I left and changed it at home with that extra bulb I had in 5 minutes. It works. TLDR: Tried to scam me for $140 for 2 minutes of work with a bulb I HAD for the change. Then scurried away when I confronted him about it. Most shops would've done it for free or like $10, especially since I had the bulb lol. Scam artist.
