The employee working at the costumer service register was very rude to me. I told the CS person that I was returning it because the awning was defective and had broken while I attempted to assemble it. The customer service person said it looked used? I told her it came that way. She argued with me and wasted my time arguing for 10 min while continuing to tell me that the awning looked used. I had the receipt and she resisted giving me my refund. Finally the manager of the store came over and suggested I get another awning. I said no, I would prefer a refund. The manager finally gave me my refund. Like the other Yelp reviewer said of Ocean State "Don't recommend giving money to this company. This place sucks. Management sucks. Employees suck. And the cheap damn products suck?"
