I have become a welcomed regular by the staff who are great and understand customer satisfaction. I prefer to pump at a brand name station for reliability on the gas products, as well as the content of the store (food, drink, etc.). Pricing is affordable and priced competitively with market. Many gas pumps, thus no wait. Overall, this gas station has all the requirements for convenience, reliability and affordability.

I stopped in this morning for a car wash. I've never tried this one before so I was kind of…read moreexcited to see how good it is and what they offered. I drove to the right of the store and entered the narrow driveway to the rear to enter the car wash. I did this kind of instinctively never having been there before and with out the aid of signage or at least easily observable signage. As I drove the narrow drive behind the store I noticed a man standing behind the building smoking a cigarette (don't even get me started about that safety issue). I approached the remote pay/option kiosk in front of the car wash entrance and got ready to put my c.c. in to pay when I noticed a sign flashing across the lcd screen saying "car wash is out of order". After a minute of rattling off a flurry of cuss words I composed myself and tried to figure out how to extract myself from this predicament. There was no way to back into any kind of turn around spot so I was forced to back out the entire driveway of curves and straightaway's until reaching the front of the building and the gas pumps. The same gentleman was still puffing on his cigarette as I backed out and I said "thanks for telling me it was out of order on my way in" I got no reply, he just stared at me as if to say he didn't understand what I meant. Once back out of the maze I looked carefully around for signage that I must have missed thinking that if I did miss the big sign saying Out of Order I'm a total A-hole. Nothing, not one sign to alert would be patrons of the situation ahead. I would not recommend this gas station/car wash to my worst enemy... well maybe.

I came here to get my vehicle inspection done and had one of the most frustrating customer service…read moreexperiences I've had in a long time. When I arrived, an older man working the front told me there were two people ahead of me, so I politely waited in line as instructed. A few minutes later, the technician doing inspections came outside, pointed directly at me, nodded, and motioned for me to drive into the shop. I wasn't even sure it was my turn, so I pointed at myself to confirm. He nodded again and waved me in. As I began pulling my car forward, the older man rushed out yelling at me, accusing me of skipping the line and asking if I "didn't want it anymore." I tried to explain that I was called in by the inspector, but he kept interrupting me, talking over me, and insisting I was wrong in a very rude and aggressive way. Thankfully, the actual inspection technician came back out and confirmed that he did in fact call me in, and that the person before me had not come out yet. He corrected the situation and even told the older man to call the next customer properly. The inspector was polite, calm, and professional. The complete opposite of the front guy. This whole situation was unnecessary and embarrassing, and it could have been avoided if the front staff communicated properly instead of yelling at customers. The inspection tech deserves credit for handling things professionally, but the older man at the front desk seriously needs training in customer service and basic respect. I won't be coming back here because no one should be spoken to that way just for following instructions.
