I used my DoorDash credits to order a 24-pack of water bottles and a candy bar for pickup at 10 AM. When I went to the store around 6:50 PM to pick it up, the staff told me they couldn't find my order. I asked if they could check the order history, but they refused to look it up or help me resolve the issue. After some back and forth, they suggested that someone had already picked up my order and even accused my girlfriend and me of taking it ourselves. When we pressed for assistance, the employee called someone named "Aunty Apla" on the phone. Instead of helping, she started screaming at us. At that point, we left since it was clear they had no intention of resolving the situation. This was by far the worst experience I've had with DoorDash and at any 7-Eleven. Stop in here from time to time, it's pretty par for the course. The area just has a lot of "patrons" that hang around here that I prefer not to be around. However, it has what you need from a 7eleven and it's been there a long time. Its parking lot is small but serviceable. I like the Adam's street one much better. read more

I'm a female ask them to use their restroom because I was waiting for my tow truck even bought drinks from this convenience store and they would not let me use the restroom made a female walk down the street at night in a not lighted neighborhood to use the local restaurant bathroom. read more

Much like the other 7-11 not so far away this 7-11 has chosen not to let customers use their bathroom and they are quite rude about it too. This is why we no longer give 7-11 our money. Save your money and go to another store that thinks enough of their customers to provide them with a bathroom to use if they need it. read more

Whether you spell it "7-Eleven," "7-11," "Seven-Eleven," "7-1-1," or "seven divided by eleven," it's still just a 7-Eleven. The only thing remarkable about this particular 7-Eleven is it's amazing averageness. Average size, average selection, average cleanliness. Sliiiightly below-average location and sliiiightly above-average cashier friendliness, both of which I find average for suburban 7-Elevens. They have my Diet Dr. Pepper, so I like them. Out of all the 7-Elevens I have been to this one is a classic. They got what you need, snacks, candy, drinks. A bit over priced but where else are you gonna fix that craving for some pork rinds and a Twinkie. This manager at this place is a bit weird sometimes and most likely under the influence but he's always cheerful. All the workers in this place do their job well enough, I like the guy that works the night shifts. The store is pretty clean for the most part but I would steer clear of the nacho machine. Honestly I have tried most of the 7-Eleven Hot meals and for the most part I recommend not getting them. The crowd of people that go to this place are a bit weird, I mean some of the characters you'll see in the wee hours of the morning just make you wanna lock your car doors. Well, that's just Quincy's finest for ya, junkies galore. If you're gonna shop here I recommend using the 7-11 app. You can earn points from buying stuff and get free stuff in return, for example every 6 drinks you buy the 7th is free. Outside of the store there is a amazon drop off location so if you don't trust your package being left out on your doorstep in Quincy (which you shouldn't) you can have them sent here at no extra charge and they're locked safely away until you retrieve them with a code. There is also a air compressor for tires outside. The only thing I wish this 7-Eleven had more of was Irish candies and BANG energy drinks which they have none of. Point is, if you need to go to 7-Eleven, it's a safe bet you'll find what you need here and be happy with the service. read more

this one is terrible, it smells, they don't have a great selection or variety of foods. i guess it's in a shotty area in quincy too, so not the best area. the one on franklin st is better, it has more variety, much cleaner, service is better, you definitely remember the people working there. and they remember you for the most part. read more
