liquor store wrapped into one. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. They have Boar's Head meats (which are sliced to order when you order a sandwich), discounts on Land of Lakes American cheese (much cheaper than the supermarket), prepared dinners made from scratch, and they make a fantastic sandwich. I am a big fan of the Chicken of The Sea wrap (tuna) and their pulled pork sandwich. Also they have "Larry the Lobster Roll" which is wicked good for $9.99. They also remodeled in the last year and they have tables so you can sit and eat there now if you'd like. They also have a catering menu. I just moved in, quite literally across the street. I had been here twice before because the beer selection is pretty good for a small convenience/liquor store. Just stopped by today for a 6-pack and was told, "We don't accept out of state licenses. Store policy." Well that policy and rude customer service just lost you frequent business. Never going back again. As a side-note the "store policy" was posted nowhere I could see and seeing as I had purchased alcohol from this establishment before, was not consistently followed. read more

The biggest problem with this place is inconsistency, there is someone different behind the deli counter on a regular basis, just when you get an awesome sandwich the next one is not so good. I had someone put mayonnaise on a Italian sub with oil dressing when I specifically told them not to (who puts mayo on a italian?) when you order a Big boy sub for $10.00 it is all bread and condiments and no meat. The newest guy there comes across as lazy like he is doing you a favor by waiting on you. So I am all done with them, if you can't offer a consistent product from day to day maybe the ownership should pay more attention. read more

Great for lottery and tobacco. Food to order AWEFUL. The hot food looks very unappealing. I keep giving it one more shot when ordering a sandwich/sub. I give up. We aren't greeted with a smile or hello when attempting to order. They just stand there with pen and notepad waiting to hear the order. They microwave the soup. Yes they have hot roast beef but it tastes funky and if you want lettuce, onion, and mayo you get a small drop of mayo, 5 to 6 small shreds of lettuce that end up on the wrapper not in the sandwich, and diced onions that fall out everywhere. A simple BLT sub, $10+ and the bacon is either undercooked or burnt, 5 tomatoes, and again a few shreds of lettuce. Over priced fruit cups roughly $5 to $6. Small cups of tapioca pudding for over $2. And if you have Canadian coins they won't accept them especially the lady that wears that hat. And she's not nice about it either. The cashier who wears a hat is VERY rude. All of the other cashiers are AWESOME. they always have a smile on their face very helpful, extremely courteous. I have spent easily $100 per week at that store and that stopped starting this week. I can't willingly spend my money at a place where the product is not worth the money and a staff that acts as if we should feel lucky to have them wait on us. I have been going to Bob's for years. Much more than just a convenience store. They have a great selection of Beer, wine and hard liquor. They also have a great deli in the back corner that puts out amazing hot foods and sandwiches. The Deli also has excellent cold cuts at great prices staffed by experienced help that knows what their doing. Bob's also sells some of the freshest bread from local Bakery's as well as Pies during Holliday's. The best part about Bob's is costumer service!!! They have on more that one occasion helped me carry stuff out to my car. read more
