After renting cars for almost two years due to past negative experiences and a fear of dealerships, I finally decided it was time to purchase a vehicle again. From the very first day, Eric made me feel comfortable and never rushed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into an easy and pleasant experience. Eric demonstrated that he knows 100% of the information and features of the vehicles, ensuring I was fully informed before I drove away. It was clear that this wasn't just another sale for him; he genuinely cared. Despite my initial nervousness and indecision, Eric remained patient while showing me multiple options and never once seemed impatient. He provided clear guidance, instructions, and constant follow-ups until I was satisfied and in my new car. Wellesley VW is a reliable and hassle-free dealership. I would encourage anyone to let the professionals take the stress out of buying or leasing a car. Eric was truly phenomenal to work with. I'm headed for the Cape, live in NH. Some place that has tires to purchase. Got recommendation and waited for truck. Called destination, but they had no tires my size (Mazda 6), wait until Monday. Can't. It's a Friday, and while I have a place to go on Cape or home, either is a drive, but no car. Called around to other tire places in area. Same response... no tires my size. After a dozen places, finally called DR. "Oh yeah, we have that size. Come on in." "Two???" "Yeah." Amazed, but this was only place that said they could help. Tow truck driver heard of them. "Good people," he said. Arrived. Immediately put car on hydraulic jacks. Tires off in 5 minutes. Took them in and replaced with "like new" tires. Done in less than 45 minutes (waited longer for tow!). Price: $160 plus a bit more for credit card. Was at Cape before dusk. Footnote: Car went for state inspection a month later. Tires passed. "Like new" was apt. This was an emergency and they came through. Patronize these guys! Recommended 100%.

My family and I have been coming to Daly's for many years now. I highly recommend. Their service is…read moreexceptional. If your work schedule makes it tough to come during the week and wait for a service you can either leave it overnight and pick it up the next day. If you have some flexibility, you can also leave your car for a few hours and come back. Naturally, since the service is excellent, they do get busy fast, so if you need to have your car worked on, the ideal situation would be to call the day before when the service center is open and check their availability for the next day. So even if you cannot leave your car overnight, you can have a sense as to whether they will be able to attend to your car needs by the end of the next day. Of course, if you call on a Friday night, they are only open for service on Saturday for shortened hours (8am - 1pm). They are closed on Sundays. So it is ideal to make sure to consider that or you may need to wait until Monday if you are calling on a Friday. It all depends on their availability on Saturdays. I am so appreciative of all the service done on the cars I've owned over the years. Everything has been excellent. As mentioned in another review as well, they have offered to have someone pick someone up in our family when the person was not able to get to the station in a pinch. They are excellent. The entire team - both the morning/day crew and the night crew are all friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The team also speaks Spanish and English in case that might be helpful. Note: the hours on Yelp say Daly's is open 6am - 11pm. The gas station IS OPEN during this time, BUT the service center hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, 8am - 1pm Saturday, closed Sundays.

It's full-service gas but at self-serve prices. And there's no price difference between cash and credit! Service isn't unfriendly, but also not overly friendly. But I like this as I don't necessarily need the guy pumping my gas to ask me how my life is going. Often when getting gas I'm on my way somewhere and on a schedule, or on my way home and just want to get home and relax. They say hello, thank you, and have a nice day. That's all I need for this kind of thing.
