She put me on the wrong more expensive plan and added protection when I specifically said I didn't want it. When I called she said she would look in to it and call me back which she never did. I went back in person and Nam helped me out updated my plan to the correct one and said a contact of his would reach out. Guess what, I didn't get a call back. So, I had to go directly to Verizon to get everything all straightened out. I would not recommend this store. You're better off going direct to Verizon. You'll get better service and someone who at least responds. I didn't know these stores were independent of Verizon. Lesson learned.

First they told me they don't have any online order for me, then they claimed that they found my order and they can't honor the price that was placed online and even with email and text confirmation. He wanted to charge me 60 for 1. No thanks I walked out. And this is after they sold me inferior and mislead product that what's posted on the wall behind counter. The poster shows a Cusco AIO with temp control function, said poster is still up on their wall as of 02/16. They gave me a cheap high supply AIO and told me that it's the same thing, uh, really? If this is the way they are doing business, then all the power to them and more power to customers who accept this kind of business practice. But I won't. I will be looking forward to filling complaints to any and all regulator/licensing agencies in the state for Massachusetts.
