Let me tell you about this place. I worked at CVS for year and have never experienced such none customer service. They have continuously gave me a hard time when picking up my prescriptions for my daughter. First time it was wrong dob, next it was the wrong gender, just to get my daughter Epi pen for allergies. Then I called today to make sure there were no issues when picking up our new rxs and they lady was rude hung up on me and said she didn't need to be nice, I have it recorded. We only used CVS because of our loyalty to the place and our family works the pharm counter at this location but this will be the last time for us. read more

Everything in the store is locked up with no available staff to help you get it. Rang the button multiple times and waited nearly 15 min. Even went up to the counter to ask for assistance but the staff was held up with a lot of customers checking out. Not his fault. But disappointing. read more

This place is going to kill someone.and they really don't care. I am a senior citizen with disabilities that require pain medication .every month they are always out of stock . I am held to the pill .every month I get really sick cause they have to order them.maybe I should buy my meds from all the drug dealers outside. read more

The rudeness of the staff in the pharmacy is almost comical. They're so rude, I have wondered if they were joking around, because no one is really that ignorant in real life. But no. They really are. I have literally stood in line for 15 minutes then I'm told that my prescription isn't ready and the girl refused to ring up my one package of Lifesavers. I thought she was kidding. Nope. My girl said, "you gotta go up front". so i stood in line up there another 10 minutes. Every time I go in there i am greeted by the crankiest, young people. Too young to be that grouchy. I'm a frequent customer to this CVS & never had an issue until today & I'm pissed off. I had numerous packages delivered to this CVS due to people stealing packages. I found out today when picking up my items that my package wasn't UPS so they couldn't except them anymore. That is fine, but no one ever explained this to me before. I also didn't know it had to be ups. My question is why now is it mentioned? So no consistency apparently. I was treated as if I committed a crime. The manager at the register who mind you greets everyone with overly happy smiles was so upset with me because I'm not picking up a ups package he says to me "this doesn't help me" . I didn't know CVS received an incentive??!?. I asked for a bag because the packages are dirty (mind you every other time never a problem with the other employees) so he takes a deep breath & shrugged his shoulders with anger because I asked for a bag & I said please. After he did that I said it's just a bag. So the Jesus in me kept me together because I wanted too tell him about his fake happiness. I just don't understand how someone who doesn't own the company can get so angry about it not being ups & a bag. I'm sure the owners of CVS are ok with one less plastic bag. I'm so upset that I still want to tell him off. I just can't get with someone who pretends hes so kind & then gets that upset. Life is way to short for that. Yes, I don't need to be upset either but I'm just picking up a package & I didn't expect that response. Btw 7 days a week I help young teen girls from walking off the ledge of this earth. Sat at the pharmacy window for ten minutes. They kept taking pick-up window clients. Two people were in the ohine and took multiple calls while I waited. Don't waste your time. Walgreens and Walmart are very close by read more

Actually, you know what, I kind of like this CVS. It's definitely one of the larger ones in the area, but the aisles are wide, the store is clean and the staff is surprisingly nice. But the obvious pitfall is that the store is NOT in a good part of Brockton at all. I've stopped in a few times on my way to work at 7:30 and had no problem getting in, getting what I needed, and getting out all within a matter of minutes. The store is really well stocked, too. But once again, it is not in a good part of Brockton. It seems as if every afternoon on my way home from work, the police are always in the parking lot or in unmarked police cars along the neighborhood across the street. Having a bad day? If you wear anything than pajamas, you are practically America's Next Top Model based on the other customers in the store. read more

I've never had any problem at this CVS everybody's always been kind and helpful to me without being annoying. The cashiers always take notice when the lines are getting too long as well. The only reason for giving this CVS 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with the woman who often runs the drive-thru, the front area and answers the phone. She's unable communicate with customers clearly in English. This happens to be a personal concern of mine because I've experienced receiving prescription which were incorrect In One Way or Another with other pharmacies. I want to make certain that my requests are understood by whomever I am speaking to behind the counter. Otherwise this store is fantastic and the people are quite kind. read more

The pharmacist is so rude. He thinks he can override Dr's orders and insurance company. If he wants to have the authority of a Dr. He should have gone to med school. He doesn't listen when i ask questions he just cuts me off. He is mean and has an awful attitude. Zero empathy from this guy. I don't know why he still has a job? Even his coworkers say he's a jerk. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere for many reasons he's #1 #2 is for lazy corporate. What's up with the 10cent extra bucks??? you lost 5 customers that I know of so far. Might not be much to you. But we are starting a Facebook, Twitter etc. Social media page to boycott cvs. Robbing your customers is very bad for buisness. Whomever is running this circus needs to reevaluate their marketing ideas. 2% extra care is a slap in the face. When people are paying thousands of $ every month. Keep it up and you will be the next osco or right aide I will be sticking with my local mom& pop stores from now on. If they don't have what I need i will go to Walgreens. Lost Prescriptions and no accountability I am beyond pissed that I paid for a prescription for simple eye drops to be delivered for it not to arrive. I called the store and customer service for them to bounce me back and forth and tell me they couldn't do anything for me. I was also supposed to receive a call 48 hrs ago from Victoria Dunford the manager of the pharmacy and am still waiting. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere that is for sure. Worst customer service ever! Please believe I am calling corporate Monday morning! I called in for a member because she lost her medication and they had me on hold for 28 minutes. Then they told me I needed to call back tomorrow because they were closing. I had my colleague call from her phone and they answered right away. When they realized she was calling in for the same reason they put her on hold and never came back to the phone at all. Long story short they are closed now I was on hold for 45 minutes. The 85 year old woman I was trying to help is crying because she is unable to get any medication tonite. This is so unethical. Who were the closers at the pharmacy tnite? Ibuprofen this is a script that is often offered if you have no allergy to aspirin. They were sold out and it took over 24 hours to get filled. I could not believe what I was hearing. One of America #1 leading pharmaceutical did not have it available within a timely fashion. This was my first time having to experience a very important 15 day pain management script. I hope that it will be the last time that this should happen to anyone awaiting this particular script. read more

I know I'm old fashioned sometimes. I bought one of those disposable cameras and my fiancee and I spent a week at Hampton Beach. I dropped off the camera for processing around July 7th. They told me it would be ready in "4 weeks" because "we have to send it out. We'll call you." So of course 4 weeks goes by--in fact I waited 5 weeks--and no phone call. So I went to the store and they said, "Well, it can take up to a month because we send it out." Really. So I said, Fine. Today is August 17th. Still no phone call so my g/f goes to the store and picks up the photos which were ready. Guess what? I ordered prints plus the CD for obvious reasons--I could share the images on FB and elsewhere. THERE WAS NO CD. I haven't gone back to complain yet. Tomorrow's a new day. STAY AWAY from this place unless you don't value your sanity. read more

The pharmacy here is a joke. The people working there (not all) are so unprofessional. One lady was getting irritated with a customer on the phone, while mocking them. The other lady was doing 3 things at once and was super ghetto. read more

I dropped off my prescriptions and was told that I should come back in 2 hours. I returned in 2 1/2 hours and they only had 1 prescription filled, no record of the other which had been sent over to this CVS from another because they did not have the medication. After waiting in line from 2:55pm until 3:20pm I was informed by the slowest cashier ever with no conversation skills/social skills that I had to go wait in another line to see what was going on with the other prescription. I will never fill a prescription here again. read more
