    Well, for the last few months that I have been going to walgreens, this one and one other the…read morecashiers have been nothing but very unpleasant. They act like they don't want to be there and show their attitudes towards the customers. I've gotten alot of huffing and puffing from the staff. And last time I ended up going was on 1/6/2023. When I went to check to see if my prescription information went through ok from my doctor. I got there about a half hour after my appointment about 1030ish and I waited in line a few minutes and then the pharmacist looked at me and just said yes. And I asked her if my prescription information came through fine( had a small mix up in the past so making sure) and she didn't even look for it but just said yes and said immediately that it's not ready yet ( in a way where she is thinking why are you here now) so I just said ok hiw long would you say? And she said maybe a couple of hours. ( was 1030 as I stated) so I said that is fine and asked if I'll get a notification when it's ready, and she said yes. And then she looked over at the next customer as if she wants me to leave. So I went on my way and I waited at home and it got to be 4 hours later and still haven't heard anything yet so I called and got an automated message saying that it's being worked on but having issues with insurance. So I droblve back down just to see what I could do and what they needed for my insurance information ( I didn't give them my updated one yet) so I figured maybe that's the case. ( I would have earlier but I felt rushed and that the pharmacist in the morning didn't want to deal with me) I've been nothing but nice to them. Anyways when I went back there was another pharmacist there and she just looked up at me and said " yes" but in a mediocre tone. And I asked her about my prescription and told her my name on it and she said there is " nothing there for me" and I said confused but I was patient and I said that that's strange the pharmacist in the morning said ut was and I told her I called and the automated message said that it's being worked on and about my insurance. And she said frustrated she doesn't see anything and she immediately turned her computer screen at me. And she said she will get the other pharmacist a guy there so he came over and immediately and rudely said there is nothing there for me. So I calmly said ok ill message my doctor to see if he can resend it and while I tried doing that he yelled in a rude tone hold ok I don't think it's here but I'll check and then kept mumbling something at me as if I was a nuisance just by being there and I just didn't respond to that and was quietly trying to message me doctor and then the pharmacist came back with a bunch of papers in the air and yelled at me " SEE NOTHING HERE!!" So I just said ok and quietly went on mybway but he all of a sudden called out to me and said is it under another name? And I said it shouldn't be but the only other name which I don't use with my doctors is my married name and he said it was under that( why didn't they ask me for my address/ phone number/ birth date in place of it is beyond me) would have saved alot if aggravation. So after all that he said that they don't take the insurance. And that was before I told him my current and when I told them my updated one ge said they " don't take it" and to ' go to another pharmacy " and I know for a face they do too take it because I know a fee others who have my exact insurance who gets theirs there) so I just said ok and had it sent to a MUCH BETTER pharmacy where I get treated with respect. So walgreens is out the window for me for ANY of my future needs. I can't trust them one bit

    Avoid Walgreens 610 Pleasant St Brockton, MA 02301 pharmacy at all costs. There was an issue on the…read moreprescription filled that I needed to return, which I did within 2 hours of purchase. Bag was still stapled shut from pharmacy, items unopened obviously due to bag being sealed. Took back to pharmacy at which point the pharmacist unseals the bag to examine unopened contents and then responds saying Walgreens cannot accept returned because the bag is opened which is what they did. Escalated issue to Walgreens Corporate over two ago with the continued promise that I would be contacted within two business days which has continually not happened. It is no wonder to me why Walgreens is now closing 500 locations with this exceptional lack of interest in its customers. Apparently they haven't received the memo that no company is too big to fail.

If you are lucky enough to find a pharmacist on duty…read more(yes, believe it or not, they often cannot even get staff to work), good luck with them answering the phone. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I had a family member call on another phone. Five minutes later, someone picked up my call and smashed it down. So, I called back on my landline and on my cell phone. We have 3 calls on hold now. When, 10 minutes later someone finally picked up, I told her that someone had smashed the phone on me. Oh, I don't know who could have done that she said. And while the message kept saying they were helping other callers, they told us how many calls were ahead of us and it was our other 2 phones! Whatever happened to customer service? It's a different world and they just don't care.
