It is consistently stocked with all of my favorite snacks and drugstore items. The shelves are extremely neat and everything is so easy to find. The pharmacy technicians are so patient and are kind. Picking up your prescription here is a very smooth process. They also have a pharmacy drive-thru, which I have not used, but is pretty cool nonetheless! Getting into the location is a little tricky off W-Central Street but it's doable. Love the location!

Randomly chose this pharmacy because we thought it was 24 hour pharmacy but misread that it was a 24 hour store but it does have a late pharmacy that closes at 10 PM! The pharmacist was so helpful, kind, and informative. This location seems to have medication that others don't carry! The pharmacist was really helpful in trying to find the medication they prescribed me and we actually ended up going back there again for something else the next day. Although this is further away from where I live, it's worth the drive. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves recognition for amazing service! The pharmacist told me i could not fill my prescription there because it was a controlled substance and i had been filling it at another pharmacy, and that you can not switch pharmacies. Really? As a customer i have the right to switch pharmacies at any time if I am unsatisfied with my service or if the pharmacy is no longer convenient to use (which was my case, i recently moved, but was not going to waste time explaining that to VIVIANE, the rude, judgmental, unprofessional, pharmacist. After being treated like a common drug addict who was trying to pull one over on them, I no longer had any desire to give them my business). My prescription needed a prior authorization, which happens every few months or so, and i knew it would not have gone through yet, i offered to pay cash for a partial fill until the authorization went through, which i have done many times before at other, more accommodating pharmacies (CVS, go to them!) and was treated as though i was trying to "buy street drugs" i was told i can ABSOLUTELY not pay cash for a controlled substance, that was their pharmacies policy, but i didn't see anything in writing that could support that. What it really was, was the policy of an ignorant pharmacist who assumed that i was a low life degenerate because I have to take a "controlled substance". What do they tell people who have no insurance, and have to pay cash? I was told to "go back to whatever pharmacy i use and work with them" And i will, i will drive out of my way now to continue to use CVS. They have always accommodated me, and have been nothing but professional. Then I promptly sat in the waiting room for close to 25 minutes. Nobody else was waiting. Nobody was in line at the pharmacy. Finally the pharmacist leads me into a broom closet size cubicle. Didn't ask my name or ask me to verify any information. Didn't even ask me what vaccine I was getting. Gives me the shot and walks out. I thought I was supposed to wait 15 minutes for observation? But nobody told me where to go wait. So I just booked it the hell out of there to my waiting getaway car.

I told the woman that the physical therapist was told they could get them in a week, so she said she would check and call me back. I waited several hours and received no call. I called them again. The call went to voicemail, and the mailbox was full. I called again the next day and same thing. Voicemail was full. I ordered from another company last Thursday, and the crutches will be delivered to us today - Monday. I was hoping to work with a local company, but they failed. If we have such a need in the future, we'll go elsewhere.
