My doctor changed my prescription dosage, every time I called to get an update, the staff told me that " It was too soon to fill " After me telling them several times that the dosage was changed without actually looking into to the details of the dosage change.My insurance company was confused because of how the pharmacy flagged it. 2 days ago, I went to get a flu shot and I spoke to the pharmacy about my dosage change. Once the pharmacist looked at my profile, she saw that the new prescription had been sitting there for weeks, she ran the prescription through immediately. This issue could have been resolved 3 weeks ago. While waiting for my prescription, I saw at least 6 people, they were on their cell phones, laughing, joking around with each other and shuffling papers around. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I even overheard another staff member on the phone with a patient facing the same issue as mine. The lack of seriousness and unprofessional behavior in alarming for a pharmacy where accuracy and patient care is on the line.This place has completely gone downhill. Management needs to address how carelessly this team takes to their job.I can just imagine of how many patients have experienced the same thing and have not complained.
