When we pulled up the gas station was busy but we didn't have to wait because they had so many gas pumps. The fuel prices here were reasonable and it was great that they had a large convenience store as well as a 24-hour carwash. The other nice thing was that it was conveniently located off the highway unlike some other gas stations that take forever to get find. The convenience store itself was big, well stocked, and clean. The employee was very polite, and the bathrooms were really clean as well. In the end this was a typical Mobil gas station plus some. That is due to the fact they did such a great job of taking care of the ground and the convenience store. Not a bad place to stop if you're looking for some fuel!

Every 7th coffee is free which brings the cost down lower. I like the reward points. (More free coffee.) There is a decent amount of staff turnover, but it is a gas station. I find this location clean, and in the short interactions I have had, the staff is polite. The gas is competitively prices, but is not the cheapest around. So if you drive around you can find gas that is $0.03-0.05 less expensive. There is the usual junk food and quick breakfast and lunch options. Lots of drinks, both in cans, bottles and though the drink dispensers. No bathrooms are available. My suggestion if you are going to frequent Speedway is to get a rewards card. It is worth it!

As I'm finishing up the clerk comes out and tells me that I need to leave because if it's not a car wash and that I was trespassing. This was so out of right field and it took me a minute because I thought she was talking to someone else or something might have been wrong with her. I asked her if she was speaking to me and she said "Yes I want you to leave right now your trespassing! This is not a car wash and I want you to leave". She said it 3 times! So I told her to call the police as I was doing nothing wrong and she was kind of harassing me. I'm not the type of person to engage in confrontation so she could clearly see I started finishing up and got into my car. She then gets on the phone and God knows who she was calling but she comes right up to my car and starts circling around it. I wanted to actually wait for the police to arrive but had things to do. This place has the rudest customer service I've never seen anything like it. Again there was nobody reading there is actually someone in the car two pumps away laughing at her and telling me to ignore her. She was about maybe 18 years old and I'm 50 years old so I wasn't about to waste any more time engaging with her or explaining that I've ever right to be doing what I'm doing as this is a car facility that offers tools to wash your windows I don't know if it's because I wasn't using them and I was just using Windex but it was a very weird experience. She was a large dark haired dark-skinned young lady so if you go there and see her, be careful,.she is combative,. probably due to boredom and I don't think she realizes what a gas station is used for. I didn't even go inside! There was nothing to justify her behavior.

I never ever write a review but this is necessary…read more The male staff (he works at night) who works at Mobil on Winthrop St is unprofessional, rude and threatened to call the cops on me because I threw out trash in the TRASH bin next to the pump after filling up my tank. He yelled at me to take it back and " you don't leave your trash here." I let him know I would not be doing that and left. He makes his own hours which doesn't reflect the posted hours. On another occasion, I went there for gas and was approached by the same male staff as I was in my car talking on the phone before getting out to pump gas. It was around 8:45pm. I didn't think he was outside at the pump for me (because why would he be??? It's self-serve!) so I continued on with my phone call and before long he knocked at my window!! He wanted to know why I was still in my car and told me he's closing the store and as I looked around cars continued pulling in for gas. I was speechless and confused that this man was actually out here acting like a fool but never said a peep to the other cars. He went back in the store because customers were walking in. The last incident happened 2 weeks ago. I did not get gas and I didn't go inside. I was there to use the car wash. I drove behind the building and stopped at the kiosk to pay and pick a package. Just as the door was lifting up and I started to pull forward I looked in my rear view mirror and it was the same male staff walking up from behind me. I pulled forward and the door shut just in time and he wasn't able to get in but stood at the garage door just staring in at me. Talk about creepy and I will never go back to this place. The cAr wash ended, I drove out and will never go back there. Watch out for this guy I don't know what is wrong with him but something isn't right.

I worked at prestige a while ago and came into something sadly familiar a few days ago at the new…read moreraynham location. I originally came for the self wash to which I asked a worker if they get their nice looking brand outfits for free. They then said they had to pay up to 50 dollars for just a t shirt and sweatshirt which seems bizarre to me. My employees get their attire for no cost. After the wash I went to the vacuums which were great per usual. The workers were always nice and kind but as I was in the vacuums I saw someone drive through the self wash (after workers told us we shouldn't due to them being worked on). This person then goes up to employees while recording and asked the employees what they were doing, which to my knowledge, they were doing their job. Keep in mind I'm at the vacuums and can hear him talking to them almost seeming to raise his voice. He then goes to the vacuums and that's when I recognize it's the owner. After he left I talked to an employee and they said they haven't even met him formally yet. They said this is the second time he's came up recording them without even introducing himself within 3 days. As someone who now owns a business, I always introduce myself to new employees. Some of them haven't been there a full week and this is how they're introduced to the owner? Again nothing against the employees but the owner needs to make better choices. Update- I tried posting this review on the Google site and the owner took it down, kind of suspicious to me.
