I always know they'll be at the pharmacy for us. One thing I should mention is that their billing has, at times, been a bit wonky. They don't always bill out of Marlboro, instead doing it out of another location which can wreak having with insurance, but so far it's only happened once to me.

I finally booked a different appointment near noon time. if I was over 20 minutes late to an appointment, I'd be cancelled and rescheduled. HERE, they skip you and the screen is useless. never next; always last. regardless of booking an appointment at an earlier time than the patient who came in after me. last time I waited over a hour and was skipped by 4 patients, this time I booked online. same result. skipped without explanation. horrible care. has really declined the past 2 years at check in. the doctors in the back are great! not sure about X-rays- everytime I needed one in the past the tech isn't in the office. but the doctors I had great care from. the issue is reception which is more concerned gossiping about Gypsy rose, crime, and other odd topics.

By mid afternoon I couldn't bear it anymore and decided to give this place a call. They were able to squeeze me in that day before the office closed. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the front staff and given some paper work to fill out. Shortly after I was taken in by Dr. Feucht who was very knowledgable, kind and personable. At the end of it all he spent his time explaining to me what happened and gave me some meds which helped me feel better in no time. Very happy camper! Will be back again!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid 445 dollars for my glasses. I always keep my…read moreglasses in my car, usually in the glove box, and I've never had this problem with any other pair. Less than a month after getting these, strange lines appeared on both lenses, almost like the glass was cracking. They replaced the lenses once, and I was told to pay thirty-five dollars, which I did. But just couple of days later, The exact same thing happened again to the new glasses they replaced, but only on one lens. Then I was told they couldn't replace them because I had already used my replacement. The staff also said I didn't have scratch protection which I asked for my receipt and definitely they charged me for it and claimed they had warned me not to leave my glasses in a hot car when I picked them up. That never happened. When I picked up my replacement glasses, they just adjusted them and handed them to me. Nobody discussed heat or gave care instructions. If someone had told me heat could permanently damage the lenses, I would have avoided it. Instead, I spent445 dollars on glasses that I wasn't even able to use, and no one was willing to help. What a Waste of money and time. The optician who assisted me was very rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she was a tall woman with blonde hair who I spoke with during my last visit when I went to have my lenses replaced. She told me that she had warned me about leaving the glasses in a hot car, but that never happened. I find it extremely disappointing to be told something that simply isn't true straight to my face and not admit that the product is bad or simply replace the lenses or do something that both parties can be satisfied like offering to replace with small charge or any normal business will do other than blaming and lying to me. This is very poor customer service. Currently, I don't think they actually care enough to do something about it and make things right.
