Then I picked 2 boxes of perm for her to ring me out, it came out $6 something each, I was surprised since the price tag on the shelf says $4.99. So pay attention to the price when you shop there.

HORRIBLE PLACE. STAY AWAY!!!!…read more I ordered some items and before I ordered them online, I called the stores in my area and they said they didn't have them in stock. So I proceeded to order these items online. I requested same day delivery since that option was available and none of the items came in that day. I called numerous times and they hung up on me, I also went on the live chat the person named Angel D told me that the shipment is late and I would have to drive to pick up the items MYSELF (PAID EXTRA FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY). The best part is that the store he wanted me to go pick it up from was the one I called and they said they didn't have any in stock. WOW. The cherry on the top was that after he told me to go pick up my items he ended the chat. These people are RUDE and don't know how to do their job.

My cousin politely asked the cashier for the price of the Denman brush. No answer. No words. Just... staring. She stood there in silence until her "boss" came over, which took long enough for us to question our exitance. Once the boss arrived, suddenly we were informed we couldn't buy anything because we're "not professionals." Interesting, considering nowhere in the store - no signs, no warnings, no giant neon disclaimer - said you need a cosmetology license just to ask for a price or buy a brush. If this is a professional-only store, maybe put that information somewhere visible instead of letting customers wander in, get ignored, and then dismissed like they broke some secret rule. Extremely unhelpful. Zero stars for communication, and the service. One star for hair products and variety.

My best friend and I wanted to have longer hair styles for Prom and this is the first place on our list of beauty supply stores to look for hair. We walked in and I've never seen her so excited about hair (need I include, she's more knowledgeable regarding beauty supply than I am) so I felt like I had a reason to be happy to be there. There was so much variety for very affordable prices, and this is coming from a high school graduate who works a part-time, minimum wage job. I wanted to find a longer weave with my natural curl pattern, 3C/4A, and surely I did. I found what I came for but I was so fond of what the store had to offer than I spent about an hour just wandering the store with all it's makeup and hair. It was great.
