This is only half the line

I have ways enjoyed thjs store. However the past few months this store is a mess. There's clothes all over the floor, empty coffee cups on shelves. The most frustrating are the lines. Today the self checkout line was the length of the store. Then there were 2 registers open with cashiers and same with those lines. Meanwhile there are tons of employees on the floor. Where is the manager? The lines were longer than Christmas time.

Best target I've ever been to. Incredibly neat and clean, large, and has everything you're looking for. Staff is also usually very pleasant.

This is a rare outlet location for Pottery Barn ... there aren't many of these on the east coast…read more Many might remember that this space in the Wrentham Premium Outlets was previously occupied by Restoration Hardware, which has since moved to Patriot Place. It looks the same now that it is Pottery Barn ... kind of an industrial warehouse sort of feel. The prices here honestly aren't much different from an actual Pottery Barn, except for some of the sale items from the end of the season. Most times, the furniture is discounted ... but not greatly as if the official Pottery Barn website has 20 or 30% off, they don't honor it. Generally, we find that you'll save $50 - $100 off the retail price of furniture through their website or stores. However, you should note that most of the furniture in the outlet store is scratch and dent stuff with some damage being more noticeable than others. The great thing is, Pottery Barn is notorious for backordering items ... so, often the couch, table, chairs you order from the website or regular Pottery Barn store are shipped from the factory and not available to purchase from the floor (unless its a Floor Model at the end of the season). At the outlet, they only sell the stock on the floor, so if you see something you want, you won't have to wait 6 months until it is delivered (even though they say 3 - 6 weeks) because you are buying the piece off the floor. They arrange shipping with a local company, whose prices are very reasonable. We bought a large dresser and it cost us $160 to have it picked up at the store, wrapped and transported and set up in our summer house, 30 miles from Wrentham. That is a huge convenience and bargain and the moving company does a fantastic job. The employees here are hit or miss. Unfortunately, many of them act as though they were working at a Rolls Royce dealership and are on the pretentious side. There are a few who have been really helpful over the last year though and went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. Overall, if you don't mind a little scratch and dent ... and a hodgepodge of availability ... this store is pretty cool to browse around in. Don't expect to find things at very deep discounts as the pricing usually works out to fairly similar to what you see on their website. However, you are able to see the items in person and have it in your home within a few days at the Outlet. The selection I'd say is so-so usually ... they have 4 - 5 beds, 6 - 8 couches. 20 - 30 chairs, many dining chairs and rugs and shelves and shelves of knick knack crap, bedding and tablewear. We have bought a bed, dining table, dresser, mirror, rug and lamps here. Sadly, Pottery Barn quality is not fantastic and we notice the paint or stains wear off very fast, despite the high prices ... but we like the style.

That day went back got a couple things that went back to check out and there was like only three cashiers in like 30 people in line. It seemed like there's probably only about 15 but it just seemed like it was much more so I end up not getting my items I end up walking back and putting them back on the counter where they came from and just figure. I'll try a different day where I can grab them first thing in the morning before they get so busy that you have to wait in line for something to come out of time. But other than that, it's always a good experience at TJ Maxx just can't stand the long lines and the lack of enough cashiers.

The clothes felt slightly expensive to start (around $6-7 for kids clothes that weren't one of the tag colors of the week), but the tag system is awesome. The cashier (Erick?) was extremely nice and even wrapped some of my purchases so they wouldn't break (would never happen at Savers or Goodwill)! Eric our cashier was so sweet and answered a few questions we had, great personality. We did ask if there was another location which he said yes in Canton Ma so off we went unfortunately this location was just ok for me. The cashier wasn't as pleasant, I will definite return to the first location. They take many forms of payment. Worth the trip

Have had nothing but positive experiences with this vendor. They have FANTASTIC "live displays"…read more(aka outdoor showroom) with multiple set ups showing the materials they sell so customers can easily visualize the end product. Patty Silvester is awesome. She has been impressively responsive throughout our shopping experiences. Sent a customer to pick out pavers... he walked out with an almost brand new outdoor kitchen!!! (Although, his wife's eyes looked like they could shoot lasers ha!) that is... until he told her he got EVERYTHING, the grill, mini fridge, cabinetry etc all for $4k!!! (When retail, was about $11k!!) The pavers were great too. And BYL even delivered them down the narrow south end alleyway between abutting brownstones which was rediculously stressful. I thought my jaw was going to fall off. We couldn't even get pick up trucks down there! They brought a forklift on the back of the delivery truck, zipped right down and dropped the pallet EXACTLY where we needed it!!!! Needless to say, very pleased with our experience. Now, had the 2 previous reviewers had more patience, maybe they wouldn't have spent $20-30k on materials but half that AND SCORED SOME! Oh well, their loss - Our gain! We have since gone on to work with BYL for 4 projects. We have gotten to know the team very well. They are responsive to email, pay attention to detail to make sure that nothing is overlooked and when it comes to renovations-- man, even the smallest detail overlooked can have consequences of EPIC proportions. THEY GET IT. THEY GENUINELY CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AND MAINTAINING A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP. Love these guys and until they give us a reason to not, will keep coming back.

Well stocked beautiful place. They have everything and you get excellent customer service.read more

She helped me come up with a design that matched my style and vision for the space. The materials I bought from her were all high quality and delivered without any issues. She also communicated frequently with my contractor which was a huge help given my busy schedule. Her experience and knowledge working on or with construction projects was a huge asset to making my project successful and low stress. Robin is very helpful, listens, provides great ideas and was instrumental in facilitating all aspects of my project. Robin is an energetic, passionate and great customer advocate who truly cares about her customer's success and satisfaction. My best advice is to go meet her, discuss your ideas and decide for yourself. The design/construction business can be sketchy (based on a past experience). Robin and the Design Center West team are open, honest and patient.

Update 11/8/20: see comments on my personal Facebook page…read more(Maureen Holmes) for comments on Robin Boyce after posting my review there. Unfortunately I am not the only one who has endured a bad experience with her. MH I warn anyone who will listen away from this unethical business and owner Robin Boyce. I had the misfortune to be her client and endure her careless, unprofessional, dishonest and ultimately abusive and vulgar treatment. My "custom kitchen" arrived without the custom elements and with a grossly oversized refrigerator. The kitchen designer blames someone else for a major kitchen error and refuses to fix it! (See photos) I had the exact same experience with the shutters and the custom stair-runner I ordered from her. They were both delivered with errors and missing parts, and Design West has done NOTHING to correct its errors. This is the worst experience I've ever had with another human being, period. I never received an apology on any mistake I swear to God. That's when I realized too late I had hired the wrong person. Robin Boyce/Design Center West scammed me by promising professional results and delivering dirt. Robin Boyce then turned verbally abusive when confronted with her easily disproved lies. (I have all documentation to prove my charges.) This last point deserves special mention. When I expressed my dismay at the errors, delays and lack of accountability, her demeanor shifted immediately from friendly to combative and borderline violent. It was a shock to learn the owner wasn't just a sleaze but mentally unhinged too. When I confronted her in her store after she ignored my contractor's emails and texts, she began screaming profanities at me while hurling insults about my appearance and character, which I presumed was an intimidation tactic. That felt sickening, but it worsened when she came at me with her arm pulled back as if to throw a punch, but thankfully she stopped herself before landing her fist in my face. I feel certain the only thing that stopped her was a possible assault charge. I would feel sorry for Ms Boyce if she wasn't a thief, and if her emotional instability didn't manifest in such an ugly manner. But no mental state excuses her dishonesty, mentally healthy or not. Not a word of this review is hyperbole. I lost thousands of dollars and was blindsided by a venomous verbal assault because I had the temerity to call out Robin Boyce on her mendacity and fraud. I could provide a colorful litany of her actions, but suffice it to say that it involved a lot of obscene finger, hip and hand gestures. Incidentally, her staff just sat there like dummies the entire time and let it all happen. Apparently they don't have an issue working for such a repulsive woman. Prior to my dealings with her, Robin was verbally abusive to my contractor on multiple occasions as well when he asked her about delayed deliverables. Following is an example of one the few correspondences between him and Robin that isn't littered with her F-bombs: "Shut up. Stop talking. Don't tell me what to do. Its not Maureen... its you. I'm surprised guys take your mouth, and the way you talk down to others; I suspect you've been punched a few times." This is the first---and I hope last--bad review I ever had to write. Let this brutally honest review serve as a public service announcement to warn others away from this troublemaker. Do not hire Design Center West. You will pay a premium for sloppy, mediocre results, and the owner will curse you when you express your dissatisfaction. This has been a yearlong nightmare that only ended after I hired someone else to fix all of her mistakes. Caveat emptor!

This was how I learned about the store and I fell in love with the furniture. Over the years I have bought most of the furniture that is in my home from BoConcept. It's beautiful furniture, modern, but at the same time inviting, comfortable and pretty. I think the last time I bought some thing at the store was about three years ago, and my furniture has always worn very well. I had a problem with one of the furniture pieces that I had purchased three years ago and I called the store to let them know. I think my experience with customer service is that it's not usually good when I called places, so I felt a little bit nervous calling. I can't even tell you how helpful Louis was, and how much better I felt after speaking with him. They are repairing the flaw to my furniture piece, and I could not be more impressed with the incredible customer service that I got. In an age of lacking Customer Service, BoConcept was the opposite. They were helpful, understanding and kind. I would highly recommend this company as well as the store. I waited months for a furniture purchase while delivery dates were missed multiple times, with delays disclosed only after I repeatedly chased the store for updates. There was zero proactive communication throughout the process. I've had the great misfortune and displeasure of having to deal with Anthony Goode, one of the proprietors. He needs to get a serious lesson in customer service and hospitality or get out of the retail business. After the second missed delivery, he was unapologetic, deflected responsibility, and refused to provide a guaranteed delivery date. When asked to put everything in writing--including delivery commitments or compensation--he insisted on phone calls only, an apparent attempt to avoid a written record. After extensive back-and-forth and continued refusal to provide basic accountability or a firm delivery date, I was forced to cancel the order. Despite this, the business has refused to issue a refund of my 50% deposit. This is an unscrupulous and deceptive business operation that avoids transparency and accountability at every turn.
