I dealt with Andrew at the Millbury, MA corporate location. He was completely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. My husband and I needed to have two lines added to my account. Every time I am forced to go into this store (which is why I deal with Verizon on line only) they are rude, and dismissive. Today I came in with 3 trade in phones to drop off. The associate's first response to learning this was, "Just because they told you on the phone you could do this, doesn't mean we can." This kind of back and forth confusion between calling Verizon and dealing with associates, and going into a Verizon store and dealing with the associates at a location, is not new. Quite simply, the associates at this store are not helpful. Unless you are buying the phone from them, you may as well know going in, that they will not be helpful. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this store, my last interaction was over 5 years ago, and nothing has changed. 20 years I have been with Verizon and anytime I have to deal with a live person at this location, this has always been my experience. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else but this store, they are awful. read more

Went into this location today for the note 9 black Friday deal expecting the wait to be ridiculous looking, people to be frustrated e.t.c, but it was far from that. We were greeted by Mike Salvatore a solutions specialist and he soon helped us probably within 15 minutes. He was extremely patient when At&t was giving us problems porting my phone number over, offered us water, went above and beyond helping us as far as customer service was involved. Mike switched us over to Andrei and he too had the patience of a saint while waiting for my phone to get activated and waiting on At&t to release my number. Whomever trains the staff at this location is doing a really great job. I honestly never want to deal with phone companies or anything like that and Mike made me realize I made the right choice to switch over to Verizon. read more

If you look at my Yelp history, I rarely write terrible reviews. In this case I had to. So my mother is on my plan and has a battery that wont keep a charge. I told her to try this Verizon. She went in yesterday and a nice guy Bernie helped her out, but in order to get a new battery I needed to be there since I'm the account holder. Fine. So after working a ten hour day then finding someone to watch my infant twins, my mother and I went back to Millbury. Bernie was not there. This blonde lady with curly hair, middle aged with an accent started to help us. When I told her what the issue was, she handed me a brochure saying to call this number and she was SOOOOO rude and condescending. I told her Bernie said to come back with me and we could get her a new battery or a new phone. She just rudely brushed us off. I will never ever go to this Verizon. And I'm seriously considering switching providers because of this woman. I called Verizon from home last night and they trouble shot her phone through Verizon tech app and are sending us a new phone. This awful woman could've saved me time and money and paying a sitter to do this at the store, but she did not want to be bothered. read more

This store is a joke when it comes to customer service. I went when it was not busy in order to get better service. Simply its not managed very well with poorly trained sales reps. Go else where any where but to this store unless you dont care how your treated as a customer. Their excuse was they were busy but that simply was not the case. read more

I went in to get a phone replaced. Big Mike was the best. He found I was due for an upgrade and that I was eligible for another discount. I left with a new phone, up and running in less than 20 minutes. read more

I've been a longtime Verizon Wireless Customer, The employee at the store mislead us while we were upgrading and told us that we could not use the money for our old phones towards our new phones, that we had to spend it on accesories and said if we didn't buy that day we would lose the $220 for both phones. We asked him 3 times. Come to find out that's false and I've had to take time out my day and go back to the store and call customer service to rectify this situation. I will not be going back to this store again. I'll stick with the Shrewsbury store. read more

The Manager of this store fails to respond to my request to resolve a very important issue with my CORPORATE cell phone account. What a shame that they can not get it together in terms of their customer service and making things right for their customers. They have such potential to be such a wonderful business. Went in to purchase a new IPad, Javy was my sales rep. They didn't have the IPad I wanted in stock, they helped me to search all the other stores in the area to find one! Even non verizon stores. Chris the manager made calls to other verizon stores and offered to pay half of overnight shipping. Javy was very patient and friendly and helped answer all of my questions. The process took a long time but I didn't feel rushed at all and he went over every single accessory with me. I was so happy with the service I ended up buying one in stock even though it was my second choice, I recommend everyone go and see Javy! read more

Yes this is a corporate VZW Store. This store is awful, employee's don't care about what you want. It's all about what they want to sell you. Your opinion is not valid at this store so don't waste your time. I was treated very poorly and spoken to as if I was an idiot. Another employee pulled the woman aside and told them to help someone else because she was creating a scene with me. Don't waste your time here, just go over to Best Buy - they usually have better deals anyway. read more

I went to this store with a billing issue because I couldn't get a "human being" by calling Verizon on the phone. The store could not help me with my problem, so they had to call another Verizon rep for help. It took the store almost 40 min to get back line phone assistance for my problem. They were eventually able to fix it, and they told me I could save me an additional $20 a month for my 2 phone plan system by setting up auto pay. I agreed and the store rep set it up for me. He took my credit card and did all the updates that day in the store. Well, a month into it I get my statement and no discount. After a long and painful online chat discussion (because again you cannot get a "human being" to answer the phone at Verizon) I do not get a discount. You only get a discount with a debit card not a credit card. REALLY? How is it that the store reps do not know this? What difference does it make what card you auto pay with anyway? Its just unbelievable to me. You go to a Verizon store for help and they cant help you, and they don't even know their own policy rules. Verizon customer service is just terrible read more

Horrible customer service, sales representatives are only interested in pushing the most expensive product on the shelf. The couple next to me was looking for a simple phone and every single phone they looked at this guy told them "it just doesnt compare to my Galaxy". Bro no one cares about your opinion. I just left there, no idea the NEW iphone came out today, Phil was rude a complete A-hole to be exact. I would never buy a phone there EVER! He was going to charge me 400 as a loyal verizon customer went to another verizon store paid 300! And they told me how many they had left and In what colors as PHil refused and said it was against company policy, I said I only want to know if up I can run home and back up my phone as I thought it was still ( PRE sell) and I was was just going to pay for phone and pick up in a month. He also said he could not hold the phone so I could go home and do so. I don't play games! I'm almost 50! I don't have time in my life to be bothered to know WHEN the next new phone is comming out! I have been waiting a year for an upgrade and finally found some time, I thought it was some fluke they had them available today until he said they came out today! So I called another store told them what I wanted and they held it and are transfering all my data for me as I type, and I will go back tonight to pick it up! Phil was an uppity rude loser! That's why he was working in retail which is a crappy place for an A-hole in customer service,. I will also send an Email to corporate RE:Phil and tell them my husbands LAW FIRM will go elsewhere in the future to purchase their phones. I went with a broken charger and The guy who worked there named Phil told me that they apparently don't sell the charger i have. So I walk over to the chargers and the one I have is the only one they sell so I tell him that they do sell and and to give me a new one. He brings my charger in the back to see if it works and it clearly doesn't. Phil refuses to say the charger is broken even though the charger is not working. Finally the manager comes over and tells him to just give us a new charger. So we go to check out and he asks us where we bought the charger, because it had to be from a major Verizon for them to replace it. We tell him we bought it at Verizon in Shrewsbury, which we did. He goes on to say that we bought it a small town Verizon. The manager again comes over and tells him we bought it at Shrewsbury and to just give us a new charger. I don't know why Phil cares about the products so much. Its not like the money is coming out of his pockets. He was a complete bastard to everyone at the store and should be fired. read more
