This location doesn't have photo or pharmacy, and is much, much smaller than an ordinary CVS store, having a small beauty section, and 6 small, tiny aisles, as well as a back freezer section. But, that's IT! Small checkout area, and overall, not a place I'd ever choose to shop (or really ever come back to, specifically since CVS stores in other malls are better.... and there are 3 other stores throughout the Town of Braintree, so this really isn't needed). Anyway, wouldn't suggest it unless you looking for a quick item or two and already in the South Shore Plaza (or waiting for an order at the new Red Robin down the mall corridor, like I was). 2 stars.

I asked if they could check the order history, but they refused to look it up or help me resolve the issue. After some back and forth, they suggested that someone had already picked up my order and even accused my girlfriend and me of taking it ourselves. When we pressed for assistance, the employee called someone named "Aunty Apla" on the phone. Instead of helping, she started screaming at us. At that point, we left since it was clear they had no intention of resolving the situation. This was by far the worst experience I've had with DoorDash and at any 7-Eleven. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable.

Maybe it's because they're new and still very clean and well-lit. Maybe hardwood floors add a touch of class. Maybe it's how much I enjoy encountering a friendly face when I open the door. Perhaps it's the healthy lunches they stock in the fridge. Or I just appreciate they went out of their way to get my drug of choice (Diet Dr. Pepper) in my size of choice (2-liters! 20oz. is just a tease). Whatever it is, they're my new store of choice when I'm feeling parched or peckish.
