Once we started to walk over to the fruits and veggies area, I started to look for some fruit. Every piece of fruit was either soft or already going bad. The veggies were not much better. I understand about Covid. That being said, the store should be on top of that. Especially since it's the first thing you see when you walk in. There was also a freezer leaking down the whole isle. Things break, I get it. I also heard it was broken all day. Don't they have plumbers/HVAC, whoever would repair a problem like that on the payroll or at the least one on an emergency basis? The shelves were empty, the floor was disgusting. Unfortunately, I need to have good friuts and veggies so I will not be going back. The stores need to be updated and redone. It appears to be very old.

Today, I went grocery shopping and was extremely disappointed by the condition of the broccoli\. I have also found mold on fruit on multiple occasions. I understand that produce can occasionally spoil, but when customers repeatedly encounter moldy fruit and rotten vegetables, it raises serious concerns about how often the produce is being inspected and rotated. I hope management at the Brockton location takes this feedback seriously and makes sure the produce section is checked and maintained more frequently. Customers deserve better.

The staff was very nice and patient as my friend and I decided what we wanted to buy. The gentleman who helped us shared his method for preparing tofu at home and how to get a really nice fry. The quality of the tofu, oh man, is excellent!! I went with fried triangles and a 6pc firm tofu. The fried tofu is already cooked (as you might've guessed by the name) and can be eaten right out of the package or heated up in the microwave. Straight from the microwave with no sauce, salt, or seasoning, the tofu was delicious! It had a nice exterior with a beautiful silky interior; gorgeous!
