The sales staff working on the sales floor are always knowledgeable and willing to help customers locate products or provide helpful suggestions. The front end staff is always very pleasant and the checkout process goes smoothly. There is also a self checkout option at this location and the self checkout machines are always in good working order. The parking lot is huge so finding a parking spot is never a problem. It is also well lit at night. I would definitely say that this is my preferred CVS location. I highly recommend this location to others and I know for sure that I will be back.

Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was still very curt and dismissive. At one point, I was told that if I couldn't figure it out, I could simply come into the pharmacy. I'm currently on the Cape, so that wasn't a practical option. I took my time, found the information she was asking for, and we were able to complete the call, but the interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable. I understand pharmacies are busy, but when someone is calling about new medications, insurance coverage, and significant out-of-pocket costs, a little patience and courtesy matter. I left the conversation feeling very disappointed and will likely move my prescriptions elsewhere.

The corporate pricing practices are really out of control. People often run into a pharmacy to buy quick items that they might need, but that they might usually have purchased elsewhere such as at a grocery store, for instance, you might go in and grab a quart of milk, some cheese or a box of crackers. This is where CVS skewers the customer through the chest. I know this is a convenient store, but that doesn't mean that a company should frequently screw the customer for example there's no reason that a box of wheat thins, a small box at that, should cost $6.49!!! One might do better, price wise, buying snacks in the ripoff stores at an airport! Or perhaps at a concession stand at a baseball stadium! Don't expect any bargains.
