I live in Mansfield and have lived here a good portion of my life. Needless to say I have been to…read morealmost every pharmacy in the surrounding area more than once, because of certain circumstances, convenience, & the direction I was going. All in all, I prefer this place over others. It's 24 hours, they always have what I need, and majority of the time the employees there are really knowledgeable, informative, very nice, understanding (especially during these times in the pandemic), polite, respectful, and not judgemental. This is a popular pharmacy and I have learned what times are the best for shorter wait times; longest was about 45 minutes but there was like 20 people in the pharmacy line and it was during rush hour just before dinner time. Also, I have never had an issue with my prescriptions. They always fill them correctly for me and my family. There was a few times over the years I have met rude employees but I only saw them once or twice and never saw them again. Over all, if you want a dependable pharmacy and don't mind waiting in line... this is a good pharmacy to go to.

Unfortunately we just found out recently that the store will be closing at the end of November it will truly be a loss not only to the town of Plainville and its citizens who live there but also anyone from nearby who has been going there for years just to get their prescriptions and then you get the random grab a candy bar or you might get a birthday card that she thought you'd forgotten because it half price. Jackie who owns it is truly a wonderful person and she really does great things for the community she even delivers them for a seniors who can't get to the store for their medicines. In the past few years my mother had moved to California and couldn't afford her insulin out there and Miss Jackie would take and bundle it up and mail it to her in California so she always had her Insulin. She will truly be missed I had heard that she would be helping her daughter out in her pharmacy in County Square, In Attleboro looking forward to seeing her again. lil_s_k_2010@yahoo.com

The employees are definitely a mixed bag - some are super helpful and even remember my name while others can barely make it through the transaction. If it weren't for one woman in the pharmacy I wouldn't go back to this place. At times the lines are RIDICULOUSLY long. I'm torn. One great person, but a lot of other not so great ones...Some of the not so great ones have also made really strange inappropriate comments about how they would rather be drinking or the torture practices they would like to use on this recently convicted person.
