Stay away and avoid a bad experience. They will promise you the world and not back up a word they say. Totally blew my mind. They must get incentive pay based on what they can sell you. They are very deceptive, do not care about you, and have no clue as to what customer service is all about. They convinced me to purchase their internet air Wi-Fi device for only $17. The monthly internet charge would be a significant savings over what I am now paying from my current supplier. They said to give it a try and return it if it doesn't work out for you. It was easy to install as you just simply plug it in. The Wi-Fi worked fairly well with devices that were within about 30 feet but would not work well throughout my entire home. So I returned it to the store and they said there would be a $55 restocking fee. I said I was told that I could return it and there was no mention of any restocking fee. He said, sorry but that is store policy. When I told him it didn't work well in my house, he said, oh no we would never sell it to you without knowing your location and knowing it would work well there. At this point my blood was boiling, it was not just the $55 but the overall scam. I grabbed the device and walked out hoping for a clearer head once I cooled off. The next day I found AT&T's customer service on line and called them. They were very helpful and said that I was entitled to a free return. They sent me a free shipping label and that was it. They were very respectful and they renewed my faith in the company itself. They really should do something about those workers representing them at the Blackstone Mall in Millbury Ma. read more

I have to give the person credit that helped us today, but Evan from AT&T at Millbury. He misled us. He took him told us all about all these perks and then he totally misled us so if this person ever gets a job at another phone place, beware of the name, Evan, but the guy that helped us today he did an awesome job. Service was amazing when purchasing a new phone. I was told I would get a $300 trade-in on my previous phone since it was in excellent condition. I returned a couple weeks later with my old phone, my new phone and my Apple Watch. When I turned over my old phone it was now worth only $80 (!!) And it could only go towards store credit or monthly payments. That was quite the bait and switch.!! Also, I asked if the employee working with us could help me sync up my watch with my new phone she replied, "I'm not an Apple Tech." Awful. Buyer beware. Stay away! Unethical, sleazy operation. Hard to believe AT&T would sanction such a store. As a long term AT&T wireless customer, I went there to upgrade my iPhone while saving some money. I was sold a bill of goods. The sales guy said he could make it happen, but didn't tell me I needed a third line and that my phone number would change. Further, he tricked me into buying additional accessories which he claimed were needed in order to get the best monthly rate. So as soon as my iPhone was paid off I switched to Consumer Cellular and am now saving $135 per month. $135! My bill went from $190 a month to $55!!! Because of the unethical practices at this store, AT&T has lost a long term customer. read more

Thao was the best! Went in to upgrade my dad's phone on Black Friday weekend and he was so attentive and thoughtful. My dad's phone was so old it couldn't even connect to the Wi-Fi in the store, so Thao gave us detailed instructions so we could finish the set up at home. Once we did get home we followed his instructions to the T and were up and running in no time. Thanks again! read more

Store isn't worthy of 1 star. Customer service is worse than lacking. Couldn't even get invoices for 18 days, nevermind our problems ever resolved. Manager was supposed to call over a week ago, still haven't received call. We could not be told when a manager would even be in when we asked. Employee lied to our faces so many times. We went back 3 times after initial time to try to resolve problems, still left totally frustrated because she lied to our faces again. My husband was ready to lose it & he's usually calm & willing to work things out but her rude attitude was more than he could handle. I've been paying my prepaid monthly bill at this location for the last few months. I've tried to pay it online but there's no option for my country code to put in my bank info properly for online payment, therefore I need to physically go in and pay. Every person I've dealt with has helped me thoroughly and with great customer service...except for one. This morning the 28th of May...I went in as usual and was helped by someone else but I presume she was training him Bc he went back to ger to ask questions..she has such an unwelcoming attitude and is always giving me a n off set of thick rude attitude! I can't tell if she's doing it to others but definitely feel it towards me. It's little things like this that make a difference in customer service, twice she has already laid on an attitude like this when I went to pay. I have no clue if she's the manager or what, regardless I hope her attitude changes Bc nobody deserves any treatment like that and believe me I wouldn't put up with that ever. I went to this location to get a new SIM card for my wife's iPhone. I was very explicit with the rep about which line the SIM card needed to be for. The rep confirmed the information twice and then made a new SIM card for the wrong line and charged me the $5 plus tax. When I pointed this out to her I was told sorry we can make the SIM card for the other line but it will be another $5 plus tax, even though it was their mistake. I ended up going to the franklin location, they were very understand, made the new sim quickly and got me on my way. read more

Wow! What horrendous reviews for this place! And after my experience today, I would have to say that I agree with them. This is the worst AT&T store I've ever been in, over the course of my last 10 years of going to AT&T stores. The store was understaffed, and the one sales person that was working had a terrible attitude. I would have loved it if I were acknowledged within the first 10 minutes of standing in the doorway, and I would've loved to have somebody tell me when I was going to be helped as opposed to just allowing me to stand there clueless. Was this too much to ask? I guess it was. The salesman (Moe?) had a serious passive aggressive sassitude, and the rest of the sales team were on a conference call (yeah) in the back room. I was deliberately misled and unable to get any of my problems fixed i lost 4 days of my life that I can never get back....not to mention the loss of irreplaceable photos and messages. I was in this store yesterday (5/23/17). I'm trying to upgrade to an IPad Pro and simply wanted to exchange the brand new, still sealed in the box IPad I had ordered online at att.com. First I had to convince them that such a thing existed (What do you want? This is the newest iPad?). Then they told me if I returned the still-in-a-sealed-package iPad I would be charged a restocking fee. I explained the ATT website says I can return an item ordered online to a store and if it is in a still sealed box there is no restocking fee but they wouldn't budge and told me I could just mail it back to ATT. So the long and short of it is that they didn't know their product line and couldn't be bothered to look into it. Nor did they know company policy on returns and had the same lack of curiosity about it. I was the only customer in the store most of the time I was there so it's not like they didn't have time to look into these things. Nice people......but...... I called and the greeting was "home of the iphone 3gs". Got there and there were lines. I was late and anticipated them being out of phones, no problem. come to find out they never had any 3gs phones except pre orders. Last time i checked, you didn't have to pre-order whoppers from the place they call home. Its ok to run out of product, but don't advertise a specialty that you can't produce. read more

I switched over from Verizon in November of last year. I will say the phone and Directv NOW service is good, and I'm paying less than I was with Verizon. Unfortunately, the customer service at this particular store is very poor. Long wait times and nowhere to sit. When we first went in to start the New plan, the person we spoke with talked very fast and left out a lot of details that we ended up learning painfully later on, for instance - that we weren't able to get DirecTV via satellite because he didn't tell us we needed our Landlord's permission, or that I wouldn't be able to watch the SuperBowl at home because NBC wasn't on my DirecTV NOW, or that I needed to go online myself to do the "help-you-switch" thing to get a refund for my Verizon fees; when I tried, it was declined because I needed to send more of the bill info. HOWEVER, this store also didn't tell me there was a deadline to submit it by. My last visit to this store, the clerk just said "good luck" and that hopefully it isn't too late to mail it. Now I have to mail it in and hope for the best. $476, that's how much I had to pay for my Verizon equipment charges, and it was lucky I had the extra money saved. I'm sure they will twist the story around to say it's my fault, but whatever. They can keep their money, because AT&T is going to need it if this poor service keeps up. The technological service is good and at a good price, but customer service here is terrible. read more

I went in there yesterday and they immediately began trying to sell me package deals and I told them repeatedly I was not interested and that I was there due to a problem with my phone. they looked at my phone for a minute and said they cant help me and went on to another customer. I know it was because they couldn't sell me anything! I went home and called customer service and waited on hold for over 40 minutes! Once they answered they got an earful about that store. read more
