The nail tech was not friendly. She did ok with a white gel acrilic manicure, but it is white polish and she did it really thick - thicker than necessary in my opinion. It turned out fine. She did a diamond design and when I asked her to add one more diamond where there was a gap she didn't seem too happy. I was disappointed in the hand massage. It was literally 5-10 seconds per hand. That is the part of the manicure I look forward to, so that was a let down. It would've been better if they had skipped it all together. I might try this place out again because it isn't too far from my house. But if I have a similar mediocre experience again I will probably just go to my old salon in Holbrook.

If my husband does a job and the door knob falls off he doesn't " charge " an absurd fee to fix it" he wants his clients to be happy. Shay didn't recommend a lighter lash until it happened more than once. That policy is nowhere on your site , and it's not like the tech doesn't get a tip etc, I've offered to pay she said " no worries" . But to want to charge $85 in between 2 week lash appointments for lashes that just start falling out is just ridiculous! Sometimes it's the product etc. especially after 2 years and all sudden there's issues! I just felt like basically paying for a full set is ridiculous! I just asked for the bare spots to be fixed!

It was hard to find, but the interactive online map of the mall helped a lot. I finally found it, but the inside looked a little different than I had remembered it. There isn't a little waiting lounge anymore; instead, I was instantly greeted by someone. They asked me for a name/number but we realized I was not in their system. I created an "account" and then she also did my eyebrows. I did not have an appointment, they were able to accommodate a walk in. I like that eyebrows are plucked here, instead of threaded or waxed - seemed like less of a risk to make a big mistake. It did not hurt at all and I was very comfortable throughout it all since its in a reclining chair. After about 10 minutes, the service was complete. I paid $28 at their front desk, and was on my way. It is on the expensive side, but I think for the quality of work, it is worth it. I also find that the hair grows back slower which can be good if you don't want to pay so frequently. The salon was very clean, very quiet which fostered a relaxing environment, and they offer a lot more services.

I'm going to be honest, I didn't think that I would even do this however this business has left me…read morepretty much no choice. I'm going to paint the picture for you it's Saturday evening 7:00 p.m. there's nobody in the salon when I walk in. I sit down to get my nails done another lady walks in about 5 to 10 minutes after I sit down. There's about four to five other employees sitting on pedicure chairs in the back just chit-chatting. The woman that is doing my nails barely speaks English that's important to know. There was a short man doing the other woman's nails, there's two TVs in that business one had music on and the one on the right had football on. Now I work overnights so I looked over at that woman that was getting her nails done and I asked her if she liked to watch football she said not really I'm more into basketball but only on Sundays she made a joke. I smiled at her and I said okay I'll take care of this and I looked at the short man and I asked him politely if he would mind switching the channel over because I personally was kind of falling asleep. He looks at me and says what sports isn't good enough for you I said not really I really don't care for it and we are at a nail salon anyways he goes in the back comes back about 5 minutes later with the remote sits down beside me and starts scrolling through the channels. After about a minute or two he lands on The History channel mind you he's sitting right beside me at this point he switched with the owner at this point so she was doing the other woman's nails. Anyways he lands on the History channel and what's playing, is all about Hitler he looks at me and says oh see this is perfect for you I said you know I'm Jewish that's very rude he said oh stop it's okay I said no I don't appreciate that he said calm down I said f you he then proceeds to speak to all of the other employees so the whole business had about I'd say six to eight employees at that time he made a joke to them in his language and all I could hear was mukbang mukbang and what I could proceed to think was he was implying that he was going to put mukbang on for me to watch because I'm a little bit overweight. Now normally I don't let this type of stuff get to me I looked at the owner her name was t and I said this is disgusting behavior no? She didn't really say anything, and honestly neither did the woman sitting in the chair beside me. So I spent the rest of the time and what I wanted to spend good money with this business because I wanted to get my Halloween set done It was really excited My children I have three children they love seeing my nails once they're done so I had a really cool design in mind and the reason I told you the woman that was doing my nails couldn't speak English was because she couldn't even follow the concept of the picture I showed her on my phone. She couldn't explain to me anything and she pretty much just kept laughing at me when she couldn't explain herself. I honestly just left with half the design done, I was going to spend a good $120 over there but after everything was said and done the total came to like $75 I tipped even though I probably should have not but I was really really pissed off I can honestly say. Anyways a couple days later my eyelashes started falling off something that I had gotten done two weeks prior at that business anyways I made an appointment online because honestly they're the cheapest ones around and I just like getting my eyelashes done I'm sorry.. anyways do you know this business owner had the audacity to tell me that she didn't want my business anymore. To this day I still have no idea what I did to upset any of them. If anything I should be the one upset which I am.
