I always have an excellent shopping experience at this particular CVS location. The shelves are always abundantly stocked and they are never out of stock on any of the products that I am looking to buy. The sales staff working on the sales floor are always knowledgeable and willing to help customers locate products or provide helpful suggestions. The front end staff is always very pleasant and the checkout process goes smoothly. There is also a self checkout option at this location and the self checkout machines are always in good working order. The parking lot is huge so finding a parking spot is never a problem. It is also well lit at night. I would definitely say that this is my preferred CVS location. I highly recommend this location to others and I know for sure that I will be back. read more

This is one of the better CVS stores I've been in. Huge lot dedicated to this store alone. Pharmacy drive thru. Hours for the pharmacy are a little less that the store hours. Store hours are 7-10 but pharmacy is 8-9. Always great customer service when I'm here. Most items are always in stock. Great card selection. Also, they have an ATM here. Bathroom for customers only. Right off the highway so really easy to get to. Great location read more

This is one of the worst CVS locations. It used to be one of the better ones when it first opened, but just recently it has declined immensely. 1. There is a giant pothole in the parking lot, a sewer is extremely depressed and is missing cement all around it. Seriously needs to be fixed. 2. I have called this store and spoke with the management MANY times about the CVS website indicating that this location is at "178 Washington Street, Corner of Goddard Street", which it is not. It is on the corner of Church Street, Goddard is nowhere even close to here! 3. They are not as friendly any more about coupons and consistently have issues with allowing people to use their coupons. 4. Price scanners are not up to code, the front price checker does not have a sign on the ceiling, and per the Massachusetts State Law 202 CMR 7.05 it must have a sign on the ceiling saying "check price here". 5. For a store of this size, it should have been remodeled into a BeautyIRL CVS or a store of the future. The store's current state is just dismal. It's definitely bright, but the food and seasonal sections are crowded, congested, and there are certain items that a store of this size should carry that this store does not. I don't understand why there are items sold at the small small Braintree CVS just further down the road that this location does not carry. 6. Several price discrepancies on food items in this store, too bad some people aren't doing there job. They weren't even aware of how to properly fix the issue until I mentioned it to them. So incompetent. 7. Handicapped parking spaces are not up to state regulation. Per Massachusetts State Law, they must have high contrast pavement marking located in the center of each parking space. Here, the pavement markings are all faded away and not high contrast by any means. Overall, the CVS on Providence Highway in Dedham is the very best one. I highly suggest prosperous customers visit that store. It is similar to this one in terms of location, directly off the highway, but they have a much wider variety, are remodeled as a "store of the future", and are open later. They also have fixed all the depressed sewers in their parking lot! No wonder the Dedham store does more business than this one does their stock, people, and morale are totally different. Just bought a 16oz value size Cerave moisturizing lotion. They charged me $20.00 which seemed exhorbitantly high. I then checked online and Target had the same for $15.99 and Amazon even had a 32oz for $17.00 and change. Even the CVS site listed it for $18.99 which is still high. In my opinion they seem to be taking advantage of the situation and are price gouging. I will never shop their again. read more

Tried to call and be connected to the pharmacy. No answer. On hold for 10 minutes. Not even an answer at the main number. Waste of time

I went to the store to pick up prescriptions and couple items from the front store around 6pm, 27DEC21. This pharmacy is usually good. Yesterday was a different pharmacist that i dont recognize. There was no acknowledgement and we were standing in the line for more than 5min. The pharmacist was on the computer (not the phone), as if "he doesn't care". Then I was trying to cash out in the front store by using my extra bucks. For some reasons, the coupon doesn't scan and the numbers under the bar codes are missing. The guy in the front refused my transaction by rejecting my coupons. When I asked if we can ask someone (Manager) to see if we can override it, and he said no. If one of the two options (scanning the bar code and insert the numbers under the barcode) are meant to take the coupons, its not my fault that the couple doesn't get scanned. Indeed, the coupons are part of the money/credits that I earned from CVS from the previous purchase. I know this kind of things can happen in every CVS but the customer service is definitely needed to improved!! Really disappointed with my experience yesterday! read more

I love my CVS. Every time I go in it's like a 'CHEERS' episode. Every body knows my name and they treat me like family.

I was there on 9-9-19 at approximately 8:40pm. I got a flu shot and was literally in and out of there in 8 minutes! I didn't get her name but the pharmacist who helped me was great! read more

Usually a very good store however a new cashier you recently hired young man with black hair has absolutely no idea what he's doing took him almost 15 minutes to ring up lady in front of my then over charged me and claimed I didn't give him a dime i clearly just handed him to avoid getting 95 cents in change idk If he's high or just stupid but he needs to learn how to count and do his job better read more

No self check out registers, however the cashier was so nice. She updated my extra care card info. This CVS has a large parking lot. Very clean and has a bathroom for customers. Atm inside also. Large selection of seasonal candy and home accents. Awesome location right near 95 and 93. read more

I live nearby so I find myself at this CVS all the time. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, there's ample parking, and the lines move pretty quickly. The pharmacy has been very efficient in my experience as well. What more can you ask for in a CVS? read more
