I asked if they could check the order history, but they refused to look it up or help me resolve the issue. After some back and forth, they suggested that someone had already picked up my order and even accused my girlfriend and me of taking it ourselves. When we pressed for assistance, the employee called someone named "Aunty Apla" on the phone. Instead of helping, she started screaming at us. At that point, we left since it was clear they had no intention of resolving the situation. This was by far the worst experience I've had with DoorDash and at any 7-Eleven. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable.

We stopped in here two days ago before going to the movies for some "movie candy!" I only eat a certain kind of candy called 'UNJUNKED". I brought the bag at the counter expecting to pay $4.99. To my surprise it was on sale at $2.99. They usually never are. It's usually expensive. So I went back and bought a few more bags knowing they're never on sale...and a couple of friends thought they'd buy some too and try them out. Little did we know after getting to the movie all of they were outdated by 3 months!! AHM...explains the BIG SALE that was no where marked!! Yeah..way to go CVS!!!
