Close location, parking out front, does look like it's going to close? Like the NQ one did? Or they preparing for a rehaul of the space maybe because the shelves were pretty bare last time i popped in! Overall it did have what i needed, a quick hand brace for an injury. Checkout was easy, one cashier that time and a minor line queue. read more

Recently visited this pharmacy just leaving now tried to pick up a subscription waited an hour after they told me to wait. Showed them all my information come to find out after an hour of waiting they could not find my subscription in the system asked me to call my prescriber and they are currently closed. If they would have told me earlier my prescriber would have been able to be called and probably would have had my prescription even though I showed them the prescription on my phone. Wasted an hour plus of my time no urgency or updating me till I looked visibly upset it was taking long. Most my prescriptions go to cvs and it is more pricey but you don't ever have these problems if they can't get you prescription they tell you right away, and communication isn't that bad. Not only that staff isn't to welcoming at all. Worst experience I ever had just picking up a prescription. read more

Awful location. Shelves are nearly empty and very dirty. Pharmacy staff are terrible. They refuse to assist you 15 mins BEFORE their lunch break even begins and will tell you to come back later. The entire pharmacy staff should be fired. Hopefully this location closes soon, can't imagine they will be here long. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! read more

We come here to get prescription for our parents often. Seems the people answering the phones have gotten worse. No patience, rush and giving incorrect information that has caused use a lot of work to get much needed prescription to be filled. The time we have spent on calling and stopping by is not worth it. We could have done this easily online. Very disappointed in the treatment from the staff. We have just moved all prescription to a different online delivery to save time. read more

Went there cause i needed to have my prescriptions transferred and couldn't check it over the app, the manager stepped in one of the registers and after explaining what i needed rudely asked "do you need to pick up?" Not even trying to understand what i needed and just treated me like he was doing me a favor. Next time won't transfer em. read more

Walgreens - Loose wire. - Convenience Stores Near Me - Quincy, Massachusetts

I have been to this location a few times since it first opened back in 2019 taking over the space in the strip mall on Granite Street that Rite Aid used to occupy. The last time I was in the store I had a pretty good experience. I was there to buy beauty products and they had most of what I was looking for. And the prices were not too bad. The store was well maintained and clean. It is set up a little different than the other drugstore that used to be there but it is easy to navigate the store and there are usually plenty of store staff members who you can ask to direct you to what you are looking to buy. They have most everything you'd see in any other Walgreens and the shelves are fronted and faced very neatly with an excellent product variety. Whoever does the ordering here does a pretty good job. Up at the registers the cashiers are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend shopping here. read more

In my experience, it seems people are more apt and eager to write a review when they have what they consider a negative interaction with a business or employee representing the business. I can't say that I have never done that; however, I can say I much prefer recognizing positive and helpful service ... and THAT is what I get EVERY TIME I visit the Pharmacy at Walgreens on Granite St in Quincy ! And, I repeat, that is EVERY SINGLE TIME ! I am usually waited on by either Stephanie, who is AMAZING or Anna, who is incredibly pleasant and helpful ! Caitlyn is the Pharmacist and has helped me time and time again ~ she is a treasure ! There are, of course, other employees at the Pharmacy, but these three are the super stars that never disappoint with their extensive knowledge of medications, insurance plans and OTC medications ... I trust them fully and seek and respect their recommendations. Caitlin, Stephanie, Anna and all lovely employees of the Pharmacy ~ actually the entire store ~ I wish you a Happy and Healthy New Year ... and please don't ever leave your jobs at Walgreens !! I gave five stars because ten stars was not an option but here goes ! read more

I'm not the biggest fan of this location because the staff are almost always rude and incredibly slow. There could be five employees walking around, yet only one person at the register. There should be a designated employee at the cash register, photo area, alcohol area and pharmacy. My photo pick up was suppose to be quick (5 minute run elsewhere), but turned into a 20 minute wait at this particular location! The person in charge of photo did not do a good job informing customers when a photo is ready to be picked up. Upon ordering the photos online, it stated that it should be ready within 1-2 hours. I called the store directly to ask about the order an he mentioned that it was ready an hour ago, however, no one called or sent me an email! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy here is abysmal. Pharmacists are rude, and often on their phones/instagram. The average hold time is 20+ minutes and often calls will be disconnected after 20 minutes. Getting refills thru the app or website only works if you then call the pharmacy to confirm or move things along - I've had prescriptions stuck in progress for DAYS - and this appears to be on the pharmacy end not the app end. Pharmacy has submitted cancelled prescriptions for delivery and charged my card costing me over $100. Don't go here. Just don't. read more

This is a review of the Beer and Liquor store: I miss Rite Aid. Loved this place as my go to affordable beer store. Walgreens took over and prices skyrocketed. Use to get a Sam Adam's seasonal 12pack for 14.99 if on sale 12.99. It is now 17.99 for a 12pack. Total Wine and More opened in Braintree. Walgreens has the same staff as Rite Aid, they were and are still great. Gave them the 2 stars for them. Definitely going to miss them. read more

Great chain! I have always enjoyed their line and products for decades. Clean store. Great staff plenty of parking. It has been recently redid as they bought the location from another chain. You can always find those old school apothecary type prod ya there too. Brand named Witch Hazel. Safety razors. Good men's supplies. Two thumbs up. DEC2019 read more

Awesome store. I am 5ft tall & could not reach what was needed . Tall skinny gentleman in vest Came over asked if I needed help & took my basket to the front for me seeing my arm was wrapped up. Cashier was polite and asked if I needed double bags & checked to make sure bags were not too heavy. Love this store. read more
