This is kind of an out of the way location for me since I don't live nearby but I have been here on a few occasions while I was passing through the area. Each time I have been here I have been able to buy what I needed and was able to get in and out pretty quick. It's a fairly decent sized location but it's still very easy to find what you're looking for. The store has always been clean and well stocked each time I've been here. There are usually plenty of cashiers up front so it's never too long of a wait in line to pay for your items. The parking lot has more than enough parking spaces so parking is never an issue. I would definitely go back again if I was in the area and needed to pick up something there. read more

This CVS always has problems and nothing is done the same. I use the drive up window pixk up a lot because I had back surgery. At the window, there is a sign asking you to ask if you need anything else non scripted. I have picked up Allegra D at the window on numerous times. Today I went up to the window and ask for it and was told that I can't get it because I have to sign for it and needed to. Omw inside. I've been given a manual paper before to sign. The staff is very rude and not helpful. I have to wait a while for my Ozempic or Trulicity. read more

I get my prescriptions here, but try to avoid this location. The parking lot is dirty and filled with trash, trash bin is always full disgusting. Inside the store the floors/carpet is dirty. Someone needs to clean up. When I go to the pharmacy, there is always a wait and I always double check my medications before leaving the counter or store. The same is true of the Walgreens in Randolph across the street. Again, I really try to only go in if I need a prescription or if I have no choice and I can't find something else where. read more

I had goofed up my time to get Covid Shot and provided some wrong information. Being it was my fault I came in much earlier to straighten out. Anna in the Pharmacy said with a joyful smile and in the middle of a phone call said she will take care of it. Again, I wrote in the wrong shot. Customer service is lacking at this place! The staff is rude, unprofessional and honestly they bring the worse employees to this CVS. I called a week in advance for my medications which some employee assured me that was ready for pick up. When I got there no one could find it. After spending 30 minutes in line. After exchanging some words, a pharmacist Patel came to tell me that i choose another pharmacy if I am not happy with the way they run things. No apologies for their employee telling me to come get the medications. And the worst thing was they wanted me to pay more copay for a 1 month supply than what it would cost for a 3 months supplies. Patel refused to honor partial order. I will be choosing another pharmacy. Do NOT choose this one. read more

Because of insurance sometimes you are limited in picking where you go to fill prescriptions and because of my insurance CVS is where I'm stuck. But because of my last visit I will be driving out of my way to not have to set foot in there again. This CVS pharmacy is a JOKE! It is run by 20 year kids that have zero work experience. Their customer service skills deserve 0 stars- their privacy skills deserve negative marks. This was not my first time interacting with pharmacist Irene(tall,thin Asian girl)- On numerous occasions I've witnessed her yelling at fellow employees and customers. ALWAYS has either a look of disgust or annoyance on her face. But at my last visit her complete disregard of my privacy rights was the last straw. My last interaction with Irene was the most unprofessional interaction I've ever had at a pharmacy. She should just stand and fill prescriptions and not have any interaction with customers. This is review on the Randolph CVS Pharmacy, but I rarely purchase anything else from CVS because their prices are consistently the highest and their deals aren't deals. This CVS pharmacy should be avoided at all costs. They provide a pharmacy service which is focused on boosting their numbers of scripts filled instead of you as a customer or a patient. I've been a customer since moving back in the area. The customer care is lacking. When I called to have a prescription automatically refilled, they didn't have it ready. Hadn't called me and when I went to pick it up, I waited in the pick up line and then was asked me to wait in the drop off line. They ended up calling my doctor asking for a longer supply, without actually calling me, to notify me or get my permission. What's worse is the staff is rude. And when I wrote to corporate, they sent me back a form letter. When you fill prescriptions there, they'll call you to refill prescriptions - without your consent. In my case, I was receiving calls to my mobile daily or twice daily with no voicemails left. When I finally answered, it was CVS Randolph telling me that my prescription was up for refill and whether I wanted to refill it. No. And I asked to not receive these types of phone calls. A couple of months later, I dropped off another prescription. They didn't ask me if I wanted a reminder call, or tell me that they would call me to remind me to refill this prescription. About a month later, the same thing happened - another unsolicited phone call. If you have a medical question, or a question about the medication, good luck speaking to the pharmacist. First the technician will try to give you his/her own answer by reading the warning literature attached to the medication. Thanks, but the medication isn't for illiteracy. Then the pharmacist, who seem out of their mind busy, will walk over and do the same thing. The conclusion I came to, with both having some bad pharmacy experiences and the unsolicited calls, is this pharmacye (if not CVS as a company) are looking to drive numbers without any concern for their customer's interest or rights. If you are an automaton, or enjoy being treated like our livestock, you will love this CVS Pharmacy, but since you are reading this, you will probably want a pharmacy that thinks of you more than it a number and someone to follow procedures. Save the frustration and go elsewhere. read more

I usually have decent experiences at this CVS, until one interaction that unfortunately overpowers the better visits. As I was downloading the CVS app to retrieve a coupon I couldn't find, the customer service rep did some gesture to hurry me. I ignored this. Then she walks away in the middle the transaction without dismissing herself and rang out another customer. I then hear her badmouthing me to the other customer. I ignored this. Another associate then supports me with the app and completes my transaction. Upon my exit, I told her I didn't appreciate hearing her gossip with another customer about our interaction. She literally looked up then ignored me. I only wanted to give her this feedback, but since she chose to handle this so disrespectfully, I filed a report with their corporate office. read more

I have lived in this area for nearly 20 years and have yet to have a problem at this CVS. I go here for my scripts and have for some time. The recent renovations have helped (although a long timer like me is bound to be thrown off naturally). All in all I will keep returning unless I ever face a major problem. Literally came to get a birth control prescription that I've been getting for the past couple of months and they asked for my insurance info in the drive thru and I gave it to them. They asked me to pull around and it'd be ready. Then I got back after waiting 20 minutes and told it didn't work and they asked for my info again and said to pull around. Then they asked me to come inside after another 20 minutes. Then after waiting another 20 minutes I was told they couldn't confirm it was me even though I gave them my license and insurance information a full hour ago. Wtf read more

After being at this pharmacy for over 20 years, I have finally removed all of my husbands and my own perscriptions from this pharmacy! After years of major screw ups from this pharmacy, I have no idea how this place even continues to stay in business. After this weeks final blow with the pharmacy's manager, it was my final straw. I've had techs and even pharmacists announce what medications you are on for everyone in the waiting area to hear. They've also announced what sort of insurance I was on..which I'm sure is against the law. Isn't that what a "consult" windown is for? Hmmm? I've also had them actually announce my diagnosis while I've been there. It's been a blessing to actually leave this CVS. If I were you...I'd go to the CVS in Holbrook..and don't waste a minute here at this one. They could care less about you here. read more

By far the worst pharmacy i have ever been to and if it weren't for my insurance i sure as hell would never go back. I recently got new insurance coverage, so today the one of the techs called me to bring my new insurance card, So i did, not knowing i had a separate card that i have to use there, so I went home got it from my husband and went back after dinner. Went back to the window where i had to give my new info, before gong to the pick up window. Then she told me that it would be about 15minutes to wait. "How is it 15min to wait when the prescription was called in at 10am by my doctor?" This is bull. So I went and waited. Almost 40 Minutes later... not 15 they finally called my name. The girl working the drop off counter, who updated my insurance info was so rude. The only thing i am thankful with this store is, I am moving to a new town and will not have to deal with this store. Seems disorganized here which makes me nervous for a pharmacy . Tech at drive through appears inexperienced and unsure how to answer simple questions. Stoughton cvs faxed over a prescription needed to do it twice. They finally get it after asking me to wait for 20 minutes to tell me it will be at least another 1/2 hour to process it. It's a mask wrapped in plastic for an inhaler. Call me crazy but this doesn't seem like a major prescription purchase. Next time will go to Walgreens. read more

Living in the Randolph area is my belief to support local businesses including the local CVS and Walgreens, however the CVS is lacking customer service skills. also the parking lot and store need to be appealing. I have notice the different communities like Waltham or Lexington stores and they're much cleaner and organized than the Randolph store. my problem as a resident and consumer , these stores does not value nothing but your $dollar ..( its a shame ..smh) I would hope CVS corrects these things and the work on their branding .. because I have started to look at if they're using demographics in their lack having all stores using standard operating principles. read more

l was positive i left my wallet here while filling out a birthday card, so I called and asked if they had found one. The employee on the phone asked me the name on the license, and then said he didnt have it. I knew that was BS, so I drove there and asked again. Both employees rolled their eyes at me and I said "sorry but this is important". a CUSTOMER that was waiting in line said "excuse me sir theres a wallet right there on the counter". I flipped. Why did the employee ask me my name if he didnt even look for the wallet sitting right in front of him? I had hundreds of dollars and a credit card in there. Anyone in line could have taken it.
