When I got to the gas station my funds were on hold by Prestige. Like.WTF! I went back and they said this is normal procedure to hold money. So you can't give me gas but can hold my funds for gas I did not get. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It was at the Speedway on Route 123 that isn't big enough to hold one car and the store is a complete cluster jam. I still really wanted to get more "Speedy Rewards" and was headed down this side of Brockton, so I figured to stop at this Speedway on Main Street. Just from driving up, there is SO much space! A spacious parking lot, HUGE store, and lots of room. No more clusters at the station on 123! Store is gigantic and has all the normal variety of a convenience store. Prices didn't seem outrageous (actually, low for a convenience store), and the bathrooms were super clean. Gas prices are pretty low, and competitive, since there is another station right across the street. Not nearly as busy as the other Speedway, and multiple cashiers too. Large stock of newspapers inside for a plus. Now this is the type of gas station I was looking for. If I'm looking for a gas station in Brockton again, I'm coming here.... I'd suggest this to others. Plus, it's not one of the thousand no-name gas stations in Brockton that look "fishy". Located on Main Street / Route 28, at the junction of Sargents Way, about half a mile from the West Bridgewater town line.

Earlier, I was driving in Newton and saw multiple gas stations charging around $2.29 or some even more for regular gas. Then, coming all the way down to Brockton to run some other errands I viewed all of the gas stations at all $1.99 or less. And while I would understand why someone would pay for something of a different quality, gasoline is gasoline. No reason to pay more for it if you don't have to. This AL Prime station sits along Crescent Street in the east side of Brockton. Recently, gas was the cheapest of any of the other places I saw at a whopping $1.87! The station includes 8 pumps and a small store with cold drinks, candy, and lots of snacks (what else do you expect from a convenience store!). Clean shop that is quite small and dismal, but serves its need and purpose effectively. Employees aren't rude, but aren't friendly, and don't respond to customers unless they are asked a direct question (not my preferred way to be treated..... but what can you do.....). Anyway, great prices on gas, good convenience, and never busy. In closing, a good gas station in the Brockton area. 4 stars.

For the last 2 years, I've always gone there on centre to get my inspection done. Yesterday, I was…read morejust disappointed, dismissed and tried to play me. I went to the center street site and waited to be served and it was taking some time and Sam sent me to their Main Street. Unfortunately, when I went to Main Street, they shared that due to my windshield fluid and car bolts I failed my inspection and they shared because of the parts and time they can fix it on Monday. I would not be able to do it on Monday so I asked for alternative options and he told me that mechanics are closed early today. I then asked if I go elsewhere to fix the issue and return before the closing time. Will they inspect my car and pass if the issue is solved. At first he said no then, then his wife restated the question and he responded yes but it's Saturday I'll be lucky to get a mechanics who will do all the work at this time since shops close early. As I got in my car, The young man who co-inspected my car told me at the other location on centre street have mechanics would could assist me and give it a try again. So I listened and went back, as I arrived to explain one of the young man (not Sam) about what as said. He said he didn't get what I was trying to say, I was like let me go get the inspection papers in my car because I want to make sure I am stating the right problem (he was a little rude) I went to my car and get the paper and he told me he called his dad and spoke to his dad ( I don't know what his dad told him and perhaps it was no) and the work for the car would not be done today! I can drop it off Monday in the morning and they could have it done by 12pm. He was very rude and proceeded to tell me it's Saturday, half day (they close early) and it's all the front work and it would take a long work to do it! As I try to speak, Sam begin to closed the garage door on me. I was dismissed! Maybe they had another client but at that moment or could've been handled differently! I was so upset that I left! I actually went somewhere else! They were open and shared the problem was an easy fix. The fact is City gas just didn't want to do it for whatever reason but make a general statement that no mechanic would do it because it's a saturday. In fact, the windshield fluid was an easy fix and the wheels as well! The place fixed my car in 45 minutes and redid my inspection and I passed! Yes, I had to pay another $35 but it was worth it and I was not going back to city gas! The absolute worst customer service!!!!!! You don't treat anyone like that and I'm sure if I was man they would NEVER!!!
