This is my experience at this Salon. I had a haircut by Kris/Chris (unsure of spelling) that was…read morenot cut the same on each side. One side had short layers, the other side had long layers. Because of this, one side was shorter than the other side. The longer side was thicker than the shorter side. It was noticeable and hard to work with. So I called to make an appt with Kris/Chris to go back to have it fixed. When I went back I was met with nothing but rudeness from the front desk where an older woman was standing glaring at me, up to and including while I was sitting in Kris's/Chris's chair. Kris/Chis was argumentative, making faces and rolling her eyes to the others who were in the Salon. She even started singing in my ear. She seemed to be determined not to recognize the very simple error that she made. She wasn't interested in my showing her. Ultimately, she didn't fix it. A simple apology and fix would have sufficed. The lack of customer service and professionalism by this hairdresser and salon was very disappointing.

She opened her own place in Brockton for a time, but then moved to Hero's later on. But that's not the important part. The important part is she knows my super thick (I'm serious it's like I have enough hair for four people), straight hair and listens to what I want. (unlike James Joseph Studio..ew) She understands that my hair requires over 2 hours of her time for a full foil and cut, plus a TON of dye and enough foils to broadcast 128 television stations. She knows that I have to have my hair thinned an exceptional amount with shears and is not afraid to do so. She also knows how to make my hair have shape, flair and volume rather than just what it has naturally.... TOO much volume! Anyways, I can't say enough good things about her. Even though I know live in the city, I still venture here because I refuse to pay a ridiculous price for a hair cut that will be never be as good!
