i know this will wind up on the bottom where no one can see it. you can't reach pharmacy but after 8 prompts you can leave a message and call will be returned in a few hours .in the store I get in one line andneed to ask a question about status of another prescription and you have to get in another line. I order on phone only to be told it must not have gone thru. no worries sit for half an hour and we'll get to it.cause you matter! LOL ! yesterday was told to check back after 6. now told to come aback in an hour. store too busy not enough help. phone just keeps ringing. no one smiles. like they are doing you a favor. but cvs puts all the little pharmacies out of business and I'm stuck with them read more

One of your pharmacists called me today about a refill. There was some confusion, I was told yesterday my prescription would be refilled. It wasn't. It was declined but nobody told me. It's a prescription that if I'm without, it could make me sick. He ARGUED with me instead of listening that the doctor had changed the prescription and it was supposed to have a new prescription. Wouldn't listen. Told me I should be on a lower dose anyway and asked if that was all. Told me I have to call the doctor even though I have no clue what to tell him. The professionalism was extremely lacking when you have an upset person on the other end of the line. Wish there were still Mom & Pop pharmacies left. read more

This is a pretty big CVS location and I enjoy shopping here. The shelves are always well stocked with products neatly arranged. I have never had any problems finding what I was shopping for. The coupon machines are always in good working order. All of the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent store layout and product variety. Easy and fast checkout process. I came to the pharmacy after my Daughter surgery to pick up a prescription! I told the pharmacist it's was sent over hours ago. She said she had nothing. She said just call your doctor again.! I said, are you sure please check! She Said nope! I called to see if they send it to a different pharmacy but the other CVS said that it was at the pharmacy that I was at they are awful and my daughter is in pain. Don't waste your time coming here and now I have to get in line all over again, and the line is long. So the only way to make things right if you want your prescriptions done right it's a call and ask to speak with the manager. read more

This is my normal stop in CVS when on the way to my Parents house nearby... NEVER had a problem or issue in the past (Keeping in mind Im usually there at 9-10am on a Saturday AM) So this past Saturday I stopped in for my usual Bday Card/Gift card of some sort on my way to the house... and I get the card & water (which took all of 2 mins) Get to the register and there 1 young girl on register while there is a man on the phone (who Im assuming is the Mgr) talking away (Might have been a work call but he clearly knew this personal personally and was "shooting the shit") with his back turned to the customers... At this point Im the 3rd party in line & the party at the register was 2 elderly women with EVERY ITEM that was on sale in the flyer that day & going over the price that was ringing up of EVERY ITEM, then the young clerk girl (who was soo patient & had GREAT customer service) had to keep running back to the store to get the correct item as the ladies wanted the sale price but had picked out all the wrong items. Hey, it happens, sometimes things are overwhelming... and I wasnt even mad at them - get your sale on!!! The couple in front of me at this point was losing patience & we were joking about this Mgr (as If) on the phone totally oblivious to the line that had now formed because his back was still turned and his phone call has now lasted well into the at least 10 mins Ive been in line... He turns around and is INSTANTLY MAD... Like its the young clerks problem - as she is walking back to the register from her 3 rd trip out into the store to correct the womens items he barks at her "Just give them the price instead of running all over the store"... Like its HER FAULT... had he turned around 10 mins ago there might not had been a line.. Then he has the nerve to be F word snippy to the people he is ringing up, the couple in front of me gets their 1 item & runs out... I get there next & he doesnt ask me if I have a CVS card, I know I have coupons as I had just loaded them onto the card via online that morning... He didnt ask me if I wanted to use them, I had to ask him to use them... I needed cash back & that seemed to irriate him - I had a card, water & crackers - I get no bag & he just looks at me like "What can I help you with" and he then reluctantly gets a bag... I seriously wanted to scream but how would a 9mo pregnant woman with a 4 year old in tow look yelling at someone in a store... so I digress!!! I snatch my bag & walk out, mumbling NOT SO quietly under my breath (ok it really wasnt under - it was a full out TALKING TRASH as I walked out the store) Im soo mad - I literally ran out & checked in so I would be reminded to write a review because I wasnt passing this one up! You decided to work in Customer Service... Get your shit together & dont take it out on the customers & the young girl that was there was doing her hardest & he just acted as if the line was HER fault... Ugh.. Rant over! read more

This rating is for the pharmacy. Both times I came here the staff was not helpful. The first time the staff was rude, and the second time the staff was unqualified and didn't know how to read an insurance card. Communication is slow and not clear. The pharmacy line has been over-crowded and inefficient. I wish I could rate the pharmacy lower. read more

This is a BIG CVS. Like most, they have just about everything that you would expect. They also have some great, friendly employees here. The store is always clean and there is a good sized, private/shared parking lot. read more

The employees generally work really hard, are often kept busy, and are very knowledgeable. However, some products often seem overpriced, and you can sometimes get ripped off for something products like shampoos, face creams, body wash, and hair conditioners, because you can find the same products cheaper at places like K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Target, and grocery-stores. They do, however, often have sales. The sales can be really good, and the Extra Care Card program can be very helpful, for discounts, coupons, and "Extra Bucks". You can get very good deals on makeup products all year long. They seem to have a a sale every few weeks on something in the makeup & cosmetics section. they also have unique seasonal items, like summer or pool stuff, back to school, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, etc. read more

Went in this morning on my way to work, and I'll admit I was in a bit of a rush. I got there a few minutes before they opened at 8 am, but I waited. When they opened, I went in and took a few minutes to choose a get well card. Went up to the register and there was no one there. Understanding that they had just opened I did a few laps around the store looking for an employee. At this point there were two other customers looking to check out. There was not a single employee to be found. I finally left my items at the register and left after about 5 minutes of looking. read more

I've gone to this CVS location for years, and more than once I wondered why I continued to do so. First & numerous negative experience: I can't even begin to count the number of times that I found expired product on the shelves, and I'm not just talking about a day or two, but well over a month. Each time I told the told the store manager while also letting her know of the previous experience. One would think that after 3rd or 4th time that the manager might realize product expiration dates was something her store needed to keep their eye on. The worst time was when I checked out their protein powder. Ever picked up a salt shaker and able to feel that it was "cakey" inside? This was worse, and not like dust is the worst thing in the world, but this was covered. The product had expired nearly 2 months previous. Second negative experience: I went to the drive-through to pick up a prescription and I went to their front door after no one came to the window after over 5 minutes.The front door was locked so I couldn't get in, and there were no signs anywhere indicating they had a problem. A worker comes to the door saying they lost electricity and couldnt help me out. I explain I'm there to get my prescription and can pay cash, show i.d. etc. He gets the manager, she comes to the door and I have to explain myself again. She said sorry, can't help you. I reiterate myself and the need to get my prescription. She refuses. I found out who HER manager was and talked with him. EVEN HE SAID she could have taken my money, etc, after I showed my id. Talking with the pharmacy staff at a later date, they said they'd been there and could have helped, but I believe the manager could have very well told them to go home, but I can't confirm that, which leads us to today. Shortly after the last experience, and there's no way anyone could have made the connection who I was, I started getting all these calls and texts from CVS that I didn't sign or ask for. I had to unsub from the texts numerous times. The calls were different which lead to my calling the pharmacy today. The girl said the calls come from their corporate office and she can't do anything about it. She said if I want the calls to stop that I have to call the corporate office because if she did whatever it was she said, then they wouldnt have a phone number for me. Ok, so, what do they need my phone number for anyways when I've told them I don't want calls? I wasnt rude to the girl on the phone. I didn't kill the messenger, but when I asked about removing my phone number entirely, she got very short and was rude. Now I understand why this store isn't very busy and why half the stuff they sell is past expiration date. It's the rude staff and lack of knowledge as to what customer service is. I am changing my pharmacy and business to the Walgreen's down the street near the Pleasant Street Shops. Seriously, CVS Corporate needs to either retrain or get rid of the manager at this location. read more

I am an ordinary shopper here and don't usually encounter issues except for tonight which makes me not want to return. I was unaware of time & was shopping for one item, deciding which brand to buy. Finally picked out what I was going to purchase as the woman said over the speaker something along the lines of " the alarm is set, to anyone in the store you can't leave, the cops are on their way, you can explain to them why you ignored me the first 3 times." (None of us heard the speaker the first 2 times because usually it is important for the employees and irrelevant to the shoppers) My two other 15 year old friends and myself were confused and shocked because neither of the two employees working (who had been near us prior to this incident) confronted us or mentioned anything to us face to face. Then, we walked to the front with our item and I said "I'm sorry I was on the phone and not paying attention to the announcements I didn't know the store was closed." We were unable to purchase our item which we were fine with because we understood that it was past store hours, she let us out of the store and said the police weren't coming but she harshly shut the door right when we were out. I was disturbed by the woman's unsympathetic attitude. Usually all the employees are very kind and helpful but this woman was NOT. read more
