This is a great Walgreens location. I've been coming to this Walgreens location for years and I've always had a great experience during each visit to the store. The store is always well stocked and the shelves are neatly organized. The prices are pretty reasonable and they have some good deals here. The store staff is always pleasant and eager to help if you have any questions or need help finding an item in the store. I'll definitely be back. read more

I HAVE Been with Walgreens in Randolph Massachusetts since 1972.i have watched this d drugstore go way down hill very very sadly not just the pharmacy the entire store I have called corporate office seven times and left 15 emails and nobody gets back to me except for the manager in the Randolph location who does absolutely nothing and she is very abrasive and uncompassionate you walk in the store and it's basically empty it's really sad that prices are beyond and there's no staff. I won't even get into the pharmacy because that would be two pages long I would not recommend the Randolph pharmacy Walgreensl. read more

Terrible service at the Pharmacy. So I walked back to the consultation window at the Walgreen's pharmacy counter. I noticed a woman very busy at the consultation window. I gave her a chance to complete what she was doing. She then notices me. Now remember, it's the customer consultation window mind you. You would think she would say, "one moment sir," or "I will be right with you,", or even "how can I help you sir?" She just stares at me. Another guy walked up from behind her and confused me for another patient's order and started to talk to me but then the original woman starts to speak up. Customer service is a big part of the consultation window. Walgreens, you need to retrain your people, they don't get the Customer Service part. I will now be going to the CVS across the street. But I know all Walgreens are not this way, just this one in my experience. So I will never shop at this one ever again. read more

Slipshod slow customer service. Checked in to pick up a prescription. Was told I would need to wait 20-30 minutes. In the interim I perused the store before heading back (waited 30 as the staff seemed harried. Came back to find out that they had given someone else the last prescription item I was there for. Then, to fox the problem they pointed me in the direction of another Walgreens and cautioned me to call first to ensure they had it. This is what really irritated me. It isn't as if I just showed up to pick up something you were out of... you stated I could come pick it up... AND PROCEEDED TO GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. To be more accurate, this Walgreens location in Randolph deserves a negative zero for rating. I am referring specifically to the pharmacy. Yesterday, this rude pharmacy technician just left me waiting during drive through service just because I asked if they could give me a couple of pills from my med prescription because they could not fill all of the prescription due to it being out of stock. I have had this done before and that is standard procedure. The pharmacist who is this Indian woman is always respectful continuously apologizes for the bad behavior and lack of professionalism of these service techs. I don't know why they continue to employ these unprofessional people who are consistently rude and dismissive of customers? I will find somewhere else to fill my prescription so I will have no need to go to that location for anything! This is not the first time employees in pharmacy is rude, dismissive and unprofessional. That is the culture there! Why do they continue to employ these people? Are they more important than the Walgreen's brand because they are allowed to drive away customers from Walgreens on a daily basis! read more

Again, I just think that everyone should know the treatment you will get from the staff at the pharmacy here. There was a long line of cars at the drive-thru. I had gout and limped into the store to get my scripts. The Pharmacy Tech saw I was in pain and immediately came to the window to help me when she was in the middle of something!. The place was all packed due to flu shots!packed! She got all 5 of my prescriptions and proceeded to "WHISPER"...yes..."WHISPER" quietly what medication they couldn't fill fully! She apologized and told me she gave me what they could and they would call when the rest came in. I just think it's absolutely polite for these pharmacists to not SCREAM OUT your medicine and to take the time to treat you like a person. I have changed over here like I said and I've been treated like I'm royalty. Again, Thank you Walgreens...I honestly..mean it. You guys really made me feel better today! read more

Honestly wish this situation didn't just happen but it did...went to buy some pepto bismol because I have the end of the flu...the cashier says hello to me and I say hello back in my normal voice. She goes "wow your face doesn't match your voice" and I say "what does that mean" and she goes "you have a really mean face but a really nice speaking voice". I was stunned at her ignorance truly. I say, giving her the benefit of the doubt, "I'm really sick so that's probably why". SHE THEN PRECEDES TO BACK UP AND USE HAND SANITIZER and drops my receipt and tells me to have a nice night. Came into this store today to get a few quick items. The store is very clean and organized, and it wasn't busy, which was nice. Floors could've used some polishing, but no need to be nitpicky right! They have a decently sized parking lot as well as both 24 hour service in store and at the pharmacy as well as a drive thru pharmacy. CVS across the street is also open 24 hours.... guess they have some sort of "survival of the fittest" thing going on. Either way, I have been to that CVS before and can tell you that's it never has whatever you are looking for and has a whole bunch of grouchy employees. This place is much better. For checkout, it took a bit longer than hoped for, but I was not happy when the cashiers cell phone was out, visible, and on at the register, TEXTING.... WHILE helping someone.... yikes. They were friendly though. At least, the store was overall really organized and clean, and staff are friendly. Good enough and my suggestion for a pharmacy in Randolph (haven't been to Rite Aid on Memorial Parkway, so I cannot comment on that store). 4 stars. read more

Slowest customer service in the pharmacy ever. I can feel myself morphing into the miserable 90 year old in front of me in line.

Very poor communication with customers involving pharmacy matters. Takes at least 10 minutes to speak to anyone on the phone. When you do, many of the employees are rude and short to answer your questions. When you arrive at the store, you will wait on average 15 mins inside to pick up your prescription or 20+ minutes outside at the drive thru. In need of a new pharmacy, sick of it. read more

Quite possibly the worst service at the pharmacy, ever. Most of the pharmacy techs are really aggressive, cold, and just plain rude. I've waited over twenty minutes in the drive thru as well as in line inside the store. When they finally get to you, no apology/remorse is ever offered. I was so disappointed in the drive through pharmacy. Ann was not able to look up my information and said she had to go check in the back. I saw her help a customer at the counter and several Walgreens staff members around her ( so its not like she was really busy and had no help). She left me sitting there for around 23 minutes and then came back and said how can i help you? Whatt? Your suppose to be helping me.
