I have been going to baileys for over thirty years and as far as I am concerned it is the best great staff very friendly and always great sandwiches best bacon,lettuce and tomatoe sandwiches ever! I have always been greeted with a smile and watched most of the people that have worked there grow up, I feel like part of the family. I have heard them order special wine or beer for customers that are new and like certain types. I was in there today and a vendor that carries Ocean Spray juices came in because he got a call that they wanted a certain flavor of juice for a regular customer that was his favorite, who does that anymore only family friendly stores like baileys. A recent review was nasty because people that have been drinking might slip on the snow or ice if not cleaned better, really I thought drinking and driving was illegal!!!! I have realized that some people you just cannot please no matter what you do!Keep up the good work Baileys you guys are the best! When we moved from North Weymouth to South Weymouth we asked around "where to get the best subs"? My family was pleasantly surprised with not only their YUMMY subs but all of their soups and other deli selections:) My husband and I love that we are greeted by our names and a SMILE!! We love the selection of wine and spirits & the way the staff ALWAYS asks "can I help you find something" I personally love the "family" atmosphere & the way you are treated like your business matters. if the phone rings they wait on the person in front of them, I love how they know if I like extra mayo on my subs, to us its the little things that matter:) one time I went in to get subs and the owner said " why do you park so far away from the door? I have been going to bailys now for sometime I have always been treated with respect. I love their quality of food and beverages . I love that they are a family owned business and always give back to the community. The store is always clean. I don't think I have ever been there with out being greeted with a smile and " how is your day " my husband and I will drive pass other liqueur stores just to go there . I'm sorry that some others have had a negative experience , however , maybe you should blame yourself , it's not their fault your chip card is broke They are not a bank !!! Second time I came in with my sister one afternoon to buy a few things from Bailey's and I have to say I really like the customer service there. The employees are very engaging from casual conversation to giving product information. You're always greeted in the store one way or another and I always leave with a smile. Baileys is your family mom and pop liquor store, I have been buying my wine and spirits from here for as long as I can remember. Forget the fact that they also have amazing sandwiches and daily specials and there honey ham ( family recipe) is absolutely unreal. One of my coworkers recommended Bailey's Deli and said most of the stuff is homemade. I can't stop raving about the baked ham!! The store isn't huge so you may have some trouble finding obscure stuff but all the basics are available and they are usually willing to make an order for you if you are looking for something specific. When you start a business like this buy a new deli case for God sake. Don't buy a used piece of crap that's dirty and fingerprinted with zero stock. This is a long standing family business that caters to the local citizenry of Columbian Square !
