In person, the line to pick up medication is always 5-10 people deep. Then when you get to the counter, they tell you it's going to be another 30 minutes. EVERY TIME. They obviously DO NOT CARE about making you sit and wait there with an illness, or if you have a unwell child on your hands. Their prices are also significantly higher than other local pharmacies. I do not use CVS anymore, however, I was forced to use this location during an unfortunate circumstance when I had a sick child that needed medication urgently. Our regular pharmacy had already closed for the evening. Negative 10 stars. Hope they go out of business.

They searched to find a medication for my dog. That is a very hard to find medication. They were able to secure his prescription within 24 hours. They were all incredibly nice. I give them the highest recommendation. Also, the store also gets high accolades for me for their bright, modern appearance, cleanliness, friendly staff, selection of specialty foods, fair prices, and wonderful self check out even though the parking lot is always a little busy. Awful. There are some really, really lovely employees so I don't mean to knock them all. But wow. If you aren't opening ANY self check-out lanes on one side, then CLOSE that entrance for folks. Otherwise, you have people waiting in self-check out on both sides of the registers and NO ONE lets the "closed" side go. WHY can't they figure this out? Why? Just close that entrance! Brutally slow, effortless, completely apathetic. Customer service did not know the full name of the store manager because "he was new." So no idea. Very, very big bright spot and what keeps me coming back week after week. My spend at Walmart has probably quadrupled as I've moved my spending from Target to Walmart almost exclusively thanks to their great service at this location. But I guarantee I'd spend more there if I shopped in store because I am most definitely an impulse buyer. But going IN the store and checking out is SO SO bad that I just avoid it as often as I can.

After the mouthpiece on my nebulizer broke, I spent hours on the phone with pharmacies, doctors,…read moreand other medical supply companies. No one knew where I could get a replacement mouthpiece or of I needed a prescription for one. A nurse friend recommended that I call M&M and I was skeptical because other medical supply companies didn't have them, and one actually said "they're very hard to find, good luck!" I called and found out they carry a universal nebulizer mouthpiece for less than 5 bucks! The woman I spoke with was extremely friendly and even offered to overnight it to me. Fortunately I was able to get there that day and I got two. No prescription needed. She had already put it aside for me and I was in and out in a couple minutes. I will use them in the future for all my medical supply needs. The prices are perfect, and the nebulizer mouthpiece does appear to be universal. It has the standard tubes and mouthpiece plus some parts I don't even need for my machine. M&M gets 5 stars for having a "hard to find" item that ought to be easy to find, excellent prices, and fantastic customer service.

Then she said not gonna be available until next Monday (after 7 days) then I got mad and trying to ask why it's happening.
