Even though the garage was super busy, and it was an hour before they closed, Luis immediately pointed out the problem (a front caliper) and had the parts delivered immediately. He kept us updated throughout, and had us safely back on the road to continue our much needed Moms' weekend away. You can schedule a drop off (give a date, time, and address) and they'll send you text updates once they have someone working on your order, as well as when you can expect them to arrive. The live updates are super helpful. We also were buying food to feed 10 people for our trip, so we went with a Costco order and it was soooo affordable once split across us all. Genuinely couldn't recommend it more.

Oil change, brakes and rotors,…read morebearings, etc. I use to go to the dealer for service, but it seemed like every time I went even for a basic oil change the prices kept jumping pretty drastically ($90). The dealer kept pressing me about installing a new exhaust due to it "depreciating" and even commented that it would leak soon. I took it to Rt One Auto Service for a second opinion because i actually almost always go there for inspections anyway. At time I explained to George how I was looking to find a new auto service that I can build a relationship with and I wanted to break away from the dealer completely, who in my opinion was trying to make me spend unnecessary amounts money each visit. My exhaust is fine, still to this day. Rt One Auto fixed some bearings I was having issues with, and it's riding smoother and better than ever! Yeah, I spent a good chunk of change- but on some big jobs, but they are honest and practical. They cut some things down for me to help me save as much as I could. They had a real hard time with one of my bearings and it took them almost 3hrs to finally get it off. I know I would have probably spent my life savings at the dealership if I had it done there. I did have to leave it there over night only because while repairing the bearing they noticed one of my ABS cords was just about ready to break and they had to get the part directly from the dealership. The customer service is always professional and the guys are nice and welcoming. They were able to get me in quickly both times. I will say after reading some of the recent reviews, and to be transparent here, I sent my dad down there between the two visits that I had for an inspection sticker that he needed for his truck and they almost rejected his because of foggy headlight covers. I have never heard of an inspection failing from that, and it probably deterred my dad from probably going back, that is the only reason why I am giving 4 stars. I forget what he paid to have them cleaned so it would pass. I will plan to review again in the future after more visits.

convenient location right off exit 2 on 93 if anyone needs a quick refill. going it isn't a big…read morehassle given the lane arrangements on R138, even on peak traffic hours, but a bit of patience always helps. pricing is fair, comparable to locations nearby - maybe even a couple cents cheaper sometimes. pumps are sometimes sluggish; at times store clerk gets caught up with store purchases and needs a moment to authorize your credit card at pump. number of stations mostly adequate, unless there's a rush then it'll be a few mins wait. pump tv keeps one entertained, could learn a new vocabulary or two, even! few parking spots on both ends of the station for those who wanna run in for something, but i have come across a number of massholes who just leave their car at the pump, blocking those behind them. there are parking spots just 20 feet away!! went in the store once or twice, looking for milk and scratch/lotto tickets. had better luck finding tickets than full fat milk which they chanced to have run out the time - clerk was polite upon inquiry though. apparently didn't hit the jackpot either, boo... store interior is brightly lit, clean, and organized. always see posters of irresistible deals like BOGO bottled drinks and really cheap Honeydew breakfast items. overall, pretty nice pit stop for travelers and locals alike.

Even though I live in Westwood, it's sometimes easier coming to Norwood for whatever I need…read more Whether it's a dozen of eggs, a box of baking powder, a pizza, or a greeting card... there are very few options in Westwood Center, and normally everything is cheaper throughout the decent amount of stores on Nahatan Street.... including gas. Now, I love my local stations in Westwood, but sometimes (or very frequently) are they WAYYYY overpriced. I do visit them often if I'm headed that way, but other times, this is the closest place where I can save BIG time. Now, I'm definitely exaggerating the other gas stations.... it's really not the Westwood stations are overpriced, but with Stop&Shop Gas Points, Shell becomes the cheapest option every time. This is closest Shell station to my house, and sits on Pleasant Street in Norwood. It's gotten marginally busier ever since the Mobil closed up shop on Nahatan Street, but still is barely ever busy. It actually is located in what I consider the middle of nowhere. It's not visible from the main streets and would do much better if located on Nahatan instead. Then again, lucky for me, it's like my own gas station almost every time. The employees are always friendly, kind and helpful, and they even provide full serve here! Yes, you can do self if you like, but if you use the far two pumps, those are full serve. Very infrequent to find cheap full serve gas stations around these days..... I wish any of the towns around would add a new "Full Serve Law" like in many other places have out west. Overall, I really like this gas station and try to use my Stop&Shop points here the most.... they are much better than the "average" Shell station in Walpole. 5 stars for this Shell!

You'll have to go around the intersection and it's just a long and a mess. But, if you are driving on Dean Street or on Route 1 Southbound, it's a perfect stop to FILL UP! Normally, it's one of the cheaper gas stations on Route 1, and if you don't choose to come here the next gas station is all the way up by Big Y in Walpole (at least 3 miles up the road)... so my suggestion is to stop here! The convenience store is also useful. Sure it's not the biggest by any means (actually, it's one of the smallest convenience stores ever!), but it has a good stock and every square foot is used to the max! Staff are friendly and they have a vacuum and air thing too. Never that busy and they seem to be open pretty late. 4 stars for the Norwood Mobil.
