I came to this store the other day to pick up a prescription. After I paid for it I did some…read moreshopping. I bought some fall decorations and a couple things for my wife. I went to the self check out register and rang up some items using my wife's rewards card. I was using my rewards card for the gifts for my wife. I had and older woman that worked there as a cashier come over and inspect what I was doing. She let me know that I didn't ring up some of the items, which I already knew and tried explaining to her. She was extremely rude!! I came in 2 days later to return one of the items with the receipt. I was met by the "nice" old lady that proceeded to be extremely rude and said she would let me return the item because I didn't pay for it. Mind you I brought the receipt. She wouldn't even give me her name to file a complaint. What an Awful experience!!

It's absolutely unbelievable that a nation-wide chain would just be outright inaccessible to people who need medicine every single Sunday. Apparently Walgreens believes that if you made the choice to be sick on a Sunday, that's YOUR fault, and you can just suffer until Monday for your mistake. Due to Walgreens' callous disregard for the ill and injured, the schedule for my medication was delayed, inconveniencing and quite literally harming me, and I had to use time I should have been resting on back-and-forth communication with my doctor to arrange for a different pharmacy to fulfill my order. Needless to say, I will never, ever be setting foot in a Walgreens location again for the rest of my life, neither for medicine, nor for any of their storefront items. I won't so much as buy a greeting card from this cheap, unprofessional penny-pinching farce.

The young guy at the counter seemed more intent on moving the line along than actually meeting customer need-- hearing concerns and addressing them. Unlike other pharmacies (example, Walgreens right across the street) staff won't reach out to physicians on customers' behalf if there is a problem with prescription; they just tell customer to come back after customer has resolved. Yuck. I've also had the experience of pharmacy telling me that drug wasn't covered by insurance when , in fact, another pharmacy told me it was (after I left CVS with same prescription.) Go the extra mile? They don't even go the extra inch! I had tried CVS in the past, and had decided to try it again. My recent experience confirmed that it hasn't changed. When it comes to pharmacies, I will vote with my wallet and not return. There is one saving grace their photo department is good, and the front part of the stores managed well.

From: poor blister packing of medications(pills falling out),wrong meds being delivered, meds not being delivered(excuse of we requested we would pickup those meds) meds not delivered or wrong amounts(apothecare arguing they either delivered or sent correct amount) These are the ones I can remember off the top of my head, and they arent a one time thing either. Luckily the staff in this home are on top of this. They keep detailed notes and a paper trail of invoices. The amount of time spent on the phone fixing their mistakes is becoming a job in itself. If you have a choice I highly recommend you chose a different pharmacy for your needs.
