It's dirty everywhere there is no staff to help you and almost every item is opened or broken.

This isn't a full Supercenter but they do have the usual softlines, electronics, homewares and sporting goods. I was able to pick up a couple of small things for the road trip but it's definitely not a full household shop here. They tolerate overnight parking and that's always worth an extra star. If you're an RVer, please be kind and quiet and clean. It's only if we're respectful that they will continue to allow us to have this awesome resource! I gave one star because you can't give zero stars! What the hell is wrong with Walmart employees? I went out of my way early this morning to go to the Abington Walmart to pick up a Fisher-Price four in one activity table for my granddaughter. The website said they had it in stock. I went to the toy department and could not find it on the shelf so I asked an associate if they could find it and even though the shelf was empty, they said inventory showed that they had 14 in stock. I said "great can you get me one?" the employee straight up said no because they're in the back room on a pallet. I said "So?" he said again that they were on a pallet and he wouldn't get one. So angrily I went to the service desk to try and get a straight answer and the person there was counting money and wouldn't really look me in the eye and I said I was looking for a certain Fisher-Price toy and I showed him the picture on my phone and I said inventory says you have 14 of them and this guy says i'd have to wait until they put the entire pallet out. I stared in disbelief and I said " you're kidding me,right?" he said no you have to wait until we put the pallet out. What the hell is wrong with store employees all just lazy or stupid? I worked in retail years. I even worked at a Walmart for years. The number one rule of retail is always make sure the customer is happy! If there's none on the shelf and you know there's some in the back you go to the back and you get the item for the customer. I bit my tongue and decided not to start swearing and yelling so I left, but I will not shop at that store ever again! That store sucks! The employees suck! And people are just too freaking lazy nowadays! It's pathetic and disgraceful. This is what I get for trying to support local stores. I just ordered the Fisher-Price toy off Amazon. Obviously I should've done that in the first place. Going forward, I know better. And I'm gonna tell everyone I know not to shop at that store. I hope it goes out of business! I was out to this location a couple of weeks ago since I happened to be in the vicinity and I had a Walmart gift card that I had wanted to spend. The place seemed a bit smaller in comparison to some of the other Walmart locations that I've been to but they did have just about every department that I would find in almost any other Walmart. I looked around at the clothing and I did see a couple of items I liked but couldn't find my size so I didn't get anything in women's clothing. I went over to the department where they keep the sleepwear and I did find a nightshirt I liked and they had it in my size so I grabbed that to try on. It felt good to actually be able to try items on since for over a year now most fitting rooms in Massachusetts that are located in department stores have been closed due to the COVID crisis. So, very nice to see their fitting room open. The nightshirt fit perfectly so I decided to take it. I also found a nice shade of lipstick that I liked in their beauty department so I went ahead and got that too. I used the self checkouts at the front so I can't really rate the cashiers but observing things around the store, the employees seemed friendly enough. I did ask one worker there to help me locate the restroom and they were very willing to help. This location is a bit out of the way for me so I am not sure whether or not I'll be getting back there anytime soon but if I ever happen to be in the area I would definitely stop by again. read more

Never enough cashiers. You'll find workers wandering around the store, with only one main register open, and only self check out. Totally unacceptable. They open the doors near the garden center but refuse to have registers open there. The cashiers that are on; are slow as molasses! Have zero urgency to check out their customers efficiently, and timely. Get a new store manager who can properly run a store and manage the staff. read more

All I needed were Duraflame logs. My kids love the single brick, easy light, fireplace when it snows, so I ventured in to the great unknown hoping to snag curbside service. They couldn't guarantee a time, so I thought "Alright, I'll pop in QUICKLY and get JUST THE LOGS and gtfo." Well, this place is a maze, nothing is placed where it makes sense, the shoppers are so ignorant to the clearly labeled one-way aisles (normally, I would fault the biz for customer behavior, but no aisle was a double wide and there was zero enforcement), and the entire experience was an easy 9 of 10 on the stress scale. Finally able to track down an employee who went a step above to check the back for the product which was out on the floor, but still listed as in stock on the website which is why I drove here to begin with. Anyway, thanks dude. Then the lines were a nightmare. Ugh, literally NEVER AGAIN Walmart. Ever. read more

Multiple times it's takes 20 min or more to curbside pickup, but no one is waiting in the spaces. Tonight no space available but no one is waiting in their cars so had to park illegally. After waiting 20 minutes I walked in and was told someone's getting my stuff but they couldn't tell me who talked to 3-4 different ploys they all said someone's getting my stuff but no one to tell me who. Wendy came out she was very upset and yelling and told me if I wanted to just cancel the order and get the items off the shelf but she refused to even help and get them off the shelf or go in the back room and get them for me. Very unhelpful, I don't think she wanted to be there. She said someone was getting my stuff but then finally looked into who is getting it after I ask for more times she looked and she said she couldn't find my order but if she can't find my order how did she know someone was already getting my stuff? In other words she was lying in there was no apology there was nothing. She didn't tell me to have a nice night she just told her Nerlande to go in the back and find the stuff. She seemed really happy like power stricken to tell the the other person to go in the back and get the stuff and do the legwork well the front desk is empty and Wendy goes in the side door to hide and presumably not be helpful in anyway to the company. I went and followed Nerlande to the back, after a few minutes she came with my stuff and I walked back up front Karana and out the front door. I don't understand the purpose of curbside pick up if you have to go into the store and wait outside the back stock room to get your own stuff. Also just look at Wendy she's frowning and all upset in the picture you can tell horrible customer service, she doesn't care what a big Scrooge for the holidays. read more

Went to this Walmart yesterday (My Bday) for a special item because the one in Halifax didnt have it (was shopping with the Parents & they wanted to buy me a new camera)... This store is big, not that big and super crowded... Its crazy inside & I had to fight for service in the electronics dept... They had the camera in stock which was a good plus... They could have had more registers open, but hey its Walmart I expect there to be 3 registers open with 500 people in line! read more

I had to go here because it had something I needed that the Weymouth store didn't. The place was not bad but it also wasn't great. The shelves were understocked in places but the main issue I had was that a lot of the customers seemed like absolute boneheads, abruptly stopping and getting in the way in the middle of aisles and in the open area in front of the checkout section, seemingly in a daze and unaware of anyone near them, or slowly cutting me off while turning with their carriages, plodding along with vacant looks on their faces that said "nobody's home". It was kind of weird. The cashier I got was nice though. read more

I understand why this store is rated so low now. On april 21, 2022 at about 7:35pm a fight in this store broke out. Despite cries for assistance from customers to security for them to respond or any walmart employee to respond, no store response to the fight and destruction of the kids section was seen. When it was brought to the attention of Steve, security manager for the store, he proceeded to accuse a customer of attacking him. This store is not safe, and puts customers and their property at risk. The staff will not respond appropriately in an emergency. Go to another Walmart and hope they don't have this problem read more

I scanned something and it wasn't coming up the price listed so I asked for it to be price matched, he also scanned it on his little phone and it was the price matched price I was asking for and he refused to honor it because it "must be a mistake" very unprofessional and so rude ! Really? Does it take 33 minutes to sell someone a propane tank? I go in, and pay my $14.92. The lady says, Go around to the back and they'll be right out. So I take my empty tank around back. Five minutes goes by. Then ten. Then 15. I go back in to complain. "Sorry, I'm paging them again." ANOTHER 15 minutes goes by. Finally, some stupid-looking employee wanders around the corner. I order a some items to be curbside, I was waiting for almost an hour in the car so they can put the items in my car, I end up going inside to ask for my order and they said i may put the order in another store but I show them the evidence the I order from this store , so they never got my order , no one got my order ready and the Walmart app doesn't work, and they don't know nothing about my order , I end up buying the stuff anyway . This is my go to Walmart. It is a lot smaller than a lot of the Walmart stores in the area and is always stocked with the items I need. The store is fairly clean considering the amount of traffic that goes through it on a daily basis. My only con would be that there is always not enough cashiers on. You end up waiting while two to three people are checking out with carriages full of items. read more

I was browsing in the store earlier today when I overheard an employee ask someone in management (I assumed he was a manager because of his ear piece) a question. Instead of answering the question, he began lecturing her about how she had taken 25 minutes on her brake (instead of how much time she was supposed to, tho I didn't catch exactly what that was). The employee tried to defend herself. but the manager cut her off and said he had been watching her and timing her! He went on and on about how the break starts the moment you walk away from your department. and he said that she was the only one who took 25 minutes. He went on for at least 5 minutes while I and other customers shopped nearby. Maybe she deserved the lecture. I don't know the whole story but it was very unprofessional for the manager to give the lecture out on the floor! I was appalled! The poor girl looked upset and I know if I had been here, I would have been embarrassed as well. Next time take her to your office to tear her a new one! Geesh. read more

If I could rate this place negative stars, I would. This is easily one of the worst places I have ever been to in my life. I don't even like driving past it. It really doesn't have much to do with Wal-Mart, but the clientele in there is like something from another planet. If you are a normal human being, use the Target in Abington. This Walmart is a convenience being two minutes down the street from my home but i work during the day so I u usually get there later in the day when I shop which use to be on a regular basis but recently I noticed I horrible decline in the service. First of half of the men at night don't wear name tags which sucks cause I can't name the ignorant people I have encounted while shopping. the young man in the electronics department is one of the most helpful people in there second there's also a young white male that works in the children's toy department who is also extremely helpful. But then you got the gentleman at night who don't even deserve the title gentleman last night I was in there shopping and there was a tall heavyset black male who walks up beside me makes me feel uncomfortable because he bumped into me does not say excuse me precedes to put things in front of where I'm looking and then let's off a huge burp and does not excuse himself then bumps in my face as he is walking back pass me bumping in to me I just think it's incredibly rude also there's a redhead older lady who walks around aimlessly around the store occasionally she's on a register but mostly just wanders around the store but don't ask her for help because she don't know her ass from her ass from her elbow her response to me when I ask a question is I don't know its not my department but you're in all departments all the time walking around cuz I'm in there all the time shopping and you never are helpful anyways I understand the whole secret shopper thing is a security thing in all but they shouldn't be allowed to be right on top of you making you feel like you're doing something wrong making you feel uncomfortable up close bumping into you I have nothing to hide I working great job and where I choose to spend my money is my business but I shouldn't feel uncomfortable by these men who are bumping into me making me feel uncomfortable not everyone's a thief and not everyone should be treated like one it's not right I read that there was a guy who was stalking a woman trying to get things out of her instead of calling the cops on her because she was a thief but he really was exploiting her for sexual purposes everybody seen it on the news so why the rest of them feel like it's okay to be on top of the customers is well the shop is unacceptable I think I'm going to start just shopping at Target on the opposite side of Abington they're helpful they don't make you feel uncomfortable and they pretty much have everything that Walmart only better service I rather pay the extra money to go there then to feel like a criminal or feel like I'm being harassed by going to this Walmart. This is the only Walmart where I've ever felt like i was bothering employees asking for help with my questions. There not that clean definitely not organized their employee service to customers is disgusting and very unprofessional I would fire my employees if they ever treated my customers in my liquor store this way customers come first that's the number one rule of retail thank you and good luck to anybody trying to get any advice or any help in that store read more

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because it's convenience, and at least one member of the staff is very friendly and helpful.
