I understand that water usage can be limited in small towns, and I was fine adjusting my…read moreexpectations. However, when you pay for a car wash, you still expect your vehicle to come out clean. I've been to Prestige in Stoughton twice, and both times the wash failed to clean the back of my car, especially the rear window and trunk. The first time I mentioned it, the only solution offered was a quick wipe with a dirty rag--nothing was done for the rest of the car, which was still dirty. When an issue like this happens, there should at least be a courtesy rewash or some effort to make it right. Instead, I paid for a service that didn't deliver. I kept my subscription hoping it was a one-time issue, but after it happened again--and with prices increasing--I decided to cancel. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. Very disappointing experience.

I love this gas station. It has so much to offer with gas, the mini mart inside, plus Dunkin'…read moreDonuts. I would give it five stars if it weren't for one thing - the parking/flow of traffic. At least once a week (I go to this establishment usually 3 days a week), box trucks take over the parking lot. The station should have dedicated pumps AWAY from the station entrance off 138 for box trucks (so the pumps on the Central Street side). When truck drivers use the pumps close to the 138 entrance, they pull so far forward they end up blocking the entrance. I had to wait on 138 today because a box truck was blocking the entrance with his truck while pumping gas, so no one could get by. There has to be a better solution, whether it be dedicated spaces, clearer signage, etc.

I work around the corner and had driven by many times. I finally checked it out after talking to a…read morecouple coworkers about it. My car was absolutely covered in pollen and had been nailed by a few birds. Because my car is lower to the ground and has a carbon fiber front spoiler, I cannot go to a traditional drive-through car wash. I either do the "touchless" or do it myself. Because of the severity of the job, I decided to use their self-service bay. The first thing I noticed was the pressure of the water - it was very strong! Which is good for removing bird crap, dried sap, tar, and all that brake dust. The cost is $1/min, so be ready to spend an easy $15-20 depending on how thorough you are. The air dryer was powerful, but I did have to drive to a second bay because it was broken in the first bay. It took an additional 10 minutes of drying to complete the car. Total cost was about $25.00, but my car was definitely cleaner (and dryer) than a regular touchless wash. I believe the pricing for a Platinum wash is $21, and unlimited is $35/mo (less if you buy a 12-month contract). I thought that the layout of the property made sense and that the focus was definitely on the car wash bays and free vacuums. The only other place I go to that is similar is Rojo's in Norwood which is a little closer to my house. I would rank Prestige as slightly better than Rojo's. Rojo's is a gas station with a car wash (and their car wash prices are high for what you get, in my opinion). I will definitely be back to Prestige, especially since it's on the way home from work. I'd say skip the air drying and bring your own chamois, or drive home and wipe your car down in your driveway, unless you don't mind spending the extra $10 to use the air gun. For what it's worth, my car was yellow the next morning. Gotta love pollen season :)

I only give 1star cause you seemed to be nice & honest at first.. but ended up a huge disappointment & dissatisfied in your salesmanship at this garage dealership.. Hope no one does to your childlike you do to others cause I am someone else daughter.. so think about that before you screw over an innocent women just tying to survive in her own ya heartless person
