I love this pharmacy. They are cheaper than CVS. After filling a new prescription, the pharmacist called to see if I was having any side effects. That's a first for me! read more

I used to use Walgreens for all medications but the service only got worse over the years. So i switched to CVS but recently there was a shortage in a certain medication that i needed and it was only available at Walgreens so I had to have it filled there and then by accident my Dr sent all my meds to them I went on a Saturday only to find out they now close at 3:00. What pharmacy does that?, they don't open on Sunday so I'll stick to cvs on Concord Street. read more

Want to know if your prescription(s) are ready before driving to pick them up? Don't call! No one answers the damn phone. As a disabled senior citizen, this pharmacy and its lack of communication are disgraceful. Go to the one on RT 9.....they answer the phone. read more

Customer service is nonexistent at this Walgreens. No matter what time you call. Going there will bring you just more frustration. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Even if you got to drive across town. You'll see it's worth it read more

This place is alright...prices are pretty expensive compare to other local pharmacy stores. I only come here for convenience because it's the closest pharmacy near me. The cashiers are extremely slow and they usually just have one person at the register which I don't understand why when the line is long! There is one lady cashier, she's definitely friendly, but honestly she literally has a 5 minute convo with every person at the register which can be frustrating when you're just trying to come in and out and get on with your day. Also I signed up for a Rewards card and it's been over a year, the other day, I asked them how many points I have and they told me 0. 0 points in a year?!? Either Walgreens are ripping me off or someone else used my number. Two things I learned at this Walgreens, never using my card again so whoever is using my card will not receive my points! And don't buy ice cream when I see the lady working at the register. read more

Going to CVS now I guess.... 1. Ashland, Ma. Walgreens Pharmacy sent me text that my medication was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was told that the pharmacist was out sick and there was no one else to assist with the pharmacy closed for the day. 2. Decided to switch to a different Walgreens that would potentially have more staff since it would be closer to the city of Framingham, Ma. First time there they only had 5 pills in stock and I was told more would be arriving in the next two days. Went back to the store three days later thinking my prescription would be ready and was told again they only have 5 in stock and that more would be arriving soon. 3. I have been trying to call and get an update but I am put on hold for over 20 minutes, then hung up on. Calling again only to be placed back on hold...repeat. Having a three year old and being told to come back multiple times only to receive a partial refill is unreasonable and not fair. read more

I was not happy with my experience here! One I asked for help to find a type of shampoo from a short women with black hair and glasses who was extremely rude. Two when I was near the bathroom I over heard the store manager and another person talking crap about one of their employees! Which is unacceptable no one should have to work in environment like this nor should customers be treated in such a rude manner. Hopefully the company does something about this! Never coming back again! read more
