Got a certificate for a free car inspection here. Got here right at 5pm one Friday night and they graciously still completed an inspection for me (thankfully.... it took me about an hour to get here from my house which is only thirty minutes away!). Super friendly, efficient and kind. Gas station seems to have some of the lowest prices around and they accept the Stop&Shop Gas Rewards (always fabulous). Very user friendly and convenient (right on Route 3A). Of course it is full serve since Weymouth is part of the few towns that have that incredibly awesome "full serve" law. No need to even consider the several other no name gas stations along this stretch of exhausted roadway, choose Shell. 5 stars.. would definitely come back in the future and greatly appreciate their super efficient yet thorough inspection! 5 stars. read more

Excellent experience! I had brought my car for an issue to a different place we had used for years - that place caused significant damage to my car. I then brought it to the dealership whose quote was outrageous and no guarantee of a fix. Eli spent a great deal of time fixing the original issue and all the issues the other place had caused! Car is now running good as new. The communication was great throughout thanks to Gail and Eli. The price was very fair for all the time and work they put into it. This will be our new repair shop my bing forward! read more

Eli & The guys have always taken great care of me & My Jeep... great service, honest prices. Recently someone hit me... had it towed to them before I knew that my jeep was totaled & they helped every step of the way dealing with the loss. I Would highly recommend them... & when I get a new vehicle I'll use them again. read more

Having to ask: "Do you have the 93 today?" and the sticker shock that always ensues when I see the prices and the final bill are the two largest dings to the star rating. I would hope that a gas station part of an chain as established as Shell would have their ordering down a little better. I don't recall another station where they are semi-regularly out of one of their grades of gasoline. If it was a one-off, I might let it slide, but having to ask every time is less than encouraging. Speaking of, a word of warning: I once asked for the 93, and the kid working at the time started filling me car with the 87, stating that they don't have the 93. This only happened one time, I haven't seen him since, and my '99 Toyota was fine (I'm just picky about my gas). If you drive a car that requires high octane gas, be mindful of which gas the attendant chooses. Then there's the prices, namely for the 93. Look, I know that Shell V-Power is going to cost more. What I'm talking about is the price here versus other Shell locations. Looking at those I've been to on the North Shore and in Boston (per Gas Buddy), 93 here is anywhere from 30-70 cents more per gallon. As a final note, other than the one guy who started pumping the wrong gas, my experience with the staff here has been positive. Their hours are okay, they close at 8:00 pm, which is a little earlier than I would like, but for most cases, it's later enough. read more

where do i begin? brought my car in for a check engine light the first day of diag couldn't figure it out. ok i get it sometimes you gotta dig a little deeper into the problem. i have a breathalyzer installed in my car ( not proud of it ) but none the less,i picked it up first thing greasy paw prints on the arm rest, steering wheel and door frame, they removed my engine cover and just threw it in the back seat didn't put back on. plus they put my car into lock out because " eli " his so called diag guy tampered with my unit not ounce not twice but 3 times which costs me 30 dollars a pop. basically cause he doesn't want to blow into it. he tells me he contacted the company for my breathalyzer and told them they were doing service which i already put in for on there website. brought it back for more diag time again put it into lock out mode.still can't figure it out tells me he has to " research " more, got in to take it home again more greasy paw prints and never installed the engine cover ,this time it's not even in the car. i go back it's thrown in with other crap in the shop and he lost the nut that holds it down.what does "eli " do he goes out to a customers car " grey grand marquis " and steals it off that to give to me.the thing is i have brought this car over for service before never had an issue with the breathalyzer not until " eli " worked on it. basically they have no respect for other peoples property you don't give a car back in that condition. i turned wrenches for 10 years and i never ever returned a customers car in that condition. why don't you just give me the finger while your at it. chump. " eli " couldn't diagnose a sore throat you hacks read more

Weymouth does not allow customers to pump their own gas. Pulled in to the parking lot. Opened the shell app. Popped the gas door. Entered the pump number then pulled in and entered the PIN number. The attendant walk up and I held up my phone so he could see the screen "authorizing". He said "That doesn't mean anything to me". He then said "Roll down your window and we'll talk." Neither of us had masks in and yes folks, this is in October, 2020 during the pandemic. When I said I'm not rolling the window, it's a pandemic" he walked away. I left without gas. read more

I can't recommend Jerry and his crew enough. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed. They checked out my daughters car before we bought it as well as service our company trucks. I love the crew at the pumps. Always pleasant and fast! A++++ read more

Patrons be advised Jack sold the gas station. He is still at the site selling motorcycles. I had been going there for 30 years. No more! I brought my car in for a power steering leak paid over $700.00. Brought it home still leaking. Brought it back and was called saying it was fixed and I owed another $250. I said are you kidding me? The new owner went off in a rage. Your f..... car is a f...... 2004, your an f.... moron, get down here get your f...... car and never come back here. The car is a 2006. On my way down Jack called me and apologized. He said I should have told you I sold it. Not a place for me anymore! read more

Jacques (Jack) takes great care of his customers. I've always had our cars serviced here, rather than at a dealership, and I've always felt that the service has been top notch. Jack is a straight shooter, and doesn't try to sell me things that I don't understand, or think I need. If you're looking for a service station, you really should check these guys out. read more

Worst gas station I have EVER been to. I received a discount card for gas at Shell through my work so I started going to this station to use it and not even 25 cents off a gallon is worth ever returning here again! One day I went, clearly asked for $15 in gas, looked at the pump as it hit $25. The kid had just done as he wanted and filled it all the way. Came back again to use my card, employee swiped it and walked inside, the pump never even started. He came back out and swiped my card again, this time did start the pump but at full price without my discount. Even I could CLEARLY see the price it was pumping at. When I noticed it I got out and stopped the pump to which the employee immediately started shouting insults and angrily yelling at me. He handed me my credit card back and tried to walk away with my discount card, I said to give me it back and again had insults, including regarding my weight from a grown man (I'm a woman), thrown my way as he stormed off. Even as I left the parking lot to drive away he was still shouting insults. Absolutely disgusting customer service and people working at this gas station. Never go here, it's drastically more expensive anyway! Two gas stations up the street are always 20-30 cents cheaper on a daily basis! read more
