This CVS has tried to get better and better at good staff and keeping the shelves stocked and protecting certain merchandise from being stolen and pocketing! I give them and the manager a lot of credit. I personally have seen guys pretending to look at something the next in their pocket. Hard to stop them due to the nature of their mental health they could be violent or carry a weapon so I hope that this CVS CAN ADD ADDITIONAL SAFEGUARDS! read more

Minute clinic falsely advertises that they collect hepatitis B titers whereas they in actuality don't. It's false advertising of their services. They allow you to book an appointment for the service only to be told at the appointment they don't actually collect it there but refer you out. It was a complete waste of my time and the physicians time. Will never set foot in a cvs again. read more

pharmacist was very unprofessional and careless...... really negligent approach to health and safety for people

This is a pretty good CVS location with services such as a self-checkout and Minute Clinic services if you need it. I went into this location this afternoon looking to buy three items and was able to find two out of the three things on my list. The other thing I was looking for was out of stock. The service at the registers can be hit or miss sometimes so I usually go with the self-checkout option. The store is usually pretty well stocked and you'll find most of what you're looking for here. The items are displayed attractively on the shelves and the store is kept clean. read more

TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible and only getting worse. Prescriptions take days. Not hours. Prescription was sent at 7am and just stopped through and only 1 of 5 were done. I changed my pharmacy for this reason and sadly this was sent here by accident. Find a new pharmacy!!!! read more

I usually go to Walgreens but since they don't accept my current insurance had to change pharmacies. Today was my first visit (3/16/24) I had to pick up my prescriptions which only 1 was ready out of 3/4 either was unavailable and or out of stock. I don't blame them, I have the CVS app which I can always check for any updates. Service was good and speedy, there were only a few people ahead of me anyway. Not sure why there are negative reviews for this location. read more

I visited the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I arrived right before they were closing for lunch and they closed with me right in front of them. If i did that to a customer at my job I would be fired. They all deserve a lunch break, but it is ridicules that the whole department needs to take it at the same time. Customers have no way of knowing that they are closed. An Employee with name tag Greg (receipt said different name) returned at 2 and was extremely rude. I will change my pharmacy over this. read more

CVS at this location (and others) have stopped allowing incoming phone calls. My medication had a shortage and the only thing I can do is call around to pharmacies to find out which pharmacy has my medication in stock. It is mind blowing that CVS has managed to go another step further to limit access to health care for disabled individuals. Every month I have to call dozens of pharmacies to find my medication which I have to do on my lunch breaks and now I can't even talk directly to the pharmacy at CVS. If it's a staffing problem, hiring more staff. But no, it's America, so instead the corporation chooses to make the healthcare system even more difficult to navigate. read more

Do not get your documents or photos printed here. I opened a sign I had printed while still at the store and noticed their printer left red ink streaks all across it. I went back in line to ask for help and was ludicrously told that instead of reprinting it free of charge, I would have to pay for it to be printed again. read more

Do you like to wait for prescriptions? Do you like to be told how busy the pharmacy is and that items are not ready? Do you like being sent home because items will take more than 20 minutes? Do you like receiving a message items are ready, drive there and find they are not ready? Do you like calling, endlessly waiting, being told no prescriptions has been called in, call your doc, call them back, wait again, then fall into one of the above traps???? But wait.... there's more! Would you like 0 accountability? That's right, 0!! If the above describes you then this is your CVS. "I would literally pay more for prescriptions so my time wasn't wasted" said one valued customer. read more

This CVS location has declined dramatically over the past year. You aren't able to speak with a pharmacist, it takes more than eight hours to get a necessary prescription filled, and when you arrive at the counter to speak with a pharmacist you receive a rude response. Terrible customer service. All staff should be required to take a mandatory customer service training program. read more

I was there on Saturday at 6:20 am to get my meds. I called a head for my prescriptions and they were ready by the time that I got there . I never had any issues and definitely will be back. read more

Third time at this pharmacy and I loved it! I don't pick up my medication at this location but decided to switch locations due to COVID-19 concerns. Just to make sure everything is all set before I head down, I called the place ahead of time and they confirmed that my meds were ready. The thoughtful and caring pharmacist, short asian woman, wearing N95 mask was professional and attentive. There was an error with my insurance but she got it fixed, the dedication and time she took to talk to me and fill my prescription was remarkable. I was most shock about how fast efficient she was! The team at this store is always willing to stop what they are doing and help those in need. Their communication skills are excellent! Thank you for all you do for me!! Thank you for the hard workers (pharmacists and technicians) that deals with coronavirus on the frontlines!! We appreciate you! read more

This pharmacy is the worst!!! My mother is in her 90's and needed a prescription filled for an inhaler, no pill counting , and nothing a 10 year old couldn't handle. 4 Days of "We're working on it". Finally my sister in law, a nurse read them the riot act and they changed the story and said they were waiting for a call back from the Doctor. They lied. We checked with the Doctor's office and they assured us that no call from the pharmacy was ever made. They are rotten and they lie, go anywhere but here. Disgusting and incompetent liars. read more

Just like most pharmacy reviews state the service here to fill a prescription is poor and not acceptable for today's standards. The doctor puts in order right away at my appointment at 9am. I get a text from CVS at 1pm stating they received the order. I go to pick it up at midnight when I figure it is nice and quiet with no lines. That is a total of 11 hrs. to fulfill the order...pharmacist tells me the order is not ready can you come back in a half hour...This is one of many times I have been asked to come back on different occasions...!! Always with the great products and service. The old chestnut! CVS never lets you down. My only complaint is that they should have a better magazine section... like they used too. this place is very poorly managed. last week i sat there while the phone kept shouting 15 people on hold while none of the 5 staff made any attempts to answer the phone..just waited for people to hang up out of frustration.. amazing the laziness.. i myself had been on hold 20 min before i gave up and just went in.. if thats not bad enough. i reserved a pcr test three weeks before my appointment. was confirmed for a pcr test. i arrive. they tell me they dont do pcr tests at that location and i need to reschedule for another day. what a joke. ended up having to pay $175 out of pocket for a last minute provider for my flight. stay away from this place. the provider i used was able to deliver in an hour instead of 3 days.... again. stay away, read more

The service at this pharmacy is ATROCIOUS. My rx that I order through them every month consistently has issues because no one can seem to make a note that I am agreeing to pay out of pocket. Of course no one bothers to call, send an email, text, automatic notification through their app (I'd take anything!) to let you know that they have an issue. I've been waiting 6 days now for my prescription and when I reached out this morning, they said "oh well our system said we had your rx but we don't". Then they made me call around to other pharmacies looking for it, instead of taking accountability for their mistake. read more

Pharmacy help is awful.... I had one item from the store and he said "can you pay for that up front so we can keep the line moving...." I looked behind me and there was two people in line... I usually don't write reviews unless the place is either really good or is really bad. I will be changing my pharmacy after today. I will share my experience so no one else's health will be jeopardize or time is wasted at this pharmacy. 1. Due to my pregnancy I come to this Pharmacy for my prescriptions cause of the location is more convenient for me, but.. be aware. Each time you want to collect your prescriptions, please wait 1 hour. YES. They will tell you it will take an hour, I have been to so many CVS pharmacy within 15mins the technicians or pharmacists get things done quick just NOT here. NOT Southern Artery Quincy CVS. 2. This is for Ashley, the technician, yes the man you are talking to or you used to like he is now my husband. So don't look at me with your judging eyes, pregnant ladies are sensitive. I know you are a nice person but you need to keep your facial expressions in check. 3. This is more serious, the pharmacist, the short asian woman, Ngi H Vu. My doctor prescribed me 3 Humulin Pens and 1 box of needles, you only gave me 1 pen. And insist that the pen can use up to 25 days, sorry my dear you need to learn how to use google or read more about insulin pens. The pen is only good to use for 14 days after opening, thats why my doctor prescribed 3 pens. If you are unsure you should have made a call to my doctor and not try to be smart act on your own, what will happen to me or my baby using insulin that dont work anymore after 14 days? I tried to tell you I can only use it for 14 days, she took the calculator and do the division 300/12=25 days. Goodness, you of all as a pharmacist who supposed to know your thing have no clue what is Humulin pen with cloudy insulin? Where is your credibility as a pharmacist? How many ppl's lives have you risked for acting like a smart ass? 4. I had to make calls to my insurance company and call my hospital have them talk to the yes short-asian-woman-with-mask-on pharmacist Ms Vu to tell her she made a mistake and she replied my insurance company still say WE are confused. Howwwww did she graduate????? 5. After all this commotion and you guys still did not fully pack my prescription and left out the box of needles. CVS really need to evaluate every single staffs they hired at this pharmacy for their incompetence. read more

TERRIBLE!!!!! Made an online app, 10:30 for vaccination, and when i get there the nurse was not there and i was told buy this little man MOSS, that the nurse had called saying she would be little late. and I asked him, how long like 10 min? he laughed at me and said 1 HOUR AT LEAST. Then i asked if they has another nurse to cover, and he said,WHY DON'T YOU GO TO A HOSPITAL? THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE FOR. He said that in the middle of this pandemic, people are not leaving homes and not even thinking about hospitals, unless if you are in a real emergency. Tjis little man MOSS should not be at the front of this pharmacy dealing with customers. Not mentioned when i went there yesterday and asked the nurse about the vaccines she said I AM SORRY I'M BUSY NOW, SHE WAS READING A BOOK!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time filling prescriptions here. Dropped off script at 930 said come back in 1 hour. Which was fine had stuff todo. Called back 3 hours later and they said they were still working on it...so I waited went to gym and called again they said we are really busy still working on it. Wtf how long does it take . then went there and there's literally an army of pharmacy staff working behind counter I still had to wait when I got there it wasn't ready??. Why did you say an hour 7 hours ago to me . And I wasn't the only one they said that to. The two people in front of me got told same thing. I am in need of a TB test. I've been to the minute clinic before and have never had a problem...until today. I went to the Kiosk and signed in. I checked off that I needed a TB test and a Flu vaccine. There was one person ahead of me so my wait was going to be 40 minutes. While signing in I checked off the option to get a text when I was the next person to be seen, I was impressed by that. Since I had a bit of a wait, I decided to get home to pick up something that I forgot and come right back. Now here's the thing... when I left I didn't notice any signs of things that the Minute Clinic could not provide. When I returned I noticed there was another family signing in at the Kiosk. Fine, it was a busy day. I waited for my appointment, I noticed I was the next person on the list. When the NP walked out, she called for another patient. I stopped her and pointed I was next on the list. Another patient pointed out that she was after me. First, the NP was very nice, but she pointed out that they were no longer seeing any new patients and haven't been since 2:30pm. She also said this other family was waiting and they were next even though I saw them signing into the kiosk AFTER I returned from home. Second, she pointed out some signs that were posted that said that the minute clinic was not providing TB tests although there are signs everywhere that said "GET YOUR TB TEST TODAY!" Another sign that said "We apologize but we are no able to send you texts to let you know you are next to be seen." THIRD AND MOST IMPORTANTLY a sign that said that The Minute Clinic could no longer see any patients that day. Now, here's the thing, I admit that perhaps the first two signs about the TB test and the texts may have been there and I just didn't see them. The third sign that said the clinic was no longer seeing patients after 2:30 was taped directly onto the sign-in computer screen. When I used the computer to add my name to the patient list, THE SIGN WAS NOT THERE. I WOULD HAVE NOTICED IT. I WOULD HAVE HAD TO UN-TAPE IT TO SIGN IN. Had I noticed this mysterious sign that showed up out of nowhere I would not have wasted nearly an hour of my time just to be turned away. I would have used that time to go to ANOTHER MINUTE CLINIC INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR NOTHING!! read more

Another 24 hour CVS that is well stocked but is showing its age compared to new ones popping up. I normally go here after 11pm & I find that the store is not well kept. Review is for Minute Clinic. Went in on a Sunday not feeling well, since my doctors office wasnt open and I wanted to get on antibiotics before I started back into work for the coming week. Signed in at the computer. (So many questions!) And waited. They only have 4 chairs available, and people who were not waiting for the minute clinic were sitting in two of them, texting. Meanwhile I am curled up in a ball on the floor leaning against a wall. But dont mind me, I hope you guys play your Candy Crush in comfort. Once the other people (who were waiting for the doc) were called I got one of their seats. I got called about 25 mins after I arrived. The NP took all my vitals asked me more questions about symptoms, medical history, etc. Did a few tests and sent me on my way in about 10 mins. Very thorough and to the point. My test came back negative on Sunday. But I did end up back there on Tuesday with worse symptoms. Positive test that time and got some meds. This is through no fault of theirs, my body just didnt fully show all of the symptoms on Sunday, I guess. I recommend this place if you cant get into your own doctor, be prepared to wait. read more

Worst cvs. From the pharmacy to the clerks. No one knows anything about the store or its products to help in any way. While speaking to a manager, about a certain product, he actually took out his phone and started texting. He then directed me to another store to see if they could help me. No one knows anything about the kiosk, except the head person in charge of the photo center. Shouldn't the other employees be trained as well? Ordered prints. Machines were broken. Told the photo center clerk to cancel order. She confirmed. Not only did they print the pictures but because the machines were broken she sent the order to an outside printer and they were sent to cvs as well for me to pick up. Canceled bother those orders. Days later got a text saying my order was ready. They printed them again! Go to another cvs. read more

This CVS pharmacy is the worst!!!! The staff in the pharmacy are rude and incompetent and have zero customer service skills. It takes days to get things filled and when you get there you have to wait in line for the lack of staff. If I didn't have to go to CVS because of my insurance I would run!!! The front of the store staff has always been helpful. The pharmacy should take some tips from them. read more

Pharmacy is staffed by a bunch of illiterate minions with no regard for customer service. One employee being trained by another with long line waiting for prescriptions. Several blank-faced dregs milling about with no visible clear purpose who don't possess the were-with-all to open a register and address the line foregoing their other "duty" until the line is gone. Unfortunately it would appear that lack of strong leadership is the ultimate shortcoming of this poor excuse for a pharmacy. Good luck to them all. I'd hate to see any of them function in a position of any importance. Nothing bodes well for the future of these barely conscious employees. read more

** This is specific to the Pharmacy only - not the store at large ** (I have never had ANY problems ever with the rest of the store here ever. Wish the pharmacy had a separate Yelp profile page) Classic case of atrociously horrible customer service. I understand you are trying to be fast as a bullet train (like the ones in Europe and Japan that are twice faster than our Acela Express); but what good is your speed if you are exhibiting your lack of ability to think the way you are handling business? OK - I will try to make this short. (doubt I will succeed!) I got prescription medicine for a family member. The pills were of a bigger size and for the throat condition of the family member, swallowing (ingesting with water) the pill was a problem. We called the doctor who recommended to check with the pharmacy if they carried a different brand of the same medicine in different size / shape - which supposedly they normally do. Simple enough. I went into the pharmacy's "Consultation" counter. The girl immediately came up to the counter from inside as soon as she saw me. I was impressed. That was quick. It took me roughly 30 odd seconds to tell her what I was in for. Her response was real "bullet train like" fast - "sorry, we have only one size." Really? You didn't even look at the prescription yellow bottle to see what medicine I am talking about nor did you read the label and you knew magically that every prescription medicine you carry in the pharmacy is of one one size only and only of one brand? Unreal. The least you could have done was held the bottle in your hand, read the label and the name of the medicine, and went back to your console to do something random and try to fool me and then said, the very same thing, "sorry, we have only one size." I would have totally bought into your findings. But the fact you were in such a rush because it was 7pm and there was a line of people at the "pick up" counter and I just happened to be at the queue-less "consultation" counter - you decided to give me an illogical response coupled with your speedy return back to your console and continue with your work, not even giving me the option to ask you another question? Simply WOW. Clearly I am venting here - simply because the entire episode was plain and simply so unintelligent on this person's part given her response and at the same time lacking any type of courtesy - alright with a shiny, bright and wide smile. Not to mention so fast and leaving me in the end - so furious! I am sorry. I just didn't buy it. 2 options for me to try: 1. Go back to this very same pharmacy section of this store and see if I get another pharmacist and see what is the response I get? 2. Try another CVS pharmacy and see what is the outcome for the very same situation? Depending on what happens between the above 2 options, chances are I will stay with CVS as my preferred brand or time to switch it up. read more

I am writing this review for one reason and one reason only: The Minute Clinic. I came in over the weekend because my doctor's office was closed. I've always loved the Minute Clinic and have been visiting them for years. I love that you can walk in with no appointment, 7 days a week, they take my insurance and are able to prescribe prescriptions if needed. When I went in on Saturday I took two steps inside and the nurse practitioner, Liz, very clearly seemed to indicate that I might be *too* sick to be at the Minute Clinic. I described my symptoms to her, she took my pulse/temp and said she suspected I probably had pneumonia. She gave me a list of some urgent care clinics that are able to do chest xrays in the area and sent me on my way, free of charge. I ended up calling my PCP's office later and they took over from there, but I was so appreciative of what Liz did. To my surprise, about 5:30 that evening I got a phone call-from Liz! She was calling to check in. My regular doctor's office doesn't even usually do that. I will recommend this Minute Clinic to any friend or family member that is looking for a fast, efficient medical evaluation. read more
