If I could rate it 0, I would. The pharmacy is awful. They genuinely do not care about customers. I've had issues with them giving me incorrect information in the past regarding my families prescriptions. The tell you things aren't covered that are and it usually requires numerous calls to get it straightened out. My current issue has been going on for 3 weeks now. Hours on hold between CVS and our insurance. They are rude, do not care if you get your medications or not, and have no interest in doing any research on their own to figure out the actual issue. Again - CVS fails. I was pretty sure I had COVID and went thru the drive thru assuming that I could buy a test. Nope - they told me I needed to COME INTO the store to get one! Really?! They are making a conscious decision to make people who said they may have COVID to come into the store to get a COVID test rather that have a few at the window that people can buy to save the risk of spreading it? I rate this a 1.3. Talk about a colossal dumpster fire of a staff. I bet not all staff is this bad but the day I went was terrible! Just wanted to get a snack and drink. Loads of odds and needs great selection, but 50% of food is expired and the drinks have been collecting dust for months. They do get a restock once every blue moon. Staff would not check out a huge line at register. Instead the individual just tapped on the check out screen trying to look busy then left once another employee came over. It was complete chaos and a 5 minute trip took 25 minutes. I swear there is a miserable pharmacist van that pulls up and drops off two or three miserable pharmacists here every six months or so.

If I could give a lower score than one I would! For the 3rd time, I order my prescription of Entresto through the phone with CVS, and their automated system tells me that I can pick it up that night. I try to swing by at 10 am the next morning, and the drive-through is closed. I go at 3pm and have to now wait in line for 35 minutes. When I finally get to the window, they tell me they don't have it. I protest and then they tell me they can fill 30 days (of a 90 day prescription), just "swing around and get in the back of the line and wait another 30 minutes. This is the third time this has happened, and Entresto is a heart med! I am moving my business elsewhere! read more

I call the 800 line. It hangs up. I call again. India Customer Service says they are sorry offer to let me me enter ten minutes worth of data again. I decline. I call the local store. The automatEd virtual assistant connects me with India. I call the local store back. They finally connect me with the pharmacy. They say they cannot help or do anything with vaccination scheduling. I don't know why this establishment lists a phone number. It's never answered. CVS has lost any idea of customer service.

Scheduled a booster shot for 11pm. After driving 30 minutes, the pharmacist informs me that they don't have my information and will not accept the confirmation email. Looking up my info, he tells me that I have another (cancelled appointment) and therefore he will not give me the booster. I'm told I can call 1800CVS as if anyone is going to problem solve at 11pm. I wish I could give this CVS Pharmacy no stars at all. This pharmacy is incompetent. Neha, the pharmacist, is rude and unhelpful. She put my health and wellbeing in jeopardy because she refused to fill my prescription. When I called to fill the prescription at 5:00am (to be picked up before the worst of a blizzard began), she left me on hold on the phone for 20 minutes before picking up to say she can't find the prescription. She claims it's because it was sent over by my doctor before her shift began and now she simply can't locate it. You know those stores that are dull, and really don't have anything special about them. Well, this CVS is a perfect example. Just your average pharmacy, nothing too great, and for that matter, nothing too bad. It's just an innocent place that could definitely use a facelift inside (most could argue), however, it does the job and does it well. Some may say that this store should be receiving a higher rating, as there aren't really any issues with it. Then again, many other CVS locations have better conditions, and more updated designs that just make shopping more enjoyable. It's really not that enjoyable coming into this store. It's dull and doesn't have the spacious and modern concept. The employees are pretty friendly, and almost always they will have whatever you want (and whenever you want it.... they are open 24 hours), but it's just not one of my preferred CVS locations. Pretty organized, and very clean. Not a huge selection overall, but has everything you're supposed to buy at CVS (seasonal section is dull, but who goes into CVS just for that!) I've stopped here a few times while I've been in the area, and they have always had exactly what I was looking for. Just average. 3 stars read more

They've always been accurate with my prescriptions so far. Still have to make sure my doctor remembers there are two CVSs in town and sends it here. The part that really makes this place stand out is that it's open 24 hours a day which makes 2 am trips for NyQuil possible. read more

Run! Go anywhere but here for prescriptions. They're never ready when they should be. It takes them 3 hours for the simplest of prescriptions. If you're doctor's office sends them over a prescription to fill you have to call them to check if they got it otherwise they won't notice it for hours. Their automated calling service will harass your phone relentlessly. They've been this way for more than 10 years and are only still in business because they're the only 24 hour pharmacy around. I recently moved here from Watertown and loved my CVS. But the CVS pharmacy at 137 Main Street is just awful. I never thought I'd consider changing Pharmacy's because it will be a pain, but this store just might force me to. There is always a huge line both inside and out, a long wait on the phone if you call and the head pharmacist (Neha) speaks rudely and loudly to both customers and associates. She is very stressed and it affects all of us around her. It's constant chaos there. The people working at the cashiers, however, are pleasant for the most part. My first time writing a review. Today 1/29 @630pm the pharmacist and young man at the front in the pick up was amazing, sweet, helpful and accommodating during a busy time of day. The long gray haired woman however was extremely rude when I realized I was picking up the incorrect prescription ( I didn't check the app only my text so I wasn't aware of which RX I was picking up). Worst experience in the pharmacy. After leaving the doctors with a under 5 year old. Went to pick up a prescription that was called in. Had to go to drop off due to some changes. Went to drop off and was rudely not even greeted just said "what are you here for" no hello. Etc. Told why I was there gave insurance card and after a few was told it wasn't correct but she (Neha patil, spelling) would try again. After she tried again it worked. I was told there would be a wait. While waiting the last name was said loudly and she proceeded to say things for the whole store to hear. I thought there are privacy rules. This year my wife & I changed our Part D insurance to Aetna resulting in us moving to CVS as the preferred pharmacy to get the best prices. What a mistake! This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Three of our last four prescriptions had "problems" with the way the prescription was filled out according to The pharmacist. These came from 3 different doctor offices who apparently never made these mistakes last year when we used Walgreens. The pharmacy said they called the doctor offices to get clarification on the dosage description. The next day when we called the doctor offices they all claimed they did not receive any call. Will start paying more at "non-preferred" pharmacies and will change my drug insurer from Aetna as soon as I can. read more

This pharmacy is honestly with no exaggeration the worst pharmacy I have ever used and will soon be using rite aid right down street for all my prescription needs. There is always a wait and the staff is nasty and unprofessional especially the pharmacy manager who needs be to taught customer service and human emotion instead of being a pharmacy robot with no care or empathy of the clients paying their overpaid salaries. It starts with the manager who is awful and trickles down to entire staff who are clueless and unhelpful. They judge people on what medications they take and presume certain stereotypes and make it more difficult to fill a simple prescription. I waited in a line to pick up three prescriptions. When it was my turn I told her I was there to pick up three prescriptions and she told me she only had one for me. I said "WHY only ONE?". She said I don't know, you have to get in that line over there to find out why? What? Another line? Then she said "Do you want this one that I have?" So I only got one prescription and was relegated to yet another wait in line... So if you like waiting in line and making many trips to the pharmacy this is the place for you! read more

Terrible customer Service. The head Pharmacist (Neha) is extremely condescending and rude to customers. I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now because of the convenience and the fact it is 24/7. Every time I pick up a prescription there always seem to be some type of confrontation with a customer and a pharmacist usually led by Neha. Their mod-ow is the customer is always wrong and will fight with you every step of the way. Rarely does a transaction go smooth at this pharmacy.
